Got my eyebrows done by Kim. The whole experience was great! Professional, charismatic, and just flat out good at her job. I left feeling and looking great. My daughter got some makeup while there too, and the selection was good and had exactly what she wanted. Would highly recommend.

Worst service ever, my daughter went for a hair cut, but Diseri did horrible job! 1. I asked her if she was going to wash her hair and said that kids did not get it and she had just washed her hair because it was wet. 2- I asked for layers and did not do any. I think I should just do it my self. 3- she didn’t even dry her hair. I called the ULTA in Hurst and they said that shampoo was included with kids hair cut. Manager tried to help, but my daughter didn’t want. waste of time and money! Never using ULTA salon again.

Just had a great experience at this Ulta in Lincoln Square. Jason was extremely courteous and provided excellent customer service. I will be back to this Ulta and this Ulta only from now on.

I went a few days ago and I was helped by Kali and she was phenomenal. Just when I was walking around thinking I was going to check out Sephora soon she reminded me why I always shop at Ulta. She helped me find what I needed, price matched the website and now I am going to go back to get a few things she recommended.

Got a great cut and highlights and got one of the very best scalp massages Ever! The staff all wear masks, gloves and everything is pristine clean. Tons of make up, as well as hair and skin products to shop before or after hair appointment. Reasonable price range for the selection they have. Will be a regular customer for sure.

Went into the store yesterday there were 4 employees on the floor laughing and talking with one another none asked to help. I was not greeted when I came into the store and I will never go again I’ll drive to Hulen next time.

I went the other day to do some shopping and what a waste of time!!! The ladies on the floor were a joke. I asked a young lady about a face product and her response was she didnt know because her face doesnt have that issue. Like really?? wow ok..... then she walks off and whispers to another coworker. They are selective on who they help which i find hilarious but whatever. Ive spent hundreds of dollars in that store but will definitely be looking elsewhere. One good thing was the cashier who was absolutely wonderful and had the best customer service.

I stopped by on my home to the ATL and I must say I am pleased. The pulled pork and ribs are seasoned to perfection.

The help was very short tempered and rude. Hostile even. I felt personally ridiculed for being tragically overweight. I hesitate to call them professional.

I like Ulta however I feel like this location isn’t as well organized/staffed. Anytime I go in and ask for something I would have better luck looking for it myself. I also have only ever had one staff member who could tell me about their different products and answer my questions. I don’t expect the employees to be cosmetologists but if I have a general question I would hope someone can answer it for me. Other than that staff are very friendly and I love their products

On my second visit to this story from an unpleasant visit last time, I will say that Ulta did improve their quality of service. I was greeted and handed a shopping basket upon entry and the lady was able to help me locate the items. As I walk around the store, there are employees who are there to help you locate the items I was looking for. The only thing I would want them to improve is to stop upselling customers, which is a pet-peeve for me. When I was looking for skin treatment, they tell me that the brand that I use (Yes to) isnt good, even the ingredients are the same. I understand that they want to make money, but they do need to know how annoying it could be for customers. I did not purchase the expensive brands (La Roche, Cetaphill, or CeraVe) they recommended, but I was able to get The Ordinary Serum for acne. I can consider coming back should I need more products here.

Haley in the salon is AMAZING. I came to see her after getting the worst hair cut of my life somewhere else, and she worked an absolute miracle with it! I really appreciated that she sat with me to talk about repair options, made sure we were on the same page with what the results would be, and explained the purpose of every cut she made so I would feel comfortable with the entire process. I would recommend her services to anyone!

Love coming here! Prices are affordable, selection is great, the layout is pretty good, and the store is always clean. Only thing: I’ve been a couple times and didn’t feel very welcomed by the sales associates.

This store always has everything stocked and cleaned so I can shop easily and quickly. The staff are smart and very helpful and I never have to ask for help because someone always gets to me first! It feels great 👏

These employees were on their phones instead of ringing up customers and zooming past you when you are asking for help. I just wanted my Kenra fix. Not their ssn or first born 🙄 rude. Hailey at Lincoln Square is AWESOME! Curly hair is hard to cut - Ive been on the bad end of a hair cut. Hailey has proven herself over and over to do an excellent job with my hair. She actually listens to what I want. With an Ulta within 5 miles of me I drive 30 minutes for her to do my hair. Well worth it. Totally recommend her!!!

The ladies and manager that work there are all super sweet and helpful! I went in today to get my brows right, and Jeniffer suggested a product I love, everything was stocked so I could try the makeup out. I just really appreciate people who enjoy doing their job cause I will drive out my way to avoid some miserable customer service.

I love Ulta as the perfect place to get my beauty needs but this location isnt so great with customer service.

Great for gifts, hair stylists, and beauty products. Fails on the customer service end. As in you have to hunt for someone to help and even then there isnt always someone to find. I like the cologne selections at decent prices.

While I love Ulta and the products they carry, this particular location never has their testing stations refilled (new sponges, etc to try on makeup). I came when they opened and you would think they restock the night before? This has been observed on multiple occasions.Testers empty or missing. Hard to find someone to help you with product the store carries. The only person I could find was the Benefit lady... who of course sold me Benefit products.

I love Ulta but every time I want my brows done someone is on vacation. Why is that? And is there only 1 eyebrow girl? For the past 3 months I call every week and someone out or wont be back til Friday. And everytime I go get my brows done its always a new person there. Why can yall not keep eyebrow girls? I have been coming to this Ulta for 2 years and always had a good experience . This Friday, however, was honestly one of the WORST visits to any store-ever. The cashier was SOOO RUDE, I left the items I was going to buy and opted to just go home and order online...

I was greeted nicely once I walked in but, the attitude of the ladies working today changed as soon as a bit of customers walked in. Took 45 minutes for someone to help me. Once I told an employee named Jennifer what foundation I wanted, she spent a while looking for it since it was out of stock. As soon as she told me that, I asked if I can order one she said yes, and told me she would help at checkout. Once at checkout Jennifer’s mood changed and seemed bothered by me. She started to get a bit of sass in her tone towards me. If it takes me a century to look for a Ulta that’s great with customer service so be it. I’m willing to wait that long.

Things are obviously going so well here that a manager had more time to stand and talk with her employees than to ask someone who was obviously looking for something if they could be helped. After being ignored for 22 minutes, I just left the store. I cannot recommend the store because there is no excuse for terrible customer service, and thats exactly what they give you..

Love it here! Come for my stylist, Renee who showed me many sales while I waited for my hair processing. Shopped and girls at front were very nice and helpful providing new bags once I filled one and held until I checked out.

Too many floral perfumes, almost made me barf. Needs more vanilla based perfumes. But has lots of cosmetics to choose from. Plus, exchanging a item (of the wrong color for the right color) was super easy. And when I thought Id left my phone in the store, an awesome staff member helped me search for it all over.

The employees here are the nicest around. The South Hulen location could take some pointers from these ladies. I drive out of the way to come here. Love this location, keep up the great work!

Less than impressed with this location and their staff. Every time I call I am placed on hold for long amounts of time and then I have to re-explain while I’m calling at least 3 times.I have been getting my eyebrows done at Ulta for the last 10 years and have not always had perfect service but I have always looked past this as I know things can get busy and stressful for them at times but today was the last straw. The brow girl screwed up my eyebrows so bad that they don’t even look close to the same. I just wanted to get them fixed and they are refusing to help and want me to repay to get them fixed. The girl I spoke to on the phone was less than friendly and even got attitude with me because I didn’t understand why she couldn’t tell me when I could get an appointment, as many of the other locations book appointments even when they don’t have a brow bar girl on staff. She basically said it wasn’t her job to book appointments for the brow bar. Sorry your “understaffed” as she put it but it doesn’t excuse poor customer service and that’s the same excuse I get every time I get bad service. At some point it’s not a true excuse but rather a lack of training to deal with customers or a lack of caring. Either way I’m done giving Ulta my money just to be treated like this.Sorry but if I’m paying 21 for my eyebrows to be done they better be on point!

Got my haircut by some girl who worked there, by time I got home I had realized just how awful it was. My hair was shorter than expected and very thin. My hair didn’t grow back for a good 6 months! No exaggeration. I also had her dye my hair, she left some gray hairs & said she doesn’t know why they are there bc she left the dye for the right amount of time & didn’t fix it.

Went for my haircut and the stylist name Hayley washed my hair then said she had to go to the bathroom. Then came back with her manager I think thats who was with her. She said sorry I cant cut your hair since I suspect that you have lice. It can be just dry skin but if I suspect I cant cut your hair. Then she recommends their products for it which I declined.So I left embarrassed and went home and check my hair and nothing. Went somewhere else today and they said I didnt have dry scalp and my head is clean. I posted on social media about these incident.***Hire stylist that know the difference between dry scalp and lice. Lice arent white. Dont try to make profit like that. Never recommend anyone to this place.

I came into this store on a whim one day and decided to get my eyebrows done. Ive been going to a different place for years and to say my eyebrows were in terrible shape is an understatement. Sue from the brow bar is AMAZING! She fixed my eyebrows, we chat the whole time, and you can tell she loves what she does. Highly recommended!

Hailey is AWESOME and I am so happy & in love with my hair!!! Back story, short I promise. I went to a guy in Mansfield for a balayage, came out horrible and not the color I wanted. Talked prior to the visit and was told “yes I can let’s booked you” went in for the appointment he did a whole 360 and said “your hair is too dark for that” I wanted a light brown not platinum or and shade in blonde. He promised a brown and like I asked “A NOTICEABLE CHANGE” I’ve always had really dark hair and have always wanted a balayage in a light brown tone. I prep my hair for 2yrs to make sure it was healthy for when I decided to do it. Well leaving his salon I was #1. taxed double for the hair ($145 was the price paid $300) because I was sold on some products, getting home I googled to see what exactly these 2 oils do and found out they were less then 20 bucks each #2 my hair was horrible the color was a fresh bleach mix of copper, red & orange. I have small stands nothing noticeable other then my ends being this yellow copper tone and maybe two strands of orange hair on the side. Didn’t look like a balayage I asked. Anyways I went to Ulta to buy these shampoos and I want to thank Jennifer! She the sales that helped me and also talked to me about how awesome Hailey was when I told her my experience and how I told that guy that did my hair I didn’t like it and that he wanted me to go in the following Friday. I talked to hailey and she told me she can fix it and the talk was what I got! I booked with her that same day and a month later on my appointment this passed Sunday I got exactly what I asked for! A noticeable change my hair is a light brown balayage. I love it curly or straight. She truly made my change come true, I always wanted this and after two years it was worth it I had this picture in my phone for so long and now I can delete it lol! Thanks Hailey

I get all of my make up here, hair done and my eyebrows done. The make up is expensive buy what good make up isnt?! Everyone is friendly and know what they are doing. I loveeee Shamiya and Renee there because they know how to do my hair. I walk in looking like a zombie and walk out a goddess. For some reason, this place boast up my self esteem and make me feel beautiful.

The station where you get the utensils to test were pretty much empty. However the employees were nice and there wasn’t much of a wait.

This is a review for the Salon in particular. Renea did a fantastic job on my cut and color. The lady I was booked with called out sick but Renea still took care of me and went above and beyond to make me look good. While there I witnessed multiple workers help wherever needed and everyone was extremely friendly.

Im a Canadian tourist who stopped in to pick up some products we dont have back home- when I saw the salon I asked if they had room for a wash and blowout. They fit me in, and both the salon manager and her apprentice were awesome. Got a clarifying shampoo, and deep conditioning, for $20! Great service!The only downside were the product displays- testers were all in bad shape, broken and dirty. They were also sold out of multiple brands which was disappointing.

This Ulta never has people available to help you. Better know what youre doing before you go in there.
