I will never come back. No one in the store talked to me or asked me if they could help. Just total silence while they played on their phones. Manager looked at me rude, and then told me to leave because they were closing… it was 1 PM.. staff needs to be replaced here before I would recommend anyone buy from this wretched place.

Came in to get maybe two fragrances, and walked out with three and a travel sprayer and a free tote bag from Kenneth Kole, for under $100. I definitely got exactly what I wanted, with no pressure.

This store smells really good. They have nice staff and good deals. Better than paying retail at Macys for cologne or perfumes. Staff is very helpful and patient. And everything is real.

We went to the mall for my friends birthday and we wanted some nice perfume but the gentleman in the store was very rude and had poor customer service. Every time I asked about a fragrance he would spray a sample paper and slide it on the counter, and sigh as If I were a bother, I tried a couple of other fragrances and he kept acting he couldnt place the sample in my hand, so we left the store. As we were leaving another customer was in the store and he was so helpful but didnt have that same energy. Honestly, its 2019 when will the bigotry stop, one thing about it I will not spend my money where Im not respected or welcomed. And I will pass it on to friends and family because at end of the day I can affect youre bottom line
