Five star service!! I’m trying to get back in to makeup and so I decided to visit this location and I must say I had the best experience with Diana. She was super informative, friendly and accommodating. I felt like a superstar shopping with her. They didn’t have my shade in so she went through the process of finding it for me. She called multiple locations and taada she found it. I can’t express my gratitude enough for the beautiful energy she gave me and the work she put in to make sure that I got what I needed. Diana is a jewel. Perfect example of what customer service is supposed to be and just pure human kindness. This goes down in my life as one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. Diana I just can’t thank you enough!!

I went there looking for a specific product and didn’t know the name. The lady didn’t even try to help me find anything she just said we don’t have that. She didn’t even try to find an alternative or ask me if I needed anything else.

I walked in tonight and greeted by a very friendly male, however, he was busy and I had the unfortunate encounter with the tall fair brunette (wearing gigantic tortoise shell glasses). She was very rude and condescending and in this day in age her customer service skills need to be up to par, especially since I had 2 other MAC counters in the mall I could have gone to. Thanks for reminding me of why I do not come to your store!! I should have just stuck with my normal MAC @ Macys!

Josh is such a great employee! He helped me find the perfect foundation match while simultaneously having to juggle working the register. He’s very cheerful and makes every customer feel welcomed into the store with a greeting! :) Will come back to this location in the future.

Loved their make up they did my make up for my wedding and they did amazing! And the manger was sweet because my sister was the maid of honor and her app was at 5 and he got her in right after me. Thank you for making my wedding day easier

I walked in this morning (and Im not a fan of malls) Dawn was alone running the store. The person ahead of me was doing a return and Dawn was suggesting items to her, very helpful! So it became an exchange instead of a return. Iso it took a minute. The phone was ringing another person came in and i was still there waiting. She was very professional and very sweet. So apologetic. There was no need because she made me feel like I wasnt any less important. Long story short, Dawn handled it like a rockstar!!

Shea is amazing and fast with her fabulous!😀 Shea took care of my sister and she received so many compliments on how beautiful she looked all night at the gala we attended.Danni took care of me and she knew exactly what to do to make my eyes pop and my lashes were perfect.😉 I kept spinning in my chair to see my face!!!!Thanks Shea and Danni, you are a dynamic duo!!!! Everyone go see them at the Parks Arlington mall.

I barely write review, but I have to give this 5 star for Josh the manger of MAC counter at the Park Mall in Arlington TX,. He completed my makeup in 30 mins and he helps other customers in the same time. His professional manner and unique style made him a wonderful makeup artist. His skills as an artist are incredible. I couldnt have been happier with my makeup. I have nothing but compliments the entire day! if you are looking to have a beautiful flawless makeup then go to JOSH. He is the best of the best.

My Daughter had her face made up by Dessi and she was Awesome. She was not only very patient & attentive, but she made it a very special experience for my 15 year old.

My girlfriend is a huge fan of MAC Cosmetics. Most..if not all of her makeup is MAC. This store does not give the brand the credit it deserves. When I say store, I mean the size of the store. It is maybe the size of a small bedroom which is almost impossible to accommodate the number of people that go in that store whether they are just browsing or buying products.Why 4 stars? The staff is amazing at catering to every guest that comes in especially when the mini-sized store is jam-packed with people that are needing their questions answered, concerns alleviated, and/or in need of personalized suggestions. The artists do not make commissions on sales, and that aspect of the staff definitely does not show, they truly have a passion in this industry and walking people though any situation they bring in the doors.

I came to this store yesterday around 7. I had questions about things and the girls didnt know... They more so looked annoyed when I needed help... So I grabbed just a brush because they werent tryna help me figure out what color bronzer I should get, so I just grabbed a brush... Im at the register and four of the girls are standing there just talking..So I said Im just gonna get this, I held the brush up.. and the black girl with the mushroom wig on said Hold Up.. she was really doing something on the computer.. and the other girls were just standing there . There was another register I dont see why no one could take me there... But after 5 minutes I just left.. they made me so uncomfortable .. screw mac no more Mac for me.. this is not the first time where there customer service was horrible.. I went to Sephora after leaving mac

Lol worst customer service. Haven’t gotten make up there in years and forgot it was due to the horrible customer service. They just stand around don’t greet you, just poor customer service. Never will I buy another Mac product.. I’ll stick to Sephora ..

Im filing a complaint against Mac at Macys at The Parks at Arlington Mall.Jo wouldnt refund my item despite having the receipt and being unused. She lied and said cosmetics had to be returned within 30 days.I had to seek out a Macys supervisor to issue me the refund.After I was refunded I went and told Jo. She said, again, cosmetics is different and Mac is different. Two untrue statements.Im dissapointed that Mac employees are unaware of their own return policy.

Worst customer service ever! Walked in and not one person greeted my daughter and I. Waited and no help (they were not that busy). Finally asked girl with the long dark hair about a liquid foundation and she was so annoyed that I interrupted her looking for other makeup. However, when another person asked right after me, she immediately assisted.
