OMG! I need an entire day in this store! It was my first time shopping here. Id heard about the store from co-workers and friends, but to experience it myself was nearly overwhelming! Im so glad I had the opportunity to shop for about 30 minutes! I cant wait to go back!!

DONT SHOP HERE PRICE SWITCHER ALERT!! My mom and I went to buy luggage for an upcoming trip and we both found luggage that was on a high self we loved. I went to the front and spoke with the cashier who said the price was $118 for each. The guy comes from the back to get the luggage down as we are walking I mention the price and how cute for my vacation he then says oh these are $140 plus tax. I tell him what the lady upfront just said which was $118 and he says she doesnt know whats shes talking aboutI reconfirm because she said it matter of fact but he insists shes wrong. We still want to purchase so he proceeds to get the luggage down. As hes getting it down he RIPS the PRICE TAG off and sticks it in his pocket! My mom called him out on it and he just looks like hes busted. I dont know if its because we were African Americans or the fact he thought he could just get over. Either way stay away from this place!

This was my first visit to them and I really like it! They have so many different items to look at that you could spend hours just walking around looking at the stuff and the prices are not bad either!

I go here for all my costume jewelry 📿. This shopping trip was specifically for a friends pastor and wife church anniversary. I love this place.

Im really happy that theres one of these closer to me and friends. Its just as good as the one off of Harry Hines. Going back for some accessories for an upcoming wedding, They have all the rhinestone purses, fedoras, and other stuff online right in the store.

Huge inventory! Lots to look at. Only saw one section of mens wallets but has everything for women. Awesome place for handbags, jewelry, and other accessories! There was a wall of shirts and some shoes as well. They even had a section of phone accessories and a few candles! Who knew?

The store used to sell a lot of jewelry sets necklaces earrings matching in a western style years ago now all they have is Junk

I was overcharged for a bag. I showed them the receipt and the bag that was purchased and the price difference and they refused to issue me a refund for the difference. They still had the bag in stock the shows i was overcharged. Then the cashiers said it was my fault. Something so small and that was clearly the merchants error could have been a easy fix. Horrible customer service.

The people were very friendly. One of the gentlemen who worked there put a soft little pillow in a buggy for our 1 year old to sit in and then also went and got two toys and gave to him. He was super nice. They also have a whole slew of jewelry, purses, bags, scarfs, etc. Really good affordable prices as well.

I went to the ladies room and I gaged, it was filty. Large trash can was filled to the top and paper towels on the floor plus no toilet tissue in stalls that included empty rolls. I reported to the Asian manager she went inside with me and said oh the clean up guy isnt hear yet. The store just opened. I told this didnt just happen the store just opened. She was unconcerned. It was horrible and I want go back. The store in Arlington.

Horrible cheap product that WILL fall apart after a few days time and they WILL NOT exchange their product at all. Wife bought a purse that had the entire strap on its side rip off after having it only one week. I will update this to a better review if they honor their sub par product and allow her to exchange it.

Yes, this is accessory central and they will probably have what your looking for, however if I ask a question I would like an answers or an honest let me try to help...I hate when u make me feel like Im bothering you and they did...So I put back my items and left....I can go to Amazon and order which is what I did.....

Love this place it has cute products and if you to here and your kids like getting a lot then you wont be surprised spending $50.

Use to be my must go place for all my jewelry however they have really cut back on the really beautiful, unusual Items in favor of other items than jewelry. I had a hard tme finding something a really outstanding pair of ear rings for my daughters wedding. I know of no other place to shop for jewelry since StienMart closed.

I used to love this store but the staff has gone down hill. Blonde little girl publicly arguing with the manager, and grumbling under her breath. This same girl checked me out but with an attitude I did not deserve.

Great place to pick up scarves and purses/bags. They have tons of other stuff from womens clothing and makeup to electronic gadgets and accessories. Its all imported from China, I assume. Most things are the plastic version, and sometimes thats all you need. Never bought any of their jewelry. Looks like they have tons of wedding/pageant type jewelry, tiaras and such.I find it the in-person version of browsing Wish, not having to pay shipping, and you dont have to wait a month for it to arrive.This location is in the Highlands area, so think about traffic before you go

Huge store. Very well kept. Major selection of handbags and purses as well as accessories! The prices vary but theres some definite hidden gems inside this store. Not a fan of the clothing or shoes but everything else is great. If you need hair accessories jewelry or a bad for everyday this is where you need to be. They also carry jewelry for sensitive ears.

Popped in unexpectedly (after months of research) & we ran into the salesman Dwyer. He was fantastic! Took us through a test, showed us our options, listened you our needs. 10/10 definitely coming back when we need too

I highly recommend this Sam Moon in Arlington. Huge. I love hundreds and hundreds of purses, ever possible color. Hobo, clutch, crossbody. Jewelry, love the earrings. Its the wall of earrings. And shoes, boots, bags, luggage. Shawls, ponchos, baseball caps about a hundred different styles with unique saying or no artwork on them, scarves, cowboy hats. Very nice. Organized and clean.

Pretty decent store. The store was clean and well organized, but the selection of handbags wasnt to my liking. I would visit this location again hopefully they will have a better selection. The employees dont speak to you so I cant say much about their customer service. I walked passed at least 4 of them and not a word. Maybe thats just my expectations especially when running a business...being friendly and welcoming to your guest.

Disappointed with the ring selection but happy with the flip-flops.

I needed a bag for a very specific purpose and I saw the perfect bag almost immediately. The only problem was the strap wasnt as long as I needed it to be. After searching the store for one with the length I needed to no avail. At checkout I mentioned it and someone called Sam from the back and he dug through a huge box of straps to find the perfect one!!! Now thats five star service!! Very happy customer!!

Great place Sam Moons this is one of their newer locations. I have been a fan of Sam Moons on Harry Hines for years even when they were in a much smaller building now theyve moved to an incredibly bigger building always just great things different jewelry hats clothing makeup you know accessories purses all kinds of things that kind of even go for the household its really a kind of neat place that you could really spend and waste the whole day at if youre not careful of your time not a quick run in and out place . Unless you are incredibly disciplined. 😁😁

This is a really fun place to go if you’re looking for cute but cheap handbags, accessories, phone cases & cables and jewelry. I can usually find what I’m looking for. If you’ve never been here, you need to go at least once. Most locals are familiar with Sam Moon and love it. It lost one star because sometimes you have to beware of quality. Examine before you buy.

Ladies!! This is the place to accessorize any outfit. You can find any color combination you need for jewelry and purses and pins. This is it, if you dont find it here, it doesnt exist.

First time coming to this location. Store has a lot of selection. One of the ladies was kind when showing me rings. A different lady helped me at check out... I decided not to take 4 of the earrings out of the other 6 items that I had and the lady smacked her mouth when I told her that I wasnt going to take 4 earrings. As she was removing them from the total she was making noises as if she was upset that I asked her to remove the 4 earrings. I payed my total at the end and then she automatically starts talking to a different customer on the other side without saying anything. I wait patiently and she then says Im done. So I grab the bag with the items I purchased. I Didnt like the check out service, but if I go back Ill just make sure to go with the lady that was kind. Since she works there she shouldnt be smaking her mouth or complaining when someone decides to leave some items, thats just rude. Thank you to the other lady that was nice.

Love this store accessories reasonably priced for every style my sister even got a wedding ring set to wear on her upcoming vacation as she didnt feel safe wearing her real one. The security and some workers will watch you like your robbing the store and that can be uncomfortable but Ill still shop there. Almost any accessory I want is there!
