I use to love coming into this location PRIOR to Covid. The customer service is horrible now, when you walk in they look at you as though you have something on your face. They love to stereotype and that is crazy if someone is coming in they either have money or could just be browsing for a special gift. On several occasions I have come in with my mother or fiancé so they could pick something out NO I didnt not make the purchase on that day, but came back the next day to purchase what they had chosen. When they locate your account in the system and see all of your purchases and that you are a card holder they treat you totally different. BTW..They love to spend long amounts of time with people who come in with all this fake designer on so if you are in the market come in looking like that and you will be worshiped. EVERYONE should be treated with the same respect because at the end of the day all of the money is the same and spends the same.

Bought a ring for my wife for Christmas sent it in to get the ring sized it’s been a month and a half still haven’t received the ring back from sizing the store can’t tell me anything but that my ring is done but not shipped it’s been two weeks that the ring has been done but they can tell me anything else. The manager was supposed to look into this but a week has gone by and no response from the manager. What the hell they won’t give me my money back until they receive the ring what if it never comes back I’m out $1500.00. Never will I shop here again.

Worst place ever if you are a widow. I brought a necklace to be fixed that my late husband bought me. the man that took my necklace and information was new but ok he said they will call me back when is ready and the man didnt give me anything but my naive self trusted him. 3 months went by and no call so I called the store and they couldnt find my necklace I said maybe its under my husbands name since he bought it. and sure it was. I told the man that my husband was dead and so he said it was Fine and that I could come pick it up and that he had made a note. well took me another month to come get it because I got sick and we had that winter storm and the store is 40 minutes from my house. once I went to the store the manager short African woman with long breads was so rude from the begging like she didnt want to help me. I told her about the situation and she had absolutely no emotions she went to go check and said I couldnt get it because it was not on my name and that there was no note. I showed a picture of myself wearing the piece and still no emotions told me to call costumer service. and they were even worst to deal with. scream at me and asked to bring a will in order to proof that I have rights to my own necklace. I said maybe I can bring the death certificate and marriage license and after a while she said ok. I called a week later to pick up my necklace and the manager again wanted me to call costumer service to have them give me something to prove that it was ok for me to bring the death and marriage certificates. so once again I called and thank God this lady was so nice and called the store and told them to let me get my necklace back.my necklace was only like 90 bucks but is very special to me. the stress and treatment as a widow was so unnecessary and only brought more pain to my healing process.I will never buy anything else in the store and my daughter wanted a necklace from the Disney collection. im glad I got my necklace back but that lifetime warranty is not worth all the stress.

The worst store to buy your jewelry from, not because of their quality but the service they offer is unacceptable, 2 reasons 1st if you previously purchased an item from them, they refuse to clean it unless you have an appointment, I was told due to short staff even when there were 2 representatives there and only me and 1 other customers at the store. 2nd reason the lady was very unprofessional and made me feel like she didnt care about my business to the point that I just left the store.
I purchased a ring in store on 8.7 and needed it sized. I was told it would be ready On 8.26 I called and was told that they needed to outsource to another repair shop because the original company was busy. Which is no big deal however I should have been informed I called every day since then with each person saying my ring will be in the next day. Still no ring! I called and spoke with a lady today who was very rude and said she did not know where my ring was and said that she would call me back...I doubt she will call me back😑 If I don’t have my ring or an update by tomorrow morning I will be contacting corporate.

I went into this location today to browse at their wedding bands. The sales associate was extremely attentive and helpful. She pulled out any piece of jewelry I wanted to try and even offered a complimentary cleaning of my engagement ring. I didn’t even ask for one! I didn’t feel pressure to buy anything today. The selection was pretty good too and the pricing is really good. They have wedding bands under $500 for any bride or couple on a budget.
After 6 years of marriage, my husband and I finally decided to get nice rings for each other. When we married we were finishing college, and then paying off debt, so we decided to put nice rings on the back burner. After a whole day of going shop to shop to shop, and either encountering rude salespeople or blasé rings, I was about to give up. But my husband saw this store and convinced me to go to one more place. Im glad he did! Our saleswoman was wonderful, not too pushy and well informed. I wish I could remember her name for this review! She was a beautiful woman, probably in her 50s, originally from Iran. I told her what I was looking for (something unique with sapphires or other colored stones) and she took me straight to Vera Wangs collection. I fell in love. Not only were the rings exactly what I was looking for, they didnt have them anywhere else we had looked, not even at the non-outlet Zales. I got exactly what I was looking for at a fraction of the price, and my family still raves about my beautiful ring and the quality of the diamonds and sapphires! Thank you Zales Outlet!
Just had the worst experience of my Life at this location. I went in to have my ring inspected (as I have been doing every six months for the last for years due to Lifetime Warranty) . I have recently moved and did not have the warranty receipt log but was told it could be pulled up on the computer . When I got to the store they refused to inspect my ring stating that because a stone was missing they were not going to allow my ring to be inspected . This makes absolutely no sense being that the whole point of a warranty is to have your ring fixed when a stone falls out !!!! I was treated absolutely horribly by Jim who not only insulted me but then left me standing at the counter . Now my warranty will be voided because they would not inspect it . I am so upset and will be managing this up to corporate. Jim is absolutely horrible to deal with and should not be working in customer service !

I called before coming in to the store. I had bought a bracelet and then received the same one for Christmas. I asked if I could return it and they said yes. I let them know I did not have my receipt and they said as long as I had purchased it within 60 days I could still return it. When I went to the store they refused to return my bracelet even though they saw my purchase on there computer because I did not have the paper copy. The worst customer service experience I have ever received. I now have two of the same bracelet. I will no longer due business with Zales.
We came here on a whim after getting horrible treatment at Helzberg. We were immediately greeted here and were given the most amazing customer service. We came in to look at mens wedding bands and loved the price and the treatment, we bought one on the spot. They even gave my engagement ring a complementary cleaning as well. We will definitely be coming back to Zales.

I always purchase my jewelry from Zales/Zales Outlet, and I’ve always been very pleased UNTIL I dropped my ring off for repair at the Arlington Zales Outlet location. I was originally told by, Sarah, that the repair would be covered under the Protection Plan and that it would take a week for the repair. Well after a week I never heard anything back, so I called the store, and was then informed by a different sales associate that I was misinformed it actually takes two weeks. Understood, mistakes happen.2 weeks go by, this time I was told they couldn’t give me any info on the ring, and that I would need to call back the next day to speak with Sarah. Called back, spoke w/ Sarah, at which time she abruptly informed me that since I had not kept up with the required every six months inspections that I would have to pay for the repair (strange how this wasnt an issue before, but fine, not a problem)! I asked to speak to a manager to which I was told she’s on vacation for a week. I once again asked for an update on my ring. I was told it would be back in two weeks, however, they could not give me any info as to where my ring was or the estimate to have it fixed. How can you say when it will be ready if I havent even received an estimate for repair?! Enough already! I called Zales corp office, spoke with Joey, the order submitted by Sarah did not have any info on it, so there was no way to give me an update. Joey asked me to let him make a couple of phone calls and he would call me back with an update.Joey called back, apologized for the experience and for the fact that my ring wouldn’t be ready for yet another MONTH due to the order being submitted incorrectly.***UPDATE 05/07/18*** 2 months later, still no ring. After numerous reqs to have a District/General manager call me back fell upon deaf ears, I figured out the email format to the Signet Executive team (CEO, VPs, all the way down to the Corporate Secretary) and sent an email at 8 A.M. by 10:01 A.M. I had a return phone call, although it still wasnt from a District/General Manager, but rather someone from their Customer Care department.Im glad I sent that email; according to the lady that called me back, the estimate for repair still had not been authorized (even though I gave authorization weeks ago; also spoke with the corp office same day advising them I gave my approval to move forward w/ repaires because I knew another excuse was conning), so now were looking at 3 months for a simple small side diamond replacement. The only thing I will say Zales has done right in this ordeal is, I now do not have to pay the $570 repair cost. Stand by for the next update folks!***UPDATE: 06/23/18*** Got the ring back on 06/11, but as suspected, when I arrived at the store I was immediately met with resistance. The manager wasnt there, but she was sure to leave a note on a STICKY saying, to NOT give me my ring until a balance of over $200 was paid (which was odd, because the repair cost was $570, but none of this surprised me). I showed them the email from their corp office stating they were taking care of the full repair balance. I KNOW for a fact the corp office was in contact with this stores management during this ordeal, so this was just one last jab to the customer, making me wait 45 min.So, after showing the email they still refused. Since I had a direct line to the person at the corp office, I called. They were immediately apologetic and within 30 secs the store phone was ringing requesting to speak to the asst manager, Sarah. Again, 45 minutes later, I left the store with my ring and WITHOUT paying the over $200 balance. 😩I will say, the Zales corp office did everything they could to make the situation right, so for that they get 5 Stars, but the leadership at the Zales Outlet in Arlington, still get a 1; it would be 0 if that were an option.
I wish I would have read reviews before going to this store. HORRIBLE service. I took my ring in to be sized and the diamonds kept popping out after sizing. AND THEN they didnt even call m e to communicate the issues they were having with the repair department. They have had my WEDDING ring for over a month and I have still not received it back after COUNTLESS PROMISES that I would get it the next week. NEVER AGAIN. BUYERS BEWARE!!
Horrible experience! Imagine picking your ring, walking away with it, going back a week later to have it resized, then being told your contact is incorrect and you never see your ring again. Well thats exactly what happened to my Husband and me. He was told that there was 0% interest and that he would fix it on the actual contact which showed at 35% interest rate. The salesman told him he could get it fixed this month or the next, that there was no rush. Well my husband went up to the store twice within a week to get it fixed, only to be told that they were not ready to fix it yet. to go back the next week. Well he finally called the manager and was told that the error could not be fixed and his only options were to pay the ring with the 35% interest rate, or to let them keep the ring and give him a refund. So a refund was requested BUT now he has to wait for the ring to get back to the store after getting resized in order to get the refund. NEVER going back to a Zales store!

I went to pick up my wedding band just weeks before my wedding from the Zales outlet store in Arlington, TX outside of The Parks Mall. Without even examining the ring, the sales associate hands me a ring with a whole diamond missing. When I pointed this out to her she was very apologetic, but again this should have been double checked and triple checked before I ever even entered the store.
Nice guy at the counter who helped us out in purchasing a ring but my real concern is how he stood there and told us that resizing will take 2 weeks. Today is the end of this two 2 week waiting period. I called and lady said it will be here on the 19th - another week from now and from the reviews, Im kind of scared I might have the same run around as everyone else on here. Should have just went to Helzberg.

They were alright ....I notice some things at that location that was not very pleasing...I over heard one clerk to another about they sale they were not going to make a sale on a customer,which I think is very unprofessional and rude..Thats your job to serve not unless that person is giving you a problem, keep your thoughts and remarks to yourself!!Dont judge a person because of the color of their skin and thinking they dont have any money to spend,Most make more that in you in a months time...Please dont forget your place....
Went here to get my engagement ring she told me I needed to size it and it would only take 7-10 days. Not business days just days. I asked to clarify. We bought my ring on 8-1-15 so expected it at the latest on the 10th. We both were very irritated with the sales women in the store. Every time we went in or called including our very first visit they were very rude and made us feel like we were bothering them by walking in the store. We went to fred myers on 8-2-15 which was a Sunday picked out our bands my fiancés ring had to be special ordered and we got both of them back. They use the same jewelers to size. When we went up to zales outlet in arlington to check on my ring they said its not ready it takes about a month. I was very upset since I was promised 10 days. She showed me on the receipt that it says the 24th. When I asked her what the warranty covered since no one explained it she said well did you read the warranty guide? We went to the mansfield zales outlet and the women was in shock of how they have been treating us she called the jeweler right there and said we needed the ring next time he delivers. We then noticed they charged us for the wrong ring. Online it shows it should be ready for pick up today but havent received a call. I guess I will find out what ring I get whenever I go to pick it up.
