I Almost aways get what Im needing here. Rarely do I go anywhere else.Online ordering works best and always gives a discounted price.

Tony has been helping me keep my personal fleet in tip top shape the last few years at this location and is always the man to brighten your day even if you’re there because one of your junkers won’t run. A lot of other employees come and go and each has been great. Great location right by some other places you might want to stop and you can swing into old town at the same time.

Had very pleasant experience here, the staff was very knowledgeable about the items I was there for, and they beat their local competitors prices for the parts I was after. Definitely worth looking at if you need automotive parts, and/or accessories.

They are very helpful and they have what you need for your car or theyll order it.

I get coupons emailed to me but they are web only. Thats pretty stupid considering establishments such as this still heavily rely on people walking in and buying things. I showed them my coupon and they agreed.

After purchasing wiper blades, our cashier came out in the freezing rain and actually installed them for us. This was an outstanding customer service experience. Joseph was extremely kind and helpful tonight. My battery died, and I got a jump and then had it checked, and the machine said bad battery. I found my original receipt since it was still within the warranty time frame, but wasnt sure what to expect, or if I would have a problem actually getting someone to help. Absolutely none. Joseph set me up with a new one in minutes and removed the old, something I wouldnt even know what to do with. I highly recommend this shop - they really take care of customers.

Old lady behind the counter is spectacular. She knows more than many of the other men that are working there. With the exception of the store manager.

Joe provided a refreshing customer service experience. Although another location sent me there and part quoted at $75 wasnt located in computer resulting price of part being $125

Austin & joe were very helpful helping my daughter get a battery for her avalanche. Even put it in for her! Made her feel at ease.

Waste of time. The whole Advance inventory system seems like it needs to be audited or replaced. Unless your part is very common, youre going to have a very difficult time actually getting the part in your hands. They like to sell you things they dont have, then send you all over town looking for it, unless you want to wait a day for them to do it. Employees are unpleasant, but not just here, seems like a company culture thing.

My second choice for parts but I always have a good experience

We showed up theres two people at the front desk having a full conversation for at least 10 to 12 minutes we had to interrupt a conversation in order to get attention to us to be checked out I made a comment on how we were doing our oil change for the minivan and then I started to get criticized for the minivan saying how its a bad vehicle to drive around in and it doesnt look stylish whatsoever long story short the people were unprofessional

Hector is truly amazing!! I went in today to get a fuse for my cigarette charging port and on the way there my son lost this tooth. My son was proudly showing me his tooth and I bumped his hand and the tooth fell down into the emergency break cavity. My son was very upset and I felt horrible. I mentioned this Hector when I was buying the fuses and he said he had an idea and could possibly help. He came to the car where my son was still trying to get the tooth out and used a grasping tool to retrieve the tooth. Hector literally saved our day!! No more tears from my son and we were both very thankful.Hector is so very helpful and personable kind man. He didn’t have to come help but he did and it really did turn a sad situation a happy one!!Hats off to Hector. He deserves a raise!!!

Purchased an alternator which failed in three weeks. Exchanged the alternator for another which failed in two days. Called the store to inquire about exchange and was told they could not exchange and that I had to purchase a new product. I requested the name of the individual I was talking to and they refused. I requested to speak to a manager and they stated they were the manager. What company on earth sells a defective product, exchanges it with a defective product, refuses to make it right and then allows managers to not even identify themselves??

Hector was so friendly and helpful! I needs new operating blades and he is a window wiper guru! He help me find the exact blades in my price range installed it and even filled my window wiper fluid! Will definitely be back.

Were late delivering a part, so i went and picked up, the guys were very professional and there apology was sincere.

I was was told by my shop that my Subaru needed about $1600 dollars in work, I went to advance Auto to see how much the parts were going to be and I talked to Hector there and he said he was a Subaru tech and check the paperwork that the shop gave me and advised me that my car didnt need all that work,he was super friendly and helpful, he was able to go outside and check my Subaru out.all it was was a tune up and two sensors.I spent $225 and was able to do all the work my self because Hector showed me on YouTube where to watch How to videos to fix my Subaru. His knowledge of Subarus really saved me time and money! As long as he is at this store Ill keep going there for what ever I may need.Thank you so much Hector! And my car thanks you too!P.S. this man needs double whatever he is making now!

Ive been ordering parts online from Advance Auto Parts. I also come into the store at 54th and Wadsworth. I like the fact that I can order online, but also have a store to go when I need something right away or if I have a problem with something. I have been doing some major repairs on my truck lately. Hector and George have been very helpful. Hector helped me with a power steering hose issue and George helped me out with a wheel bearing issue. Way better than the online only stores. Thanks for your help.

Had a wonderful experience here at advanced auto parts came in to buy a new battery, was helped by Hector and he was wonderful, very helpful and got me in and out. Installed my battery in a jiffy as well as entertained my 7 year old. Haha I recommend this auto parts store over any.

Hector saved me at least $100.00 today! My brake lights would not go off, so i went down to this store to buy a portable jump starter in case it drained my battery. He was kind enough to come out and take a look at my old Jeep Grand Cherokee, saw what the problem was (a brake light switch) and showed my son what he would need to do to replace it at home! Horrible customer service many times that I have gone here. I called to ask what time they close and they told me 8pm and I told them I was on my way to pick up a part. I got there at 7:45 and the doors were locked. The employees saw me at the door and turned around and walked away. I called the store again and they told me they were closed because they were slow.

Yesterday I purchased a battery for my car and then drove across the parking lot to pick up some take out food. I turned off the car for just a couple of minutes and it wouldnt turn over when I tried to start it again. I called Advance Auto Parts and Justin came over within a few minutes to replace the battery. Really thankful for this as I had two young children in the car and the temperature outside was below freezing. I could have called AAA but who knows how long it would have taken for them to arrive. Thanks, Advance Auto Parts! You saved our evening :)

My Battery died after two years. They replaced it free of cost. They honored their warranty. Hector was able to replace it on the spot. He was a real standup guy.

I was having some car issues as I was driving down I -70, so I routed to the nearest auto store. Arrived at 8:01, opened my hood to check the oil, and didn’t notice that the store closed early on Sundays. The employee inside came to the door and gestured/shouted through the glass that they were closed and could not help me. I understand that I was one minute late, but one would hope that they would’ve helped out a motorist in need.

Theyve had what Ive needed so far but my goodness, molasses moves faster than their staff. It doesnt seem that hard to look up a customer by their phone number but it takes them a good 5 or ten minutes to do so every time! Relations could be improved by a more knowledgeable and faster moving staff.

I wont go anywhere else! Hector is one of the most helpful, knowledgeable sales people Ive come across. I first met him at Napa Auto on 64th and Im glad I found him again. He knows more about my Subaru than Super Rupair - and has saved me a ton of money.

Just around the corner from this store, my driver side windshield wiper decided it didnt want to live anymore, and executed an epic jump from the car. This was the closest autoparts store open at the moment. Since the cold had also broken my other front wiper (it was quite a morning) I decided to replace them both. Enter Hector the Dragon Slayer, Savior of wipers and windshields everywhere. He helped me pick out decent wipers without even realizing they were BOGO until after I paid (BONUS), then came out in the cold and installed the wipers for me. (and that was no easy task, thank you Spring snow storm). All while being exceptionally personable and friendly. Despite the current shutdown of everything and general craziness of the public, Hector had an amazingly positive attitude. Highly recommend this location. Kudos Hector, thanks for the help!

Sadly I can only give five stars, because AJ deserves 10. I was having problems with my motorcycle, I coasted it into AdvancedAuto, where i was greeted by an Employee by the name of AJ. Not only was AJ very knowledgeable and very helpful, but the items i needed I was short on cash and had forgotten my credit card at home, to my utter amazement AJ paid, out his own pocket, the remaining balance. I was in stunned! He was more concerned that I got home safely than coming out of his own pocket for a complete stranger. People like AJ are few and far between these days. Being the 21st century and all, the only time someone should but from these corporations is in emergencies. The mark up is sometimes 500%. You works think to stay competitive they would lower the mark a little, cuz doubling your profit is still great business. And patience will profit the customer....

Friendly staff with an odd location. Its very visible off of Wadsworth Blvd, but the parking lot entrances are hard to access if you are heading north. Pretty good sized store with a good selection.

This was the second store I went to today, same result. CPUs down, I get it. I was eventually greeted after about 2 minutes and that was it. After two trips to different stores and no help I am done. I will make my purchases online through a different retailer.

As with all Advanced Auto Part stores, this store is well stocked and has amazing and friendly customer service. Prices are low and inventory is almost always full.There are not as many employees available as in other Advanced Auto Parts stores, which means checkout or getting your question answered may take some time.

Great customer service and they usually always have the parts I need. The are conveniently located all over town so if one store doesnt have the part I need 9 times out of 10 a store close by has it in stock.

Staff is always nice and knowledgeable. Last time I was there this mechanic guy was hanging around trying to drum up business though. Seemed to think I didnt know what I was talking about which was annoying since I am also a mechanic. He mention he was there most Sundays so I will not be going back on Sundays.
