Staff are helpful. I wouldnt trust them for auto advice, but good for retail. Their battery/starter/alternator testing equipment will false positive 100% of the time it seems, but other than that, one of the more tolerable parts store on the west side. Delivery, cores, and returns have always been hassle free.

Open Easter! I needed a tiny m6 X 1.0 helicoil for a stripped thread repair. I went to my local store and they did not have the item in stock. They phoned a nearby store and had them visually check for the item. They had it in stock :-). I drove to the other store, picked the kit up and finished the thermostat installation. Car was ready for work Monday morning. Great service, friendly employees at both locations. Smooth transaction. Part was ready and waiting for me at the front counter.

Shout out to Mark! Came in because one of my headlight bulbs burnt out in my truck. He offered to put them in for me; even when the connectors were being stubborn. Great customer service. Theyre not bias when a bleach blonde chick comes in, and they dont try to sell me something I dont need.

Theres always one who thinks he knows better. Thinks most people who come are DIYers who dont know what theyre doing. Try to make u appear like u dont know what ur talking about. Tried telling me my car was 2.4 or something. Told him no its 2.0. insisted its not 2.0. which in turn provided me wrong part cuz he still, after being told provided wrong part by assuming he knew better. Incident happened while back before winter. Only visit this location if part I need is in stock there. Otherwise go visit other that doesnt appear to mind helping customers get what they asked for.

I wish I could remember the name of the gentleman that helped me. He was so kind and patient with me. He tested my battery and kept me informed the entire time. He also checked to see if my battery was within the warranty and it was. I would go back and send people to this location. I couldnt be more impressed. (I went Tuesday, December 8, 2020 at 9am)

I think its massively stupid that I cant return an HID bulb. Turns out its something else and now Im stuck with a $100 bulb I dont need at all when that $100 could go to the ballast or the wiring.

Had a bad experience at the store off 38th and Kipling. Purchased pads and rotors saturday to wake up early Sunday to do a quick job. So I thought. When I opened the package to the rotors.. To find out they gave me used rotors. When I went to exchange them. So I got there 8am soon at they open to get it done. Six people showed up after me waiting outside the store. We were there at 8 am. No one was there to open, even a worker was waiting for someone to open. After a quick conversation about our cars. We all started to leave. Long story short. I called this store of 58th. John B. Heard me out and took care of me. Made it easy and no worries. Exchange the rotors and got the job done within the next hour. Much appreciation to John for his help. Really made my situation better.

The old skinny taller manager accused me of stealing pretty much because it was more then I wanted to pay and told me not to come back after I told him to go look at the camera

This is a good neighborhood AutoZone that is managed well. They are friendly and reasonable. This is where I get most of my parts from. The store has most common parts and can get the less common parts pretty fast.I had a battery go bad within the warranty window (first for me) and they confirmed it by testing the battery and replaced it. Overall easier than I thought.

I highly recommend this location mainly because Lorenzo was so professional, helpful and kind! My engine light came on, he ran a test and figured out what the issue was and helped me with the solution. I’ll only come to this location when I need anything for my car! Thanks again, Lorenzo!

Autozone is terrible as is but this one really gives the best evidence of that. Time and time again I give this place a shot and every single time I go in they manage to push me away with sheer stupidity. Never again!

Janice was extremely helpful and everyone was super friendly! Her and her associate Justin were extraordinarily helpful in helping us deal with a check engine light. They went beyond the standard help prescribed by Autozone’s already helpful standards. Being new to town, finding trustworthy car-people is an incredible find. I would highly recommend this location.

I only frequent AutoZone for any vehicle related questions, needs or problems. The staff here is knowledgeable and helpful and usually assist with installations. Justin, the assistant store manager is always quick to help and offer good suggestions, a friendly guy to boot. Decent and quality parts and products are why I continue to come to AutoZone, competitive prices, understanding staff and the above mentioned are why I will continue to do so.

Came in to check the battery. Device couldnt show so needed to take the battery out to go hook up to the BIG machine. Wouldve taken an hour to do so... have to try another way.

As a woman, I appreciate going into an auto parts store & being treated with respect. Thats what i like about shopping here. I needed a tool at 9:50pm one night. The guys helped me find what i needed quickly. And then when i discovered that the tool didnt meet my needs, there was no problem returning it.

Always the cheapest way to get parts. Quality shows. Clip barely had a clip for my brake booster, noticed after installed!!! Never going back to the zone!!!

I went to get a tail light replaced here last week. The employee at the register was more interested in chatting with another customer about his car and hanging out than he was in acknowledging me. When he finally helped, he looked up the type of light I needed, then gave me the bulb number and told me to go get it rather than helping me find it himself. I then had to wait for him to ring up two more customers who came up after Id had to go find the bulb. Only after I paid for the bulb, did he decide to tell me that because it was only himself and one other employee working, he couldnt put the bulb in my car for me. For the record, I absolutely do not look like someone who knows how to put a tail light in a car - thats why I was going to an Autozone in the first place!! I asked him where I should go to have the bulb put in and he suggested Jiffy Lube! I shouldve just gone to Jiffy Lube in the first place.In summary, dont go here. There are plenty of places selling the same stuff and theyll have better customer service.

The clerk needed to be a little more knowledgeable he seemed pretty young and didnt really know what he was talking about we received a cone honor track in he couldnt figure out with the code meant

On November 12, 2014 my elderly mother’s Jeep died in front of this store. The clerks working there told her it was “too cold” for them to help her replace her battery. She had to call around to find someone to come help her, and while she waited she watched the same guys replace the windshield wipers on some attractive young woman’s car. I guess it wasn’t too cold for that. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

The guys working here are very helpful and dont chase you around the store either. Would recommend.

This where I go to get my auto parts. The employees here are mostly helpful but the last time I was there both the manager and the 1 employee working there were both on the phone with customers and I had to wait about 10 minutes for assistance.

Late crew on 10/13/18 8:45 PM were awesome!! Helped me find the closest other Autozone when the windshield wipers I needed were out of stock. If you live in the area I highly recommend using this Autozone!!

Something underneath my car had been making an awful rattling noise after a recent snowstorm. I went to this AutoZone and told the gentleman named Justin my problem. Without any hesitation, he suggested we go outside to take a look. A heat shield had come loose and he removed it. Problem solved!! Something so simple might have cost me hundreds of dollars elsewhere. Thank you Justin!!

Ive been going to this store for years and had great service until about a month or so ago. The guy that helped me was a rude..... I figured he was having a bad day so I blew it off. A couple weeks ago I went in again for more parts and I was met with a similar attitude. Again, leaving with a bad taste in my mouth. Forgetting about the previous 2 visits, I went in yesterday to get the same crappy attitude and found out his name is Lorenzo. As I was leaving I talked with another customer outside the store that also had the same opinion. We both agreed we would not be returning. Too bad, it used to be a great place to shop.
