This dump of a home for cockroaches got 2 stars from me only because they have the product I want and theyre the only retailer to sell it.. so ...... but i did find one up north Im going to that store next

They have cool cheap things but store is always dirty. The clerks behind the register could pick up a wet rag once in awhile and at least wipe the counter top down once in a while. Just saying.

LOCK YOUR DOORS AT THIS PLACE. The store is good the workers are great.... The location is horrible. Beware of the look-outs. One guy goes in pretends to shop while his partner in crime trys to steal from your vehicle.

Cashiers are slow and moody they need some positive energy and I am not sure if it is do to covid but they are low on inventory

Store is older and a but run down.. But typical of the Dollar General stores. Got some great deals for my RV supplies. Staff wasnt overly friendly or helpful. But will go back when needed.

Great place to find odd items or unique. Kinda pricey but handy for items to pick up on the way home like milk, drinks, foods n snacks! Nice place to shop for cool gifts too!

You can usually find grocery items that are hard to find at major stores. Prices are reasonable.

Store clerk was preoccupied with smoking a cigarette (outside) as opposed to checking out the Customers. We left the merchandise on the counter and left.

You guys need to answer your phone. I’ve been trying to get someone on the phone from this location just so I can make sure you guys have the juice I need fir my kids. Every time I’ve tried to call past 3 1/2 weeks no answer it just rings and rings. Arvada and commerce city location unbelievable.

Zero stars. Horrible treatment of customers. went into a dollar general today to buy a lighter leash and get cash back. I paid for the leash, and the screen for the debit card said approved. The lady at the counter told me it was declined, and threatened to call the police. My bank has been charged and I walked out of the store with no products. This needs to be fixed asap. The women of this store were very rude and Im suspecting its because Im white. My girlfriend went in to try and talk to them, and was treated with the same disrespect. We have contacted corporate and both of these women will lose their jobs.

They dont answer their phone, i dont know if the number posted is even right. Or if they even have a phone. What an area.

Supposed to be open until 9 PM but employees would not let me in at 6:25 PM with no explanation.

Out of stock merchanse not put away. Lady came in walked out of door wo paying no one went for her. Said it was too much trouble wow!

I love this store above all dollar stores, sadly there are only a handful in the Denver metro area this one I believe a few of the female employees kid letting their attitude seem to be Fitbit with customers and quite rude at times I must say but other than that the store is clean and I love their products

DG is a lot like the Family Dollar. Suspicious characters always walking around outside 😆 but dont let that scare you. Youll find pretty neat things.

This is not only the most unorganized store, the cashiers and managers are extremely rude and awful! They have poor customer service and no one acts like they want to be there(go figure...exactly why the store is in the condition it is in). Store also has a strange smell all the time. They definitely should be more welcoming to couponers so that they can bring some revenue back into the store. Otherwise SHUT THIS LOCATION DOWN! Dollar General should be represented much better than this!

Had everything I needed except for a padlock. Prices were good on a set of saucepans and a couple of other items I bought. Easy in easy out

The absolute worst store I have ever been to. Probably will not ever go into another Dollar General because of this store. I would list the on duty supervisor but she refused to give her name . She accused my girlfriend of shoplifting in the middle of the store in front of the entire store and searched her purse like she was the police. When I found out ( I was in another area when it happened) I confronted the supervisor and was informed she thought she might of seen it on camera oops my bad. Such a educated response and then had her door shut in my face. No apology offered.

Cheap and good selection of goods

The store is cluttered and not very clean. I tripped a couple of times in the short time I was in the store.Waited at the register for at least 5 minutes. I was getting ready to leave without what I went there for and outside was 2 employees smoking without a care in the world. Even then they move slower then a snail. They had the attitude that they was doing me a favor to go in and do their job.From past experience the managers have the same attitude, so I guess I just have higher expectations of what a job is

Its dollar general, surprisingly semi happy employees, actually organized.

Cool place, nice staff and clean organized storw. Selection was minimal and not many post holiday items were on sale. Still charging reg. prices for seasonal items after holidays were over. Other than that, pretty awesome place!

Everything here is $1.00 and not a penny more. Other $1.00 shops ask more money when your in there store. Great place for laundry detergent and snacks. The world has gotten to be so expensive including inflation, and its hard to believe that you can still buy things that you need for your house and for your self for a dollar!.

The staff as always been friendly, and they recently moved and our reorganizing the layout of the store if they ever get the tile done it will be a really nice place.

Definitely convenient if I need to run in and grab something little, but dont expect any level of customer service from the staff there. During checkout they will most likely be talking to each other instead of acknowledging the customer

The store was great. However they didnt have a public restroom. I had a long trip and went in to buy something and was told they didnt have a restroom. As a paying customer I believe there should be a restroom available.

Well, drove from Aurora to shop at this store and it was closed due to no fault of their own! Storm damage! We were disappointed, but understood. Well try again! ... and will update rating once we can actually get into store. ;-)

EVERYTIME I need to run in to the store in the morning they are never open on time. Im sitting in the parking lot now and no one is here. They are supposed to open at 8am and its now 8:30am. Last week no one got there until almost 10am! They need new management.
