Very nice service for teeth whitening the man, Leo I think, was kind, quick and professional. The whitening took about 20 minutes under the light with a retainer and gel on the teeth. I got my hair cut from this nice and clean Fantastic Sams location. I was so nice to get back to the regular hair routine after this crazy year we all had. The staff is very polite and professional, all protective policies at place, no games, and I really got a shot of good cheer and good service from the stylist. Thanks! Hope to get back soon.

I called to see if I could make an appointment at 5pm. She said they closed but they were supposed to be open til 6pm. The lady was filling in for a closer store that was under maintenance issues. She said she would go back since she’s cut my hair at original place. She didn’t have to but agreed to. I said I was 20 minutes away and on my way, she said she was 10 away. I drove 20 minutes there, waited at the front door 20 minutes, and drove home 20 minutes. She never showed up! I’m not upset because they closed early, I’m furious because she said she would be there and was a no show! Negative stars

I would like to share a wonderful story. I had recently experienced a challenge in my life I just stopped doing many things like my hair, makeup, nails etc. I finally decided I needed to do something to perk up my appearance. I was recommended by a friend to stop by and see Kayla, as my friend raves about how amazing she is. When I arrived at the salon Kayla was as pleasant as described. She listened as I explained what I was looking to do as well as suggested great ideas for color that would accent my style. She took her time, did an awesome job and I have received many many compliments since. Kayla, thank you for bring my image back to life.

Originally came it at a really busy time and got a rough haircut. I emailed them and they responded back the next day! They offered me a free haircut and an opportunity to come back and get the cut fixed. I contacted them the next weekend and went back. The lady was super nice and fixed everything! She was very helpful throughout the process and I am thankful for her making it right. Would recommend, its a great place to get a cut and definetly worth it.

I have been to fantastic sams multiple times and it is a nice place, and most of the time I am happy with the cuts. But when i went a few months ago, Igot a girl who was very new, and she gave me a hair cut that was WAY off from what I asked for, and I didn’t like it at all. She cut my hair too short and made it so layered that i looked like i had bangs, but all around my head. It was horrible. But overall, this is a good place to go for small hair cuts like trims, but I would recommend going somewhere else for something more drastic.

I have natural curly hair and have always had a problem getting it cut. I went to Kala and she was wonderful. She took her time and fixed the uneven cuts in my hair. Going to Kala was a great experience and now I can wear it curly or blow my hair dry putting a defined style in it. In my life I have had many bad cuts with some good ones now and then. I will be returning and recommending Kala to my friends. Kala is very professional and enjoyable to talk to.

Kayla cut my hair and my daughters hair. We have LONG hair and we both have somewhat of an attachment to it. Kayla made us both feel very comfortable with how much to take off and didnt push for anything more then we wanted. She was WONDERFUL with my 5 year old daughter. I can always expect a great cut, a great conversation, and even greater customer service!I tend to forget what my numbers are for my haircut but Erica, Rachel, and Lilly are always quick to remember what they are.Im not typically one to try out new things, but it was Erica and Rachel who came up with great new ideas for my hair, those of which I am using now. I worked with Tyffani after an at home hair dye attempt went poorly. She helped me fix it up and did an excellent job on the haircut, and and then she helped me getting my eyebrows waxed too. Amazing work

So I had a disaster of a hair style that I did on myself with splat hair color and Kayla was amazing she toughed out 9 hours of dealing with my mess and corrected my hair perfectly. If I could post a review with zero stars, I would...My bf just had his hair cut here; stylist was using nearly dead clippers, and didnt bother plugging them in to complete the cut!! Needless to say, his hair is not trimmed evenly, and we had to seek out a different salon to correct the monstrosity she created. This is, hands down, the worst hair cut Ive ever seen. - Side note: I was scheduled for my own cut right after, and they completely forgot about my own appointment. Talent and service were both despicable.

This is absolutely the worst hair salon in Colorado. They are always changing staff, are alwYs slow and do terrible cuts. I have lived here for a long time. I tried them upon multiple occasions thinking that maybe it would get better. It never did. Each stylist consistently asks personal questions, very personal. They should all be banned from the industry.Consumer beware of this lousy haircut place. Go next door to the dog groomers. You will be much happier.

Worst place ever to bring your kid for haircut, the stylish has no consideration with kids feelings, my kid told her something about her nails how they were not her own nails and she didn’t like she was mean from the beginning and already bad attitude from the beginning she never did the haircut and started said things about my kid in front of him she hurt the feelings of my 5 year old and myself very rude person. I’ll make sure her corporate office knows about her and how she is treating costumer there . I will never go back to this place. This situation happened in June 4th at 5:20 pm . Warning people please don’t go there.

Went in for a haircut and style. Rachel was my stylist and did a wonderful job on both services. She listened carefully and trimmed only what I requested and then styled it so it would stay for a long time. She was also a very nice person and I enjoyed her personality. I will definitely return.

My husband and I had appointments at the same time. I have very curly hair and for the first time the stylist put a curly hair cream in before cutting my hair. This kept my hair wet and managable for the haircut. But what I loved most was that hours after the haircut, my hair actually looked good - not frizzy like it usually does the night of a hair cut. I loved my haircut - that night and the next day!My husband got his hair cut and colored. I showed the stylist a picture, she took a very brief look and knew exactly what to do. I love his hair!I know haircuts are often about the stylist and not the location, but I had to write about an experience I was really happy with.Thank you!

Rachel always does a great job and I really enjoy the neck shave after my cut and shampoo. They provide a great value for the price.

I shouldve changed this review a while ago, but I have not stopped going to Rachel since she contacted me three weeks after my bad hair cut. I highly recommend you request Rachel if you are going to get your hair cut here, guy or gal. Her work is amazing. You will not be disappointed.

Completely a train wreck! I have never been treated so poorly! The women working their looked like freaks--and need major customer service skills! Unfortunately we will not be back and the gentleman with barber experience loses out too! He did an excellent job on my sons hair a couple months ago.

The male stylist who works here was badmouthing the company I work for. Which I thought was very rude and unprofessional. People need to watch what their saying now a days.

Came to this location for a haircut for my 4 year old. They obviously do not like working with children. The male stylist at the store and another female stylist at the store did rocks paper sissors and the loser had give my child his hair cut. They thought they were covert about their little game. I should have left but my little boy was really excited about getting his hair cut. When I told the male stylist that he gets a 1 on the side, he replied that he has never given a child a 1 on the side. If you want to see a group of unprofessional stylist being petty, this is the group for you. Dont advertise for families if you dont want to work with children. Never came back again. I now take my child to a Barber shop. Twice as expensive but worth every penny than dealing with these beauty school dropouts.

I recently visited the salon at 64th and Indiana, it was my first time at this location and it was beautiful, very bright and clean, the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. My stylist Brandee was amazing, I went in to get 14 inches cut off and my hair colored. The color came out amazing and the cut was perfect. She even helped me find some product to maintain my new look. I walked out of the salon with a new look and a huge smile on my face. Thanks you, ladies. Amazing.

Your experience seems to have been a bad one but i have only experienced a professional atmosphere there every time i have been in. The service was just alright. The gal cutting my hair rushed through the process although I was only one of two customers there. The haircut was fine, but it lacked any attention to detail.

Was a nice experience until I got home and ran my fingers through my hair. The girl that cut my hair missed a large area on the top/back of my head. It was shaved with a number 2 and I havent had a cut in 3 months...so the hair was really long! Pure incompetence!Also, Im not the type of person to judge, but the colorful Mohawk girl having her kid there and butting into conversations was rather rude and unprofessional as well. I see now why this location had no wait on black Friday...while the wait was over an hour everywhere else.
