High life was a pleasure to visit. The store was well lit and clean with a good selection of quality products. They didn’t carry any of the cheap brands a lot of shops do. Isaac was super friendly and helpful, I was able to get what I needed very easily. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. I would and will recommend this shop to any one!

High life is my favorite smoke shop.Ive had nothing, but good experiences.Today was a great example.Im finally trying to move on from disposables, and wanted to get my first Nord kit.Kat helped me find a good juice, and Sara helped me by putting everything together showing me how to use it properly.Very friendly, and very educational for anyone wanting to learn whats what.Sara definitely knows what shes talking about.Highly recommend coming here.

High life has always been my favorite smoke shop. How it became my favorite is how they treat you when you walk in. Last night my bf and I needed to go by...unfortunately it was 2 minutes till close. I just knew they would turn my bf away when he walked in. Nope...they smiled and greeted him. They made sure he left with what we needed and provided knowledge about the products. Needless to say we got a new product and loved it. Thank you high life for taking care of us...I know yall were ready to go home!!

Ive been a satisfied customer for a while, but my most recent visits have absolutely blown me away. I got one of their disposable grab bags ($19.99) half expecting to get $20-30 worth of product, instead I got about $90 worth of my favorite brands. They have unbeatable deals on nic salts as well!

He answered every question I had, gave me insight into things Ive honestly just felt dumb asking anyone else, gave recommendations on what would work best for exactly what I needed, and even picked a couple things out for me! Super nice and incredibly helpful, one of the best experiences Ive had in a smoke shop by far. Also, best prices around.

Great store, easy to access everything and clean. When you walk in the front doors it’s this massive open space with shelving placed just so in the middle. Glass shelving for most products. Then alongside the right side wall all the way to the back wall and across is the main products in glass shelving. Their selection is huge for vaping products. Their staff is quite knowledgeable with all their products. There’s fun things to look at too and they have an incense section that’s smaller than some but great choices anyway. I like it better than other places because the smell won’t run you away. Then they have special promotions at times. Fun spot and we will return. Oh yeah, their prices are very reasonable for what you’re getting. Very reasonable.

Frank is the best! I went with very little knowledge to buy a Vape to quit smoking cigarettes. Well Frank took his time and explained to me every thing that I needed explained as well as gave some great suggestions as far as how to use the Vape I was purchasing, as well as suggestions on what different juices I may like. He was super patient with me and my seven-year-old son that was in tow. I did not feel like I was just another dollar in his pocket. He made me feel like he actually cared about what he was selling me and did not try to push a bunch of unnecessary products on me. Frank was by far the best salesman I have been in contact with in quite some time! He greeted me with a smile and a handshake which is also out of the norm for your typical sales person. I will definitely be continuing my Vape journey by purchasing my juice, coils, all that good stuff from high life and hopefully interacting with Frank on a regular basis.

I dont frequent head shops at my age and needed some knowledge on some of the newer stuff that has gone under my rader...the lady who helped me (cant remember name, had glasses, very chill) was extremely helpful in picking out what I needed and some helpful dos and donts.Highly recommend, loads of stuff to buy but with their staff..my highlight was definitely the service!

BEWARE of shopping this business!!!! What a joke !! I was Sold the wrong product, I called the next day and told them i was Sold the wrong product they told Me to bring it back for exchange .so I drove a hour one way to exchange it,when I get there I am then told I cant exchange it !!!! The female called the manager and the manager would not do a exchange either !!! They sold me the wrong item but had nothing to say but SORRY!!! 50.00 dollars down the drain!!! And I am told SORRY !! VERY unprofessional .i will share this story with everyone that I know that shops at this business..

Nice store! Had just what I was looking for at a very reasonable price. In fact, I was able to get the perfect bowl for me, and it was only $5! And they have my fav incense! The staff was helpful and wore masks.Its a big deal to travel to Asheville for me. Its 2 hours one way, it can be hard with my illnesses and often isnt worth the gas with all thats available online - BUT this was so worth it! Excellent first experience, I highly recommend. Hehe

This place is awesome. Huge selection of anything you would need and very knowledgeable staff. I went and a bought a cart box the other day and Frank helped me find exactly what I wanted and needed, no runaround or aggressive sales tactics. I will NOT visit any other head shop in town. They have the largest selection, spaced out to where you can conveniently shop without being right on top of other people. The staff are all friendly and you can even sign up for their loyalty program! Each time you walk in, check in at the kiosk at the main register. Over time you can accumulate points that reward you with discounts. Best shop in town, one stop covers all your needs and the prices cant be beat.
