Its a cool little shop. They also have window service from the sidewalk. They carry a locally brewed yerba mate called Infruition. You should go there now and try one. 🙂

The first visit the girl working was extremely hateful to my friend and I,Not once but twice. My second trip tonight will be my last visit here....I checked the hours before I drove all the way across town to buy a bag of tobacco and I arrived at 11:26pm. The man working did a hand motion that they were closed... They are supposed to be open until 12am. I would understand if it was 15 till or something. The employees here are nothing but rude. If you hate your jobs that much you should find new ones.... When dealing with the public its not necessary to be completely sour to your customers.

Awesome Experience. Popped in for a bottle of water and walked out with some Asheville City knowledge. Sam was awesome and pointed both my girlfriend and towards some good places.Will definitely be back anytime I’m downtown

DO NOT GO HERE. There are plenty other smoke shops. They sold me 3 bum vapes in a row. And then refused to let me return them. Not to mention two fake puff bars costed me $42. Very disappointed. Will never step foot in there or give them my business again.

Helpful and knowledgeable clerk, however, I wish It said somewhere that I cannot go inside due to covid rn. I drove 30 minutes to get here and was unable to look at any selection, just go based off the help of the clerk.

Great selection of cigars, shopkeep was super knowledgeable. Cant enter but most of the shop is easy to see through the window.

The staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Recently wanted to quit smoking but needed a alternative to get me through. They helped choose the JUUL for me. It’s perfect. I no longer smell like an ashtray and still can puff. Plus they put it together for me! Very informative and helpful.

They ripped my wife off, last night they sold her a VooPoo Drag Azure for 119.99 her phone was dead so she couldnt google a price. I did, this morning and you can buy them online for 39.95. Price gouge AVOID

I go in here when I get my hair cut next door, but won’t be back for awhile. The girl at the counter was super rude w me and her coworker did nothing. Could’ve answered my question without the demeaning attitude.

If you post your opening time at 8am and Im here at 845 yet still closed then need to figure out whats going on. Other than that its a decent shop....updated to reflect she had forgot her keys that morning so I increased review stars

You can probably find something to smoke here...A little over priced...but then again so is the rent Im sure...They have an interesting verity of cigars...looks like - sales rep meets owner or some such...its a small variety, but interesting nonetheless.FYI...if you know nothing about cigars, bring someone with you who does...the employees here, despite the fact that they come into the humidor with you, do not smoke cigars, so they cannot really help you. The employee came in there posturing, as if to recommend a cigar to me - when he shouldve been asking to turn him on to something...a more sensitive person would have been insulted by this...I understand the need to liquidate stock, suggestion sales and the fact that some people are so lost they just need someone to point in any direction and say this is the way, but when it comes to one of the finest things in life, you really should show some respect and at least watch a few YouTube videos on the subject.

Came for some lotto tickets and bought two cigars. Employee was friendly :)

Best cigar shop! The guy is so nice and helpful. He came into the humidor with us and helped us pick out what we wanted. Awesome customer service and opened late!

Rude employees. Tried to get a glass piece and it broke while holding it in my hand. All they offered was another piece of glass that is bad quality. Never going back again and I would suggest not to buy glass from this place ever!!!!!! They told me the glass was double blown and it wasn’t. I spent 35 dollars and I’ll never see it again because the management sucks

What store turns paying customers who travel one hour away for inventory purposes.... 740 not 800 yet....bad managing.. thats after hours stuff...

Asheville lacks in the cigar shop department. This is the only store in downtown that is any good and has a decent selection. The staff is nice and super helpful if you have any questions. If youre looking for a shop that has all the common cigars youll find anywhere in America, this is the place. I see a lot of reviews saying that theyre overpriced. Ignore that bs. Go to California if you want to see overpriced. The prices are average here.

They sell a variety of incense but the brownie one is my favorite.

They sell defective vape units. Find somewhere else to shop.

Good prices, open late, friendly and helpful employees

Online it says they are open on sundays. I went out of my way to check it out and they are closed. GF.
