Its nice that Asheville has a health store like this. Sometimes the prices are steep. But they will usually match a lower price, if you can look it up and find one. They usually have what I want in stock. The employees are great and really try to help.

I visit vitamin shoppe several times. Manager is on duty in the morning, has always been very nice and helpful.

Customer service is very hit or miss. Actually had a rep tell me that he hated Asheville - why are you working in Asheville if you hate Asheville? What a horrible attitude...

I was in there a few days ago, and the women manger was very rude, someone came in without a mask and she totally interrupted me and screamed at them to get out and they weren’t welcomed in the store. I appreciate her asking them to wear a mask, but she was very rude and after that person left she says to me “I know who they voted for” Do yourself a favor and shop online.

The difference here is the passion of each and every team member. They are generally there to make your life a better place through product knowledge and a personal touch. Vitamin shop is not meeting sales quotas theyre helping build a better you.

No bathrooms available to customers, when plenty of other stores nearby have public bathrooms open. Needed a specific product or I would have shopped elsewhere.

Called 10 minutes after they opened on a Tuesday and had a horrible hangover. Tequila was going down allllll night. Anyways, called and asked if they had anything to help a hangover and the lady was so sweet and so helpful. I went in before work and bought two drinks (which I highly recommend for hangovers). The lady asked if I had anything to eat and “put on my tummy” and was just overall so sweet! This will for sure be my hangover go to, if I decide to drink ever again. Lol. 5 stars for making me feel like $100 again, and to the sweet mom-like lady!!

Why shop online when they price match anything you are shopping for and, you can have your products right away!!! The staff at this location is extremely courtious and knowledgeable.

Has a wide selection of exotic and common supplements! Employees are somewhat literate of what the products do, but not a wealth of information.
