While Ive generally had good dealings with GNC, I was extremely disappointed by a recent visit to discover the this store location is in open defiance of Buncombe Countys indoor mask ordinance despite the surge on local COVID-19 cases and deaths. Neither employee was wearing a mask, and there was no sign on the door reminding customers of the ordinance, much less enforcing it. I cant help but feel this is quite intentional, either by this particular store manager or the company, but either way I wont be back as a matter of principal.

The associate was to Busy to help a customer was more focused on having conversation with dominos employee, no can I help you find anything etc, so Ill take my business elsewhere.

I have always had a positive experience here. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I have called ahead to ask a staff member to set items aside for me so that I could pop in and pop out during 5 oclock traffic mess. The sales staff are not pushy and do not mind questions about one product versus another.

This store is staffed with very knowledgeable and customer service oriented staff. Steve always answers my questions honestly and to the best of his ability. If he doesnt know the answer, he is always very willing to look it up. Thank you for taking such good care of the nutritional needs of my family and myself!
