I initially went with a King Naturepedic EOS classic and then upgraded to the King Naturepedic EOS Pillow-top because the classic was just slightly too firm for me. Vincent was positive and professional throughout the entire experience and explained in great detail all of the available sleep options for a chemical free slumber. Who knew that bedding options available to the consumer were infinite?I am pleased with my environmentally friendly purchase for something that I will spend a 1/3 of my life on. We purchased our queen size mattress about a month ago and ever since then we have been sleeping on a cloud. The mattress provides excellent support. One feature that we didnt realize until we slept on it was that it provides quiet movement so when one person leaves the bed, the mattress doesnt shift or wake the other one up. Excellent bonus.Vincent was super patient with us when we met him in his showroom. We spent about and hour and a half there asking questions and testing out mattresses. From this first meeting to final delivery and afterwards, it was an A+ experience.The mattress arrived on time -- a week later as discussed. His delivery people were punctual and setup everything correctly. There was some miscommunication about delivering a bed frame. We contacted Vincent and he rectified the situation by providing one to us. He met us on a busy hot Friday afternoon during Covid!! Now, thats excellent customer service.We are extremely happy with our purchase and are looking to buying some other items from him like -- pillows and a mattress protector, and soon thereafter, another mattress.Great experience. 5 star service.

The customer service at Natural Sleep is AMAZING! We have been shopping here for the bast two years slowing converting all of our bedding to organic, hypo allergic. Of course shopping for organic, allergy free bedding is more expensive, but the cost of ownership is much lower than other options. Evelyn is great to work with. Their goal is definitely to provide superior customer service. You would be doing yourself a disservice if you did not visit this store

She helped us swap out layers of the Naturepedic mattress more than once when they werent working.Vince, the store owner, also could not be a nicer person to work with. Natural Sleep has a good location in Buckhead with parking right out front. What strikes you immediately is the great customer service given by Evelyn. She listens to you (rare these days) which helps guides you to the best bed for you. I was not rushed which allowed me time to really try out the beds. They have a great selection. Great experience buying a mattress and pillow for my toddler here! The first pillow that I brought turned out to be too thick, but Evelyne at Natural Mattress worked with me to find just the right pillow. She went above and beyond! Their customer service is 5 stars. I will be buying all of our mattresses from them from now on.

The service we received at Natural Sleep Mattress is amazing. We came here, because our toddler son has allergies and we noticed the first mattress we bought him increased his congestion. Once we purchased an organic mattress, pillow for him we immediately noticed an improvement. If you shop here, you will experience stick shock, but the products have a 30 year warranty and the quality is so much better. We are slowing making the investment to make all o our bedding organic. Finally, the sheets we purchased for our bed are AMAZING!!

We recently purchased a mattress from Vincent at Natural Sleep. I highly recommend this store. Vincent is knowledgeable and there is no pressure. The environment is very comfortable and the entire process was great from in-store to delivery - all was top notch. We now have a latex Dunlopillo mattress that we are very happy with. No chemicals and a great nights sleep. All good!

We cant say enough about Natural Sleep Mattress & Organic Bedding. The drive was well worth it. The showroom does not appear to be very large from the outside, but the selection of beds available to try (Hastens, Vispring, and several other luxury brands) is excellent. Evelyne, the sales representative, is highly knowledgeable about high-end luxury beds in general, and Hastens in particular. She bent over backwards to answer all of our questions, and made our experience quick, easy, and pleasurable. She was also readily available by phone or text to answer questions after we purchased our bed, and she ensured it was professionally delivered to us as quickly as possible. A great mattress. Evelyne worked very hard to insure we got the right mattress for our needs at a reasonable price. Delivery was on time, friendly and efficient.My wife and I hesitated to change our 15-year-old mattress, but our morning stiffness had become very bothersome and procrastination did not seem to be solving the problem. Surgery helped a lot, and after multiple suggestions from our physician that the old mattress was a significant part of the problem, we finally made the decision to change. We expected the process to be a hassle, but Evelyne made it happen with no trouble.

What a wonderful store, owners, and experience!My wife and I, trying to save money, originally bought a less expensive latex mattress from an online website that was also an organic bedding company and, to us, seemed to be fairly similar to those we were also looking at in the stores. How wrong we were!! The quality of the latex (not all latex is created equal!), comfort, and craftsmanship was evident the first week we slept on our online bed purchase. The bed was way off from what we were expecting it to be (problems you run into with not trying it out beforehand). With an EXTREME hassle (I was almost at the point of just burning the bed), we were finally able to return our online bed purchase and were immediately in contact with Natural Sleep Mattress to assist us with finding the right bed.We loved how non-pressuring Vincent and Ilana were. They are extremely knowledgeable and genuinely caring people (you will know what I mean once you meet them). You can tell that they are passionate about their products as well as assisting their customers to get the best bed for them. The environment of their store is calm and inviting. After multiple trips and testing multiple beds and products, we finally settled on our bed! We picked the Organicpedic pinnacle mattress. We also added the 3 wool topper (since my wife is pregnant, this helps with the comfort in the later months!) and two organicpedic molded latex pillows. We also got an organicpedic baby crib mattress for our baby. The shipping and delivery was faster than expected so we were excited about that. We have been sleeping on our mattress for about 3 months now... and LOVE it!!! When we travel, we actually look forward to getting back home to our bed! Finally, the search is over! I cannot express how grateful we are to have found a mattress that we look forward to sleeping in every night and wake up restful ... and ... without pain! There is also a peace in knowing that the bed that we are sleeping on, as well as the mattress our baby will be sleeping on, is organic and free from harmful chemicals typically used in many mattresses.
