I just had a spur of the moment to get some piercings and I had an amazing time at this place. Sketch did my piercings for me and he is amazing! Such a down to earth person. Very professional and he’s mad funny. He’s super welcoming and friendly and definitely an expertise in his line of work. Sketch was even so generous enough to switch out a previous nose piercing that I had. I highly recommend coming to this place. Can’t wait for my next visit!

Visiting ATL, my best friend and I decided on a whim to get piercings. I got my nose pierced, best friend got her septum. New Jack pierced us both, he is awesome. Very sweet, very patient, and gave good aftercare instructions. I have a total of 10 piercings and out of all the piercer’s I’ve gone to—he is by far the best. He also re-pierced my forward helix for free, which was really nice of him. I definitely recommend going here if you want to get a piercing.

Got my first tattoo done by Tupicalo today. It was amazing!! I came in with a picture of Hogwarts and he drew a much better sketch.The prices were very reasonable for the amount of talent that goes into these tattoos. He had a very steady hand and the finished work was better than I could have ever hoped for🙂Will definitely be coming back again!!

I was nervous coming here because the day before I went to a tattoo shop to get a bottom navel piercing to go with my top belly ring and they pierced it in the wrong place. They literally pierced the middle of my stomach. But I came here and they made me feel comfortable and the piercing is beautiful I really love it. Thank you! The first picture is what the other tattoo shop did, but the second picture is what I got here and I love it this is exactly what I wanted! It might not look straight because of the way I’m sitting in the picture but it’s actually perfect!

I have been here 2 times...the artist i used is Funk. He is very professional, walks you through the process, puts your mind at ease about any concerns....def recommend him. Prking is across the street..if going late be prepared to pay 20 bucks...not sure if thats the going rate everywhere in downtown . The location is easy to find. My experience was great!

I lost the ball off of my industrial piercing and just knew i couldn’t find somewhere to replace it at 10pm. came across iron palm after a google search, called and surprisingly they were open and available. got there and he not only had the ball but gave me a whole new bar set in case i lost one again. awesome place and service. highly recommend and will be back !

I’ve gone to iron palm for work a handful of times this year. It started with a spur of the moment tattoo from Funk, then work from Tupicalo and NewJac. Ive wanted a septum piercing for like the longest time and my friend recommended me this shop. Staff was super nice!! I got my piercing done by newjack and hes super cool!! I really appreciated how he talked through the whole piercing to get my mind off of it! it took maybe 5 minutes to get my septum done so super fast!! Everything was properly cleaned and handled with care!! Im definitely coming back soon to get some more piercings!!

I decided to reach out to Charity because I love her work, specifically because she knows how to tattoo color on brown skin well. Charity is awesome, she took the time to help create a custom tattoo. The day of my appointment I was nervous at first but the shop was very welcoming. During the session I was relaxed and once it was over my expectations were exceeded. The color came out beautiful and I am highly satisfied and have referred a few friends. I’ll definitely be back!

I went in for a nose piercing & I was so nervous! I can’t remember the name of the guy who did my service for me, but he was really nice! This is my first piercing, so I really wanted my friend to come back with me but they said no, which is fine. He still made me feel super comfortable! Only thing I’ll say is that the guy at the front desk who encountered us before my piercer was very short with me & rude. Also, I had to ask my piercer for aftercare instructions. He did provide them, so it all worked out in the end. I’m just glad I thought to ask lol. My friend who is familiar with piercings was confused by the aftercare instructions though so I’m a little nervous, but I guess we’ll see what happens! Overall, very quick, clean & not as painful as I thought it would be!

A friend and I were visiting the city from out of town, and just wanted to do something fun. we came across the iron palm shop and it had to be the best experience we had our whole trip. When we arrived the guy at the front desk was awesome from the start, and made us feel like we were at home the entire time! I decided to get a tattoo and then I was introduced to Funk who helped me pick out how I wanted it and how to make it my own. I was a little nervous at first but the atmosphere was so friendly and fun I all my nerves went away. not only was I satisfied with my tattoo I was satisfied with my service, so satisfied we went back a second time. If youre ever in the city I highly recommend the shop you wont regret it!!!(and while your there be sure to ask about the empanadas you wont regret that either!)

I recently visited from out of town, it was later in the evening around 11pm and I wanted to do something to remember my time in Atlanta, so I decided to get tattooed! I came across the Iron Palm and let-me-tell-you it was one of the best customer experiences I’ve ever had. We were greeted by a gentleman at the reception counter, I believe his name was Shaun. I was quickly directed to a artist by the name of Jane but was having a little difficulty explaining exactly what I wanted. She was very patient and helped me come up with an idea- Shaun even threw in ideas. After much thought, I decided on something cute and modern. 15 minutes later I was beyond pleased with how it came out. I’ve gotten two tattoos previous to this one in my hometown (chicago were most tattoo parlors require $150-$200 minimum for tattoos smaller than the one I got) neither of those tattoo experiences was as “inexpensive” or customer forward like this shop. I will definitely be visiting this shop again, you cant beat their prices and overall vibes. Thanks again Jane and Iron palm!

I was really anxious for my second hole, but New Jac really kept me level and talked me through it. He did it very quickly and I didn’t feel a thing. All the staff was awesome and the whole vibe of the place was great! I’ll definitely be coming back for my industrial later this year.

Jane did an amazing job on my thigh tattoo. Took her time and really did her thing. New jack did my septum and my nose piercing. He took his time and was very patient with me. I came all the way from Texas and will definitely be back again.

I came back to this review to update it as it’s important everyone is well informed. Sketch was a super friendly guy, but apart from that, my experience was terrible. I ended up getting an awful piercing bump which I’ve had for 2 months now and makes me so upset to look at!! I can imagine people think the bump was due to my poor aftercare, but I saw another piercer who said the piercing was done very poorly. The piercing was angled incorrectly and made it susceptible to getting bump, and it was pierced with an L bar which wasn’t correctly stabilised with a bent end in my nose so there was excessive movement which caused it to fall out in my sleep & worsened the bump.Go somewhere else!

Awful. We called and they said they do walk-ins.. got there at 9pm and didn’t love until 3am and ONLY ONE OF US got a small tattoo. The woman who did my tattoo was very sweet and so kind. Everyone else was very ignorant. Kept telling us “we will do it soon” and would go outside and smoke and hang out. Waited for legitimately 6 hours and only got one tattoo. Ridiculous. We would’ve left but they kept telling us “soon” so we stayed. end of story, we still haven’t gotten the other two tattoos. Awful. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone..

I’m from Chicago and was visiting ATL and decided to get my septum pierced. So I called and asked if their piercer was in and they told me yes. I get there and they tell me their piercer there doesn’t do septum’s and to come back the next day and that no appointment is needed. I come back the next day, I was then charged for my piercing only to find out that they didn’t have any… so had to have the amount refunded.

My older daughters came to visit me in Augusta this summer. My twenty year old is special needs and we decided to get it pierced up! I received 2 piercings today he was quick and professional.

Called to inquiry about getting tattoo. Asked them if they accepted walk in and they said yes. An important detail that they failed to mentioned was that they have a minimum of 100 dollars for any size or type of tattoo. I was planning to get a small tattoo. I got there and stated that I wanted a small tattoo outline that is not worth 100, even the guy that works there stated that. But he kept insisting itll be 100 and if wanted to do it. I walk out. Clearly they didnt want my business and the shop was dead no clients. Felt that they was trying to hustle me the way they was speaking to me.

Visited Iron Palm a month ago as a walk-in with some ideas and photos I liked from different Iron Palm artists’ instas. After waiting for only about 45 minutes until he was free, I was able to speak with Tupicalo who had done some beautiful work in the same style wanted. He was considerate of my ideas and seemed excited to work with me. He drew some incredible custom work for me and I came in and got the tattoo done the next day. The tattoo turned out beautifully and a month later is looking more perfect than ever. Enjoyed talking to Sean at the front desk as well, he is a sweet soul. Book with Tupicalo, he’ll give you some incredible permanent art.

I was only getting a moon outline amount an inch in length even one of the guys that work there said it’s not worth it for the price. It seem to me that they just didn’t want our business that or they just like ripping people off.
