I know this review is way past over overdue but here we are. I believe I made an appointment online via website. Last year, I wanted my tragus pierced for my birthday. They were very professional and understood that I am hard of hearing and needed to use my an app in my phone to help understand the care and pricing without struggling. They followed protocol during the pandemic. It was quick and easy. I definitely recommend this place. Here it is my birthday is coming up soon and I thinking of another birthday piercing.

Meg was incredible! I came in for a jewelry swap/installation and she was super patient with me and gave me her professional opinion on certain pieces which I definitely appreciated. In addition, she did a checkup on my healing piercings (piercings done by a different shop) and a recommendation (per my request) of other ear piercings that would fit my anatomy! Amazing selection of jewelry at a variety of prices, very professional, super clean, and very covid conscious which I greatly appreciate. I cant wait to come back in a few months for some new piercings!

I forgot to write a review, but I came here to get my second lobe piercing about a month ago and I absolutely loved the service here! Everyone was very understanding and helpful throughout the whole process. Everything was explained well and they definitely make you feel comfortable. The place is very clean and organized. Also such a wonderful variety of jewelry! My piercing has healed perfectly and the process was painless. I highly recommend coming here! Will definitely be coming back for another thank you!!!

I’ve been here a couple of times for piercings and they’re always great. They enforce masks, temperature checks, etc. Chad saved the day by replacing my nose ring after I couldn’t do it myself. He was flexible, knowledgeable, professional, and made great recommendations for the new ring. I will definitely be back and highly recommend!

I have got literally all my cartilage and lobe piercings here - the studio is professional with excellent cleaning standards and Lena is awesome. I can vouch for her.The only downside is their fine 14k gold jewelery is priced double over the market price so better to compare the prices online when purchasing fine jewelery here

Second time I attempted to go here and get my second nose piercing. Was told I couldn’t the other side of my nose pierced because my nose would be exposed much longer than they were comfortable allowing… because they had to line it up with my other piercing.. made absolutely no sense

I’ve been wanting to get a second eyebrow piercing for a while now and was lucky enough to get a same day appointment with Cozmo after someone else had cancelled. I had some concerns about my existing piercing being a bit off center on my eyebrow, but was immediately assured that everything looked fine and I likely needed a shorter post. Went back with Cozmo minutes after wrapping up payment and I was in and out in no time.To say I am incredibly happy with my new piercing would be an understatement and, as it turns out, a shorter post for my older one was exactly what I needed to keep it from moving around so much (go figure, right?). So glad I was able to come in today - everyone was so friendly and professional and Cozmo did an excellent job.Also, something to note - I appreciate the efforts this shop is taking to keep their employees and clients safe in a pandemic that is very much still going on.10/10 will absolutely be coming here again for my next piercing.

After going to Virtue and Vice for my past two piercings, Cosmo specifically, I will now no longer step foot in another piercing shop. Everyone was super helpful, informative, and so friendly. Their jewelry selection actually kinda surprised me, so you will always find the perfect piece. Cosmo made both processes go amazingly smooth and easy, and I will definitely be booking with him in the future.

Omg best place to get any piercing you desire! Staff is amazing and I love Meg! She was super sweet and gave me all the info I needed! She made sure to take care of me and that I was comfortable at all times! Definitely worth the 1.5 hour drive for me. Will be going back soon

My neck dermal was removed safety, quickly, and gently (as possible). Called in the morning, luckily they were able to accommodate me. Upon arrival, temperature check and hand sanitation. Necessary waiver. Meg took me to a VERY clean private room explained the process of removing the dermal while I got cozy. I appreciated Meg letting me know what she was doing as she was doing it. Counted down and prompted me to inhale/exhale.As I waited in lobby for my Uber, the amount of professionalism and politeness with customers that I witnessed was just lovely! I haven’t been to a more welcoming piercing shop before...maybe because I’ve only had piercings done at tattoo shops🧐.There are very unique selection of jewelry. The piercing fee starts at $35. They send you home with a piercing card; jewelry chosen, size, after care, and healing time. They are typically booked days out so, plan accordingly.

I had some problems with a few piercings I got done at a different (and much worse) place, so I came here to get it fixed. The staff here was so friendly and knowledgeable! They are very professional and clearly know what they are talking about. Chad changed out my jewelry (they have an amazing selection) and overall did a great job. He let me know exactly what he was doing and made me feel safe and comfortable the whole time. Cannot recommend this place enough!!!

So I went to get some tragus jewelry put in because mine fell out & Meg was friendly but ended up putting in the wrong size bar… it was too small. I had to go back the next day & attempt to switch it out for a more extended bar with someone else. It ended up being too tender, so I just decided to let it close. Bummed because I had it for a year without any problems... I just needed the jewelry changed. Guess it wasn’t meant to be, but Meg probably should’ve known to put a larger bar in. The other lady helped me, though, when I returned.

Got my nose piercing today and Cozmo was FANTASTIC!!! I was impressed with the cleanliness and seriousness of which they took care of me. They take your temperature before you come in, theres hand sanitizer, all the employees are wearing masks and require all customers to wear masks. Thank yall for the great experience!! I was a little nervous to go back during Covid but they have taken every precaution and I felt completely safe there. I have gotten 5 piercings in total from Cozmo and I cant recommend him enough. I received a daith piercing from Lena. She was very informative, respectful to my slight fear. I felt little to no pain, she talk me through the entire process. My daughter was able to witness on duo and she also explained to her the entire process. I was able to watch my piercing tools be sterilized. Lena made my overall experience great. If I could get this place more than 5 stars I would! Its located in a strip mall with a couple of other stores (Tattoo shop, massage parlor, etc) and definitely has a hole in the wall type of feel from the outside. Very professional staff and the process took less than 15 minutes from walking through the door, showing my ID and signing forms, having the aftercare process explained, picking out my jewelry, meeting Cozmo (my piercer), my jewelry getting autoclaved, and getting my septum pierced. I like that they allow you to schedule the appointment online and give you the chance to also change/cancel the appointment. I waited outside until my appointment time and was greeted with hand sanitizer and (maybe) a temp check. Although the appointments online are 30 min blocks, you may actually spend less time in the studio.The consent process is super thorough and the explanations of everything were so clear. Im not exactly sure but I feel like this place has every option for every jewelry piercing that you could ask for. The piercing itself was 40 bucks and I went with a retainer which was 15 dollars (wanted to be able to flip it up for healing and to limit it getting snagged on things while I sleep), but other options wouldve costed more and I am pretty sure there were over 100 septum rings there ALONE. Paying beforehand was interesting (never had to do that for any previous piercings) but it makes sense bc once the piercing is done, its not like it can be returned anyways lol. They take cash or cards, and there are ATMs nearby if you dont have cash and want to pay via that method.Cozmo is the bomb dot com. He seemed very knowledgable and was so kind for the five minutes my piercing took. The septum retainer and placement looked GREAT (didnt appear crooked, perfect placement, the whole nine yards) and was minimal to no pain which was such a surprise to me! The fact this placed and its piercers are backed by the APP gave me a LOTTTT of comfort bc I knew that I was in decent hands, which is important. More importantly, I felt safe there because all the workers were wearing masks and strongly adhering to the COVID protocols. Definitely would get pierced at this shop again and would recommend it to anyone in the ATL area!

Virtue and Vice is great, and I definitely recommend them!I went with my friend a couple years ago and got a few ear piercings. The staff was professional and cleanliness was top priority. They also took their time afterwards to tell us about aftercare and make sure we had a thorough understanding of how to care for the piercings / what to expect.I recently got a piercing out of town and was worried it had become infected. Virtue and Vice let me set up an appointment to check out the piercing, even though I hadnt gone there for the initial service, and spent time explaining what was going on, best aftercare procedures (which I hadnt really received from the other shop), and made sure I was completely comfortable with my piercing before leaving.Great store and great staff! Definitely the best place to get a piercing done!

Chad pierced my eyebrow about a month ago and i love it ! it’s healing so nicely. My experience in the shop was lovely, i was told every detail i could possibly have a question about and they let me check my placement, assured me my jewelry was sterilized and everything. they even made sure i had a snack before and put a lolli in a baggie for me with my aftercare instructions after lol i will definitely be back !

I got my septum pierced here and it was a good experience. I’ve heard some horror stories about this procedure being done wrong, but when I went in the piercer explained why she pierced in the spot she did and it was quick and (almost) painless.I’ve been here several times after to get my piercing changed and have worked with different people and so far everyone has been professional and seems knowledgeable.Would highly recommend and go back if I decide to get something else pierced.

I got pierced a while back by Eric at their sister shop. He was great! This time I went to Meg for a nostril piercing. The shop was incredibly clean. Even when you walked in, you could smell how clean it was! I love all their covid safety protocols and how they take health and safety into consideration. I felt extremely safe. My boyfriend also came with me and had both ear lobes pierced by Chad. I would recommend this shop and their sister shop in Marrieta to any friends in the area! Its definitely worth the money. You get what you pay for when it comes to piercings. I will always be willing to pay for piercers who are good at what they do and quality jewelry! I cant remember the name of the person who greeted us and went over cleaning info, but she also was cool and very considerate.

Virtue & Vice has been recommended to me multiple times and I finally booked and appointment to go after seeing a snake earring I fell in love with.The shop is taking every precaution during covid and I really appreciated that. Appointments are required and at the time of your appointment not only do they meet you at the door to open it they also take your temperature. Masks are required.My piercer was Cozmo. He made sure to walk me through everything he was doing and that the placement of my little snake would be just right!I highly recommend Virtue & Vice to anyone looking to get a piercing. I have 8 ear piercings and this by far has been the best experience so far.

Tl;dr - Piercing was really good. Customer service was somehow even better.I got my ears pierced from here back in October and it was a flawless experience. The staff were very friendly and informative throughout every part of the process. Their attention to detail went right down to giving me some Halloween candy just because it was October.Just recently (June 2021), I had some concerns over my piercing because I was worried I had gotten it infected. I was going to schedule a check-up, but they tell you in the check-up description that theyll evaluate emailed photos for free. For a company to openly tell you they have a free alternative was very refreshing.I emailed the staff at around 7:15am (well before their 11am opening time) and got a response 15 minutes later. They gave me a straightforward response and didnt even push me to schedule a check-in. Again, not being pushed for an upsell is VERY refreshing.Nothing but kind words to say about this establishment :) Should I want another piercing, Ill definitely be back!

Had my double helix done by Lena about 6 wks ago, the procedure was quick and painless! So far my piercings been healing perfectly with no issues. Absolutely recommend them no question, youre in good hands at Virtue and Vice!

I went last month to get my 3rd piercing at Virtue & Vice, I got a new piercing...the daith! I also got my septum re-pierced after it closed a few years ago. I dont really like the placement of my re-pierced septum (its lower than when I got it done here back in 2015), but I got a 16g 5/16th circular barbell so it looks WAY better in my nose compared to the 3/8ths (which I had in the past). As always, they were clean, had new protocols for the continued Covid situation we are in, but the customer service is always great as well

Honestly some of the most genuine people. Everything is easy and seamless from the moment you enter the door to the moment you leave, and they send you home with all the info you would need to know (and more if you ask). Cozmo is an easy person to talk to and work with and is incredibly gentle. I cannot recommend him enough honestly. Yes it’s a two hour drive for me, but Cozmo and the Virtue and Vice crew are 100% worth it 💙

I got my cartilage pierced here 5 years ago and then went back a few weeks ago to have my nose done. Still the same great place with high standards for cleanliness and comfort. The staff at Virtue and Vice are so kind and knowledgeable. I really appreciate the Covid precautions they are taking. Clients are only allowed in the shop if they have an appointment. I have visited twice during covid and there were only two customers in the lobby area at a time. Cozmo was my piercer. He did a beautiful job. He answered questions I had about how my previous piercings where healing. He also aided with selecting jewelry and made suggestions for the positioning of my piercings. There are plenty of places to get a cheap piercing around town, but here you will get quality and informed experience.

Let me start off by saying, I have NEVER received such care and professionalism from a piercing or tattoo studio.A week ago I called to inquire if they could help me with a dermal that has closed because of a missing gem. Ive been to two other places and wasted my time there dealing with novice piercers. The piercer listened to my concerns and asked me questions to see if he would be able to assist. I appreciate this as it gave him some information on what I was dealing with before having me come all the way there for nothingWhen I arrived, the young lady at the front greeted me outside and informed me that she would just be cleaning down and sanitizing the shop before I entered (as they’re currently doing after each customer) I love the way they’re handling safety measures given our current global crises. It shows they really care and are practicing safe ways to still service us.Now the actual piercer- Cosmo was calm, patient, and diligent in locating my dermal anchor, as it and been covered by skin AND flipped around. I appreciate how much care he took, asking me if I was okay ever so often- just checking in on my comfort level. He even get me informed and notified in what he was doing, how he was feeling about the work and just keeping me informed on what he was trying to achieve. Agree about 30 minutes, he was finally able to flip around and catch my anchor to put a new gem on. Mind you my dermal has closed over the anchor and was missing a gem for MONTHS. I’m so pleased with the service here. I’ll certainly be coming back for any future piercings or issues!

Went here for my nose piercing in June. Its a very professional studio with a chill vibe and I like that they are Association-certified. They take a lot of time explaining the piercing process if youve never had a piercing before (I have), including aftercare. Theres a pretty nice selection of studs and gauges on offer. They followed very strict sanitizing protocols and I was comfortable throughout the whole process.The price for my piercing was very reasonable, the staff was super friendly and accommodating... Ill be back!

I recently had great experience of getting two helix piercings at this place. My artist Chad was very helpful in selecting the jewelry, explaining the process and later, helping to decide the alignment and order of jewelry to make it look better. He is very calm and supportive during piercing process and I am so thankful for that. They have H2Ocean to buy, and it’s $2 cheaper than original website. I wish I had bought 3-4 bottles from them rather than ordering online. Very supportive experience. Will recommend and go back.

Chad pierced my nips, everyone was very professional and kind. COVID-19 protocols were followed. Everything was sterilized and kept clean, great work+customer service.

Went here on my 21st birthday to get my third dermal anchor on my chest. I have to say I am VERY happy with the results. I wish I knew names but the woman at the front dest left a really nice and professional impression on me and even gave me recommendations on which jewelry I could pick for my third anchor since I was so indecisive. I walked in with a moon crescent jewelry in mind but left with a golden sun with white sapphire in the middle as well as a jewelry change on my both my tragus. Cosmo did a REALLY great job and was patient with me when I asked questions. I also loved the addition of an aftercare gift bag that they gave me. Will most definitely travel there and spend for their services again!

Cozmo did my piecing and jewelry change. He was very easy to talk to and really easy-going . Pricing here is super reasonable. I wont go anywhere else from now on. Also I loved having an appointment time so that I wasnt waiting.

Everyone here is very helpful and friendly! I got two ear piercings with Lena and she was so amazing. She was very intentional with the placement of the piercings because obviously everybody’s anatomy is different, so she really put thought into what would best work for me! She happily answered all the questions I had and was super knowledgeable. I’d definitely come back for any future piercings!

I was a bit scared of getting my nose pierced but, after calling Virtue and Vice I changed my mind. They were very nice and knowledgeable over the phone. On my scheduled day, I was greeted at the door while getting my hands clean.The receptionist was very nice and calmed me down before getting the piercing done. She explained the process and the after care as well. Because of Covid-19 I am sure they had to make many changes however, I still felt cared. Eric did a great job and I did not even feel a thing. I highly recommend Virtue and Vice.

Everyone was very nice. Chad did my piercing and I love it. There was a little mishap with my jewelry but it was resolved quickly and professionally. 10/10 would recommend.

This place is fabulous. My piercing was done by Chad. He was awesome. Very clean. Very professional. Great knowledge base on piercings, techniques, and care. They have a vast array of jewelry. It’s expensive but it’s a of good quality. I’m so glad I found this place!

Bad experience I set an appointment for this place and they told me I couldn’t come at the assigned time that was given, because it takes time to sterilize and do other things which I had already spoke to someone who worked there prior to even coming.

I got a PA piercing yesterday and Bethra was AWESOME! I was really nervous but she was able to help me relax and before I knew it, she was done. Wasnt as bad as I thought it would be. Staff was friendly, professional and able to answer all my questions. I cant say enough about how much I love this place

I’ve never had anything but great service every time I’ve visited Virtue and Vice. It’s super clean, the counter staff are very knowledgeable, and the jewelry selection is on point. The only piercer I’ve seen is Cozmo and he is fantastic. He’s quick, precise, and gentle... and just a super cool guy.Covid19 update: the shop has rules posted (appointment only, must wear mask, etc) so be sure to check that out before just going in. They are concerned about your safety and will do everything to make sure you feel comfortable.

Everyone there is friendly and professional. I was a little scared to get my tragus pierced but they walk me through it step by step. Meg is the best. I will definitely be back.

First piercing here. people were thorough with explaining what to expect, how to care for it. staff were all friendly. very pleasant experience aside from the pain of being impaled, but I guess thats what youre paying for.

Came here last weekend to try to get my navel pierced with a friend. Unfortunately both of us didn’t have the right anatomy for that so neither of us were able to get our navels pierced. Disappointing but we appreciated the piercer being straightforward and telling us we weren’t good candidates instead of just piercing us anyway.My friend went ahead and got some earlobe piercings (one second hole and a set of thirds) and had a pleasant experience. She was able to tint the titanium piercings to be a gold color very close to her other earrings. Lena was very personable and made sure the placement was right, equipment was sterile, and my friend was as comfortable as possible during the piercings. They turned out great and even on both sides.The wait time however was a little excessive it seemed. While it was a walk in Saturday and they were clearly busy, we ended up being there over 2.5 hours when our quoted wait time was 15 minutes. We were told we were next and then still ended up waiting another 30 minutes plus. Taking off a star for the long wait time.I really recommend Lena as she was so kind and professional but just be aware that the wait time could be pretty long.

Went in to have one of my piercings looked at and the staff was super professional, kind, and very safe during the pandemic. I really appreciate the cleanliness and professional and careful way they’re conducting business.

Today was my first time getting pierced at this studio and I couldn’t find a complaint even if I tried. Lena did my Tragus and I barely felt anything. She is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and helpful with anything you could think of. I would definitely return and recommend.
