Clean, professional, follow COVID precautions...my nose piercing wasnt as I thought it would be (painful). It went quick like a pinch. Loving my piercing.

Our 13 yo daughter got her lobes pierced here and Kyle was amazing! He was so thorough and spent time making sure she was comfortable about what he was doing. She was nervous, as she had her lobes pierced before but they got infected and closed up. Kyle was reassuring and kind and she couldnt be happier with the outcome!The studio was clean and had all the safety precautions in place. Highly recommended!

I have been here multiple times for replacement cartilage earrings and I have always had a great experience!!Yesterday, I went here to get a second lobe piercing. The two ladies at the counter were super friendly and personable. They helped me pick out second lobe earrings that worked well for me. Kyle pierced my ears and he was super helpful in coaching me with appropriate breathing to stay calm and manage the pain.

The woman who did my piercing was amazing! She made the whole experience relaxing and was nice and personable and extremely knowledgeable. I did have to wait a bit even though I had made an appointment, but I don’t mind waiting for professionalism and cleanliness. Will definitely be back for future piercings!

Pierced my rook and did a second nostril piercing for me last week and it’s placed perfectly. So far has healed better than any other piercing I’ve had. Thank you so much for such great work (You rock Gigi)!

Super organized and clean shop with fantastic protocols (appts only, masks required, call for entry). I was a little late and overheated upon arrival which didnt help my nerves but Adam and Kyle are so kind and lovely to chat with and made me feel chill before getting my first piercing in 20+ years. Listen Kyle is the best, hands down! He did my nose piercing last month and I never felt anything other than a slight pinch. He explained the healing process in great detail, but overall his personality is super dope! They are really strict on covid protocol, which i love! Highly recommend

I’ve had my septum and anti-tragus done at Kolo and both experiences have been top notch. They are incredibly clean, professional, and their prices are reasonable. Their jewelry selection is the best I have ever seen anywhere. I cannot recommend this shop enough.

So far I love my piercing 😍. I was able to get an opal colored stud instead of having to opt only for the regular metal stud. Ive had a nose piercing before but it closed up years ago. He suggested we take the hole down a bit because I am also interested in wearing a hoop ring once it is fully healed.

I’ve been coming to Kolo for all my piercings for over a year now, and I’ve always had a great experience. They’re very ethical and clean! The store, the perusing stations, glass, etc. is always super clean. They’re very honest if you don’t have the anatomy for a piercing and won’t give you it anyways just for the money. I like how even though the rest of the state has dropped mandates for covid-19 precautions they’ve still strictly informed theirs.

Horribly rude and unprofessional. The bald guy at the front was very short and dry with me. He hardly explained anything to me when I asked about sizes for my piercing. I arrived on time for my appointment, yet every other person that walked through the door with an appointment AFTER mine, was attended to quickly. I only wanted a simple nose piercing, and so did the others that arrived later. I didn’t leave the shop until two hours after arriving. I felt like I was cast aside, until they suddenly remembered I was there. By the way they monitor the tips, you’d think the service would be better. I love my piercing and the guy who actually did the piercing was pretty nice and informative, otherwise, I will not be returning.

My experience was pretty good. My piercer and piercing went well. It didnt hurt. She made me feel comfortable. I would go back if I decide to get another piercing.

Reasonable prices. Lots of jewelry to choose from. They are appointments only. You have to call when you get there to be let in. The place is clean and well kept. I will definitely come back here to trade out jewelry or if I want another piercing.

I’m extremely satisfied with my piercing. Kyle was very nice and absolutely funny. It was my first time so I was very nervous but he made my experience very fun. I felt extremely calm due to his confidence in letting me know he knows what he is doing LOL! He explained everything to me!

Stellar bunch of folks!! Very helpful and patient. My son got his ears stretched and new gauges. Everyone was super nice.Make sure you make an appointment and be aware they only let the person inside that the appt is for unless they’re a minor. Parking can also be tricky. Kolo is over an hour from us, but the parking and drive is so north it to know we are getting great service!!Prices are very reasonable also.

Pleasant staff for the most part ... the piercers are personable and it definitely plays a big role in experience . prices are kind of expensive for the actual jewelry but im sure location has a major part to do with it .

I recommend anyone who asks me about getting any type of piercing to go here. They are absolutely sweet and take every procedure seriously. They show you everything they are doing and i love how clean they are. Its a little pricey but its totally worth it. I refuse to go any place else.

At 8pm at night, they refused to let me stand inside their store and wait. I’m a smaller woman and felt uncomfortable waiting on the curb alone for 30+ minutes. I didn’t make an appointment since I needed to just buy a nose ring to replace my old one and ended up leaving since it didn’t seem they were going to let me in any time soon even though multiple people came and went from the time I got there.

Today I got my nipples pierced with Gigi. She was a delight as always. Super professional and talks to you the whole time so you barely even feel the piercing. I got my septum with her a few years ago and some other ear piercings. I always come back to her since she makes me feel super comfortable.

There are a lot of mediocre or outright dangerous piercing shops out there - Kolo is neither. Ive had great experiences here every time Ive been pierced. Theyre strict and detailed about their sterilization process and use quality body-safe jewelry from places like BVLA and Anatometal. Im really thankful to have such a quality shop in my neighborhood.

Excellent service! All staff were masked at all times and the interior of the shop was spotless. They took precautions by only allowing a certain number of people inside the shop to maintain social distancing.My piercer Gigi was very professional and had superb bedside manner. Safe, clean, professional service. My piercer asked me questions about my future hoop plans and gave me 2 options for placement. She was thoughtful about my sleeping habits as well. I went back 3 weeks later after I accidentally pulled the nose stud out.Covid distancing is enforced

I got pierced by Kyle... I was hoping for gigi but hes just as great!!He talked me through the whole process and was patient with me finding the right angle for my piercing...Out of reflex I grabbed him as I was being pierced however it was mostly nerve, I hardly felt the piercing..(He was real chilled). Im following his after care recommendations specifically..I think I was swollen a bit today but nothing to be alarmed about. I will be returning for future piercings!!!

Gigi pierced my nose. I’d had it pierced previously by someone else and it wasn’t a good experience at all. Gigi took her time and she was extremely gentle. It hurt for a few seconds and then it was done. The healing process has been awesome. No pain at all! I’ll be going back to her for any piercings I get in the future.

They were very knowledgeable and patient when I went to get me naval piercing. They have a super clean facility and they’re doing a great job following COVID guidelines. I got my piercing about 6 weeks ago and it is healing beautifully.

Been wanting to go here for 3 years now, but never did because I try to stay far from Atlanta area as possible.I have three conch piercings (done elsewhere) that originally had captive bead rings in them, but for some reason the beads would fall out constantly.(was told once the bead was the wrong size for the ring by the other piercer at the shop I had it done at.) I got so tired of it, I took them out and put a thread jewelry in it so the hole wouldn’t close up. Finally decided to go to kolo for jewelry replacement, and ended up getting a third helix piercing since I been wanting to come here for so long. Kyle did a wonderful job! He did the helix and placed my new conch jewelry in (got rings that were bead-less).We chatted as if we been buddies for years, and he was patient and knowledgeable. Not to mention not a creep like other piercers I’ve been to...would gladly drive in Atlanta’s crazy roads again to come here.

Kyle was the best. He was so patient and understanding. Got my septum pierced. Went in on a Friday at 3pm and there was a 45 minute wait. But its totally chill. Jewelry is real and therefore cost real money so bring your coins. Staff there are very knowledgeable. So if you have any questions or concerns this is the place to go.

Today I went with my sister to get her piercing which she had an appointment for. I did not plan on going inside the store because I’m aware of the current store policy however, I had to go to the bathroom and asked the staff if I can go in just to use the bathroom and come right out. They said no, at that I said okay and found another bathroom. My sister later tells me a group of girls were allowed in the store without appointment to look at jewelry. This is totally not cool!

Ive gone to Kolo twice - once for a nose stud, once for an eyebrow piercing. Theyre just great. The prices are reasonable. The staff are professional and super friendly, and neither of my piercings hurt. The shop is very clean and sterile.I had my eyebrow piercing done during COVID, and everyone was wearing masks. They are only allowing a limited number of people in, and you have to call when you arrive so that nobody can randomly walk in. I appreciate that theyre taking the pandemic seriously, and I felt safe getting my piercing done here.Cant wait until my next piercing! I will definitely be going here again.

I never write reviews, but this place deserves praise! I came in with my mom to get my daith pierced on August 14th and it was the best experience I have ever had with a piercing. So quick and smooth, and they are so safe with Covid going on. My piercing is healing better than ANY of my other piercings, which have all been done other places and rejected or never healed even after many years. I definitely will drive the hour+ to come back here again many more times because it is so worth it. Not to mention they have such a large jewelry selection, it will make your head spin! Ask for Gigi!!Edit! Came back again on 12/29 for a septum piercing and it went AMAZING! Best piercing shop ever and best piercer ever. Do not ever go anywhere else, I know I wont be. Went to get my forward helix pierced a month ago, the shop was clean and everyone was welcoming and professional. I had such a great experience I recently went back to get my daith pierced, both visits the piercer explained every step and definitely put me at ease. They have a huge variety of jewelry, the guy who works the counter is very helpful even offering to have jewelry fabricated if there was something I wanted that wasn’t available. Both experiences were excellent would definitely recommend them!

I absolutely love Kolo and will only go to them for my piercings. I have extremely sensitive skin and have never had any issues with their jewelry. The shop is always super clean and the staff is very knowledgeable. Kyle has done quite a few of my piercings and always makes me feel comfortable with the experience. I’ve legitimately never had a bad experience. Highly recommend for good quality piercings!

I love the selection of jewelry they have compared to the standard tattoo shop that does piercings too. I have had 2 piercings done at this place so far without any problems. I drive an hour out of my way because I know they will do a good job. You can also see that they use clean/sterile equipment and care about being clean in general. They have a nice store/space. Honestly the best piercing experience I’ve ever had. I didn’t catch her name, but the female piercer was so incredibly nice and made me feel so comfortable which was a huge plus considering I was having my nipples pierced. Will always return for any further piercings.

I have had all 8 of my ear piercings done here over 3 separate trips and I have plans to get 3 more piercings done here. Sweet staff that truly cares for their customers. Their piercers are so careful, tedious, and over all really nice people that are great at their jobs. Its expensive, but you really get what you pay for when it comes to this shop. High quality jewelry and very sanitary. Especially Kyle he has done most of my work and he makes you feel so comfortable while getting pierced.

I got my nose pierced here on 9/6 with Kyle. Such a gentle soul! He talked me through everything, helped me brace myself (not nearly as painful as I thought it would be) and gave me verbal instructions on how to care for it. It looks as if its been there forever and healing beautifully!!

Yesterday I went to get a daith and some more lobe piercings and had Alan. Words cannot describe how amazing he was. I am NOT good with needles, but he talked me through everything, was so informative about cleaning and aftercare, and made the process as calm and great as I couldve imagined it. Also...it barely hurt?? I now have all the piercings I want but would go back just because he was so good. I am happy beyond words with my piercings and the experience. Go to Kolo!

I went in tonight for my first ever piercing other than my ears that I had done as a child. The shop is extremely nice and was highly recommended by a few friends. Kyle has done 4 piercings for me now and is so patient and excellent at what he does. I got the last 3 in one sitting, conch and 2 upper lobe. I knew I wanted the 2 lobe but wasn’t sure of placement. I ended up telling him to do what he feels is best, he showed me his plan and it was perfect. He also did my daith in 2019. He is the only piercer I’ll ever go to. Very clean establishment.
