I just visited this car audio shop for the first time a few days ago. I brought in my used Lexus Ls430 to have a new stereo put in, where previous owner improperly installed it where radio wouldnt even tune the stations. Richard told me to bring it by and let him do a quick check to see what was going on..needless to say, a few hours later, he had installed a new system and had it working perfectly. I will bring my truck here when I upgrade the stereo. Great service from Ted and Richard at a fair price.

Ive always done my own car stereo installations, but with a truck I bought recently I ran into a problem I just couldnt figure out. I called TM Audio on a Saturday morning and by that afternoon the problem I thought was impossible was fixed. Richard the tech and everyone else there is awesome and friendly. The price was totally reasonable and they even fixed something else I didnt even realize was broken (my head unit had a backup camera that wasnt connected, but it is now) for no extra cost just because they were in there anyway. Skip the others and go to these guys!

Shout out to my guys at T.M Audio took my Bmw motorcycle to get a radio upgrade, and as usual Rich put me back in the game. I believe that they can put music on a skateboard!

I took my car to this place to have my speaker wire changed when I received my car back one of my speakers didn’t work. The man was very rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I will NOT recommend these people to anyone. They take your money and will never fix the issue that they made happen.

I had a new radio installed in my BMW X-3. These guys did an expert job!I highly recommend them

Made an appointment in advance to have my car radio installed. I drove 3 1/2 hours just for them to tell me that they did not have the part available. On the phone Richard informed me that I could not get my car serviced on the day that I wanted due to them having to get a special part. He assured me that he would be able to get the part before my schedule appointment. When I arrived for my appointment Richard failed to recall our conversation. If you have a lot of time and money to waste then this place is for you!!! But if you want to be treated fairly I would suggest that you go to CSP Audio. They were very understanding of my situation and even gave me a discount to make up for how I was treated at TM audio.

Charged me $45 to check my radio and they blew the fuse out so my tail lights wont work creating power surges in the car while they were recklessly checked my stereo system. I had to use Ace custom audio in Cleveland and they were able to fix my amplifier run speaker wires for $35 ;this place never fix my stereo at all and charged me $45

TM Audio is the Best Business for Great Sounds. Especially back in the 80s & 90s. Those were the days. Still get my sounds from them.

Overpriced coupled with terrible customer service

I got wiring done in my 2006 hummer and it was a piss poor job. I had engine noise, which meant hot wire was not grounded properly.I set an appointment with the owner, but I was constantly given the run around with excuses, by Mr Craig and the owner, not sure of his name. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING THERE PLEASE! They are terrible but pretend to know alot about car audio. WOW! I went to Sound Proof in Douglasville, Ga to get truck rewire. it cost me more money to correct damage,but it was well worth it. Excellent job and customer service. You get what you pay for. I will return to Sound Proof for more work.

They dont stand by their product. The installer put a pass word on my radio when he install it without telling me. I change my car battery and found out I needed it after installing my battery and when I went to him he blame me. Had to removed radio and send it to the factory and had to pay someone else to reinstall. NO MORE BUSINESS FROM ME. If you looking for a VERY POOR job this is your place.👹👹
