First time visit and service was extremely prompt and delicious. The personnel are friendly. I enjoyed my Grecian salad. The place is clean. At least you can tell by their effort. There is a little bar session near the restrooms. It is definitely a great place for a late night dinner or after party spot. Parking during the day time can extremely challenging and that’s just everywhere in downtown.
Stumbled upon this place while exploring downtown Atlanta. Liked that is was in an area around Georgia State buildings. Liked the different types of menu selections that were available and had homemade pies. I got the lamb gyros with fries. The portions were good and the lamb was well seasoned. Will definitely have to come here again.
This place provided me with excellent customer service. After I ordered my food I went outside to smoke. By the time I was done smoking, my food was already at my table waiting for me. My server covered up my food too while I was outside. That was excellent customer service in my opinion! I went here in the middle of the night and they were pretty busy actually. I highly recommend going to this diner and getting some of the really good food that they serve here.
Good food and one of the best customer services Ive ever received for midnight dinner.The staff is super polite and fast service is on coming.When I asked for a milkshake they were so polite in explaining that theres a huge line and its not possible after 9pm as it takes them 15mins to make one.Altogether on the experience side amazing place with a classic ambiance.
This place sells mediocre food at best. If you are looking for tasty Diner food, this isnt the place for that. The French Toast was ok, everything else was just basic…not much flavor. As you can see in my photos my “toast” wasn’t even toasted. I brought my daughter here one late weekday morning. It was fairly empty and I was excited to try because I had always passed this place. I was not impressed and would not go back. Our server however was very nice. If I could offer a suggestion it would be to revamp their menu & presentation and add some seasoning to their food.
Service was fast, attentive, and friendly. Menu was eclectic and tasted as you would expect for a downtown diner. I went off script and eat a more Mediterranean dinner. The appetizer that consisted of dolma on top off a Greek salad was nice but light on the dressing. The feta cheese seemed a bit dry and lacking in tartness. The gyro was better. The lamb was moist and not too salty. The pita was light and tasty. My disappointment was with carrot cake. It seemed a bit old and there was too much icing and not enough cake for my taste. I also had a couple of Dos Dos Equis Ambers. They were cold and served with a chilled plastic mug...which was not very cold. Some of the other dishes going past me looked tasty. All said and done I would eat there again.
I got the Arizona Grilled Panini. Pick up was quick and the staff member was nice. It wasn’t a traditional panini. I didn’t like the turkey at all. I took it all off. I was expecting fresh, deli carved turkey. The steak fries were great though. I do plan to go back and try some desserts. The cakes looked delicious.
Landmark Diner is a popular spot to eat in Downtown Atlanta. I believe it is 24 hours so you can satisfy your craving at anytime it looks like. The waitress was polite and accommodating. I like it because Breakfast is served ALL DAY and the plates are hearty for the price. Great place to have a lunch meeting or go out to eat after touring downtown landmarks and sights!
We were seated quickly so that was nice but aside from that, service was painfully slow. We didn’t even have someone ask us what we wanted to drink until we’d been sitting there for nearly ten minutes. It wasn’t even busy, there were maybe 3 or 4 other tables with customers. I ordered pancakes, bacon, and eggs and my bf just ordered pancakes. It was all very mediocre food. We got our check and they added a gratuity to it automatically. We didn’t ask for it to be put on there it was just part of the check. For a party of two. Gratuity isn’t typically added unless it’s a party of 6 or more, so that was confusing and honestly a bit upsetting and definitely a turn off from returning to the restaurant.To summarize, we ended up paying almost 40$ for food that we could’ve had much cheaper, much faster, and much tastier at Waffle House down the street.
Visited for lunch after taking a hiatus from eating out during the pandemic. I was very disappointed. The food was good (even though fries were overcooked) and I did not have a problem with the service, but the prices have gone up, you can only get one check per table, and they automatically add gratuity. I know things have changed due to the pandemic but all of that just put a bad taste in my mouth and unfortunately, I will not be planning to come back.
Me and my friends came here late after a show at the Tabernacle. It was so cool because our server was like hilarious and very attentive to our table. Very cool 😎 👍🏼
Came here 4 years ago and it was amazing and affordable for a family of 4 we spent $55.Decided to go back today and wasnt happy with several things. First they got rid of the kids menu which was actually one of the only kids menus that had options and that my kids loved😱 Second the prices increased dramatically but I cant really fault them I guess its Atlanta but just saying we spent less at Sweet Auburn restaurant and they had AMAZING food. So we got wings, a cheesesteak, Turkey burger, and cheeseburger, all our meals came with fries we spent $1extra for onion rings on 1 plate and got 4 sweet teas..that was $90 with the automatic 18% gratuity. Food was okay. Nothing you couldnt make in your own home flavor wise just mediocre. The only reason they got 2 stars was because I found my waiter super nice and pleasant and the food wasnt bad enough to complain about its just when your spending the same amount of money as Hibachi this place isnt where you want to spend it!!!! I hate this place went downhill wont be going back. BTW 18% gratuity is insane!!!! High end restaurants dont even do that especially with only 4 people!!!!! If ur a good server u will get paid well. Im currently a server. We would have given a 20 for our server but when we saw that 18% my husband said NOPE. If your servers need more money pay them more dont pass the buck onto your customers, and as a rule of thumb parties of 6 or more for automatic gratuity NOT EVERYONE!!!!
Wasnt that great. It is diner food but I didnt enjoy the vegan burger, fries were good. The place isnt dirty but it felt that way for some reason. Also that evening they ran out of eggs. All of that said im not opposed to giving them a second chance.
Very PRICEY. Not worth the amount but its downtown and ppl can charge what they like. Make sure servers know their menu or they will assure you about items they dont have.
Great diner open 24 hours! A large variety of entrees to choose from. I ordered a BLT but asked for the bread to not be toasted, order was served perfectly. Very nice staff and great service. I will go back!
Very nostalgic. Like an old soda shop/inner-city dinner. Food was very good. My kid loved being able to stuff his face until he felt full.

This is a Great little cozy restaurant in downtown City Atlanta. If Your down there this restaurant is a good place to eat and enjoy a meal and drinks.
Steak was so good my mouth had taste bud party, sorry for no pictures by the time I put my fork and knife down to even look for my phone it was gone.
I eat here during the week... They have a punch card and after ten punches you get a FREE meal up to $10.95 so that’s a perk. Today I ordered the catfish and grits the amount came to $13.44. I always order to-go so after getting back to work I opened my box and was completely disappointed!!! The catfish reminded me of Gordon Fisherman brand. You could also tell it’s frozen and not fresh. 11.99 for catfish is a bit pricey $3 away from Market Price. After going back to the diner and speaking with the Manager. He gave me two punch cards fully stamped and a nice size piece of pound cake. I’m giving the cat fish one star but the diner gets 4 stars due to polite service always and good food.
Actually, I had a wonderful experience the waiter was awesome forgot his name my chicken Philly steak was amazing but they need to do something with the fries they are bland even when you put salt or even pepper and even some Heinz 57 sauce they werent good at all they should be preseason if the fries was good I would have gave it five stars
My 🍳 and steak was good but I wasnt a fan of my cheese grits . My gurl loved them big thick brown 🥞 but a couple pieces of 🥓 was a little too crispy
The food is delicious and worth the wait. It was clean and most of the time we had pleasant servers. Sorry no photos because my niece and I ate it before it even occurred to me to take a pic. This is my new ATL go to. Also it is open 24hrs. Cant beat that.
Saw all the good reviews and was hoping for a good breakfast. Was terribly disappointed. All the food was cold. Floors were sticky. There was hair stuck in the condiments on the table. The staff was friendly and smiled, but never refilled any drinks or asked if I wanted water instead.Food was VERY overpriced for what you get and it being cold. Then, there was an additional gratuity added that we didnt notice until wed written our own tip.Definitely not what we were expecting and would not recommend.
We came late night, around 12am. There was a few minutes wait due to the social distancing restrictions, however the security guard was extremely professional and polite. Once seated however, it took almost 15 minutes for our waiter to come to our table. We ordered everything at once so as to not risk our drinks being served and waiting another 15 minutes to take our meal order. It took about 20 minutes to be served still. Two orders of chicken fingers and fries came out as if two different cooks had prepared them. On one plate you had perfectly cooked fries and fingers but the second one had undercooked fries and overcooked fingers. It then took so long to get the waiters attention, everyone else was finished eating and my Friend just gave up and ate some of her food, even though she really wanted to get it redone. It wasnt too busy but there were only two waiters for about 10 tables... and they seemed to not be handling it very well.
As a food blogger for A Pinch of Butter, I had a day off and was downtown attempting to handle business and walked past this Diner and decided to grab a bite and I was highly impressed with the food, the serviced especially the atmosphere. I managed to enjoy the M.O.B burger while being treated as if I mattered. They not only treated me and my guest awesome they also made every guest that walked in fell like they mattered. Which is saying a lot. So if you are ever Downtown no matter the time because they are 24hrs stop on in and be sure to try the onion rings that were fried to perfrction.
Excellent service at 3:30am on a Saturday considering how busy it was; Greek omelette and French toast were great.
I had family come in from NC and i brought them to the diner and where extremely happy about the food and service.they are definitely returning to the Landmark Diner..
The food is pretty good so I would recommend takeout or delivery. The restrooms are horrid and its probably safer to pee outside. They play good music and the vibe is pretty dope, but cleanliness really doesnt exist here.

I have been coming to this place for years and as always I am pleased. I dined on the Greek salad and lasagna. This is a go to spot for midnight and after our dining. Two thumbs up👍👍
After not living in Atlanta for almost a year, I am reminded that good service is hard to come by in the restaurant setting. The manager on duty and the server we had were friendly. It took a while for our food, which we expected because it was super late and very busy. But our appetizer came out with our food and the food was REALLY bad. Burnt and sad looking potatoe skins. The biscuits and gravy were cold, not even warm. Items that were ordered were not brought out. And the items that did come, were not even made correctly. If you are downtown and drunk and desperately need food, this place is open 24/7. If you arent drunk and downtown, do not drive in Atlanta traffic to visit this place.

Worst place to eat ever. Had over $120 worth of food for our group of 6 and every single dish was dry and very bland. If youre going to charge $26 for steak and eggs, dont burn the steak and serve cold grits? I wouldnt even pay $10 for what I got. Moreover, when I told the manager (who also happens to be the owner), he started blaming the pandemic and said to us Its a 24 hr diner, what did you expect?. Whats the point of charging an outrageous amount for below average food? We left hungry after ordering 5 things, as everything was horrible. The sad thing is, I used to come here before the pandemic, and the quality was good, but now its hopeless. The staff also look like they gave up. I would give it 0 stars if I could.

Stopped by Landmark for lunch a couple of days ago. The place was understaffed but they were working hard to accommodate. Our wait was not long at all, our waitress was so positive despite the day she was having.Our food came out promptly as well and all of our food was delish. We really appreciated everything and left our waitress a plentiful tip.
I liked it. The Landmark Diner is on Luckie Street in downtown. The diner is clean and the staff are very welcoming. There is a wide range of food to ordered and it is open 24 hours. It was not crowded when we went there.The toilets are also well maintained which is a plus.I found the prices a little on the steeper side.
A nice little oasis downtown with breakfast anytime, could have done without the loud religious music but the folks sure were nice
Showed up, spent 40 minutes sitting in a booth without so much as a greeting. We left before even getting to order drinks, however the food on the menu was definitely overpriced. Foods and meals that existed nowhere on the menu were pictured.
The wait time was long even when we got to the table. The coffee was watered down and did not have much flavor. However, when the food did finally arrive it was good. Overpriced for most food items.. when we went to leave we heard gunshots!! We seen people were running to I assumed the get away car going the opposite direction. Needless to say we got out of there asap. Not sure I would revisit this establishment.

Super friendly and courteous. Showed up unannounced with a party of 15 at 11pm on and was immediately seated. Everyone had their food in less than 30 minutes and it was good. Terrific service. The only down side is they wont split the check.
The French Toast Is AMAZING... So are the pancakes. All items were really good...Except the coffee, the coffee was by far the worst thing ever. But i can overlook that!
I normally eat here all the time prior to the pandemic. But they closed dine in during COVID, so I hadnt visited in quite some time. Well last night I took a friend that had never been there before for dinner. It took about 10 minutes for anyone to come to our table. We both ordered hot tea to drink and the teabags had spots on them as if they had some type of moisture spilled on them. So I asked for another tea bag and the same thing was on the bag. When I added the cream to the hot water it curdled so that let me know the cream was not being kept at the right temperature. So I wasnt able to drink the tea. Next we ordered steak. Both medium well. Mine came medium well and hers ended up being medium rare. The eggs, cheese grits and pancakes were cold . The butter wouldnt even melt on the pancakes or the toast and the cheese barely melted into the grits that were very lumpy and tasted old. We didnt eat those either. My friend asked if they could warm her food and the waitress said no. Then we received a receipt with a $12.74 gratuity added to it . I was so taken a back, embarrassed since I suggested this place and also disappointed. We should not have had to pay for cold food. They could have at least remade the food or something. Or offered something else to drink

As soon as you walk in you get a slap in the face with a discusting smell of mold and dirty mop. We where going to order dinner but noticed how overpriced everthing on the menu was. So i only ordered the quesadilla which comes with lettuce and tomatoes on the side like what the heck. Thats not a side . we finally get it told her we where sharing and she walked away not offering extra plates or more water so i had to wait for her to come back to get ask for it . i am a really got tipper but when you include the tip on the check you better believe i am expecting good service which we didnt get. 19 dollars for a quesadilla are you serious guys .please close yoir doots for good. And save your selfs .

This was a horribly serviced diner. They don’t care to work and we get charged a mandatory 18% gratuity! The food is HORRIBLY overpriced. The food is so bad. Took 10 minutes for our drinks to come out, and I watched out server the entire time. She was taking her sweet time and didn’t care to serve us at all. My $9 mandatory tip is was not earned.

This place is a joke! The food is disgusting and the staff was rude! We had a large party and the staff refused to sit us together. The eggs were cold, the grits were hard! The French toast was garlic bread with syrup on top and when when we were leaving we saw a rodent...stay away from this place if you want a hot good meal.
Their food is amazing!! I had the blackened salmon Alfredo while on vacation, and had to tell everyone back home about it 🤣. The portions are huge and the price is good for what you get.
I just order the chicken noodle soup (which is usually decent) but I will never eat here again. The soup was sour and taste like spoil milk
1 star because our server was great. However, the manager was a disaster. I ordered the nachos and a friend ordered the blue cheese burger. My nacho cheese was lukewarm and tasted like it had come out of a plastic bag. My friends blue cheese was putrid and a chunky vomit consistency. We couldnt get the taste out of our mouths. When we talked to the manager he wouldnt make eye contact with us and kept walking away to do other things. Then he only offered a 25% discount stating that he couldnt do anything about the brand of the blue cheese. As someone who works in and manages restaurants I am very disappointed in his lack of customer service. I do not recommend.
My grandson and I ate at Landmark Diner during our recent visit to Atlanta. I ordered the Greek salad and he had a cheeseburger and fries. Both portions were huge, we had to take the leftovers with us. My salad was 3 meals! I wish Id asked our server her name so I could mention it here, but she was very attentive and gave good service. Great restaurant!
Wait staff was overwhelmed. No one ever came to take our order so we left. I would try to go again when I am willing to wait.

Super rude. Zero customer service. Avoid at all cost! Even though I had ordered and paid for a to-go meal, they told me to leave and stand outside because it would take over 30 minutes to make even though I had ordered it over an hour ago. I asked if I could just get my money back and he responded not with words, but by slamming the door in my face. No face masks on, so I know it wasn’t a COVID thing. I think the manager was just tired after a long weekend and took it out on me. So disappointed after seeing some good reviews.

If I could give a 0 I would. If you’re a 24 hour business, I expect the same quality of business at every hour at least in food. We ordered door dash around 1:00 AMon vacation, just to receive undercooked fries and one burger that was cooked too long, and one that literally was RAW and could not be consumed. After a long day of traveling, it wasn’t even worth it to call & get replacement food because we were so disappointed in the quality. Needless to say, Landmark Diner left us hungry on our first night of a vacation weekend.
The waiter was very nice and respectful. The food wasnt as good as I thought. They dont season anything I dont know if its in regards to allergies or health reasons. But if your looking for seasoned food this isnt the place. In addition they do follow Covid procedures .
Great place to meet up with friends for a great bite at anytime of the day! There was so much space in this place and we were able to be seated quickly. The waiter was super nice and attentive. This is a must try!
I ordered the steak and eggs with hash browns. The hash browns were bland. The toast was stiff. But overall it was ok. I would order it again. The next night, I ordered the meat loaf and mashed potatoes. The mashed potatoes were nice the sliced meat loaf was awful.

Staff was nice but not the most attentive. Second cup of coffee was cold. Omelette was big but did not taste well at all. Hash browns were cold and undercooked.

I came in with my scooter which at first I thought I couldn’t but the staff was very understanding and let me sit it out of the way... now for starters the lady at me register took my order first (which was only two shots) after ten almost 12minutes of waiting another server approached us and began to retake our order while offering an apology because she was visibly busy.. I honestly just feel if the lady at the door took our order why did we have to wait over then extra mins to reorder and then once we ordered we waited another ten minutes for two simple shots.. I would love to go back maybe it was jus that night it was slow and time consuming but it wasn’t hardly busy enough for us to wait 20 plus mins for shots!
This place is horrible. We had 6 people and were there for over 3 hours waiting on food and service. We never got our drinks and I went behind the counter to serve myself after 2 hours without water. The manager immediately started yelling at me and I asked him if he could get us water and he refused and then just kept yelling. Honestly this was the worst restaurant experience of my life and I used to work in the service industry so Im typically patient. Dont go here!

This place is horrible!! 😡Food terrible !! Received my food all wrong, had to ask the waiter 3 Xs for the correct item. And over charge for all the nasty food!! The diner add their own gratuity. It’s dump. Used the bath nasty and stink.

Greeted by no one for several minutes. Finally, someone took us to an uncleaned table then told us to wait indefinitely for it to be cleaned before sitting. She never returned. The busboy was very kind and even offered to get us waters. We asked three different servers for help and finally the last offered to help. She was, however, so overwhelmed that by the time our food began to be ready it had been two hours. We tipped her and the busboy and left because we were no longer interested in dining here. The manager seemed completely inphase and literally waved us goodbye. He also yelled at the busboy for not cleaning tables....the place was just too unprofessional for my hard earned dollars.
