The very best hearing aid dispenser in town! I recommend them. Recently I had to send my hearing aid back to the manufacturer to be repaired. When they fixed it and sent it back to Optimal Hearing Systems, the carrier lost it in transit. However, Clay made sure I got a replacement promptly. Him and his manager coordinated with the manufacturer to get the new hearing aid re-made and shipped out as soon as possible. Clay took ownership of the situation and displayed a strong sense of urgency throughout the weeklong ordeal. I am blessed to have a hearing aid dispenser I can trust and rely on.
Clay Miller and his team do a great job at the Buckhead office. Clay is very patient and very responsive to any questions that you have. I am a first time hearing aid user and he has been unbelievably patient and helpful to me. He is driven by providing great customer service. I cant recommend him and his team highly enough.
We are very pleased with our Optimal Hearing Aids, and we are especially pleased with our hearing specialist, Clay Miller. He will come to help us anytime we need help. My husband isdisabled and lives in an assisted living facility. As our hearing changes, Clay can test us right here at the facility. He keeps us supplied with hearing aid batteries, and anything else we may need.Five stars for Optimal Hearing!Linda and Ray Howland
Your office on E. Paces Ferry Rd. is top notch. Tyler Blatchford is a very caring and professional hearing specialist. I look forward to every visit.
Tania was very helpful and efficient. Look forward to seeing her again in 3 months. John J. Heise, Ph. D.
Tyler is a first class representative of your company -- courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and does a thorough job. We have bought four hearing aids from him and are well satisfied in all respects....Noman and Catherine Currey..
These people are awful to deal with. Their products don’t work. They keep having you waste your time coming to their offices, but never make the hearing aid work after 18 months. Won’t refund your $6800 and say, “sorry it didn’t work out for you”. Avoid like the plague.
Very nice Dr.
