It was a great experience. The whole place has a cheery vibe and the ice cream was delicious! You watch them make it in front of you.Logistically, it’s in underground Atlanta but there is street parking close by.

The entire IScream Ice Cream Rolls experience was awesome! The owner greeted us with such a sweet & welcoming smile. My family and I watched the team make our ice cream rolls from start to finish. Everything was so unique and delicious!! We couldnt leave without taking a swing! Keep up the great work.

Oh my gosh! Where to begin? 🤤We were treated like family (the good side you like to invite over). We ended up ordering three different ice creams - Old Town Roll, Saturday Morning Cartoons, and a fruity champagne. They were all so good. Yup... I tasted everyones order 😋

I can’t lie the ice scream was good but the customer service is so bad it blinds the ice cream. Long wait time for 1 ice cream order and no more than 3 people in the store. When asked 30 minutes later they tell me the order is coming right up they had the ticket next to the register. Can be a lil better on customer service to make it a great experience.

This place was awesome! Staff was very professional and the owner was very accommodating. We also love the fact that they wore their masks appropriately!

First time there.. first time hearing about and tasting rolled ice cream. The way the line was I know now why they waited so long lol.. but worth the wait and due to covid restrictions they had limited ppl inside which was ok by me. I got the Lady Marmalade.. which has like a cappuccino flavor. Im a coffee lover so it was amazing. Staff was friendly and efficient. Will return when I come back to Georgia!! 10 stars!!!

The prices are too high. But why the 2 stars is because while my daughter was using the restroom, a homeless person- not a customer, came in and staff gave him a code to open the bathroom door and he walked in on my daughter. The bathroom didnt even need a code so if its locked, someone is in it!

Very good product, however. My wait was extremely long due to unorganized orders. People who had been waiting hours was continuously waiting because of this. Hair nets and proper work attire should be enforced as well. Again! Ice cream is amazing!

I thought it would be fun but honestly wasn’t expecting much from the flavor. Man was I wrong! It was SO good! I got the Old Town Roll and My friend got the Strawberry Extravaganza. Both of us loved the flavors. Highly recommend.

This place is awesome - Im a picky eater and usually dont leave reviews but I had such a good experience here I had to. Me and a friend visited on a Saturday that was particularly busy, so busy that the two items we wanted were sold out. So we order something else and before our order was completed, a woman (who is presumably the owner or manager) let us know that the ingredients were now available and ended up giving us one of the items for free instead of asking us to wait back in line to reorder it. Do yourself a favor and support this Black-owned business.

We waited for almost 30 minutes to get just one order and it wasnt properly made, lack of flavor, couldnt even finish it.

The family atmosphere is very apparent, and is a wonderful place to sit and eat some beautifully crafted rolled ice cream. The portions are much larger than what you would probably expect for the price, especially since places like these usually charge for the novelty more than anything else. The workers are also very kind and interactive. If youre in Downtown Atlanta and need a break from the busy noise of the city, this place is a must. I will absolutely be returning!

I Scream Ice Cream Roll offers great tasting and good looking ice cream.From catchy names like Camp Fire Favorite to the original chocolate and vinalla, they have it all. The trick to their treat is all in the roll. They spread out the ice cream and roll it back together. By doing this it gives your bowl an amazing astatic and bang for your buck. Unfortunately since one of the roads leading to the store is closed it makes it difficult to get over there.Overall I would say its 4 out of 5 stars.

This place is great! As we entered we were greeted with a warm welcome. The owner was helpful and offered great conversation as I waited for my roll. I had the ice cream roll with oreo and it was very good. I highly recommend visiting if you are in the area and looking for a great dessert.

I will definitely be returning! The ice cream was delicious and actually a larger serving than Ive received at other rolled ice cream spots. The decor is super cute and they even have a cute photo area with a swing so be picture ready! The owners mother was very friendly and even helped me and my friend take our pictures. Its a family business for sure so you get treated like family. I went during the pandemic so we had to wear mask and our temperature was taken. We opted to enjoy our ice cream at their cute little tables because there was enough space to social distance. I hope this pandemic doesnt cause them to shut down because there arent many rolled ice cream spots in the metro area.The spoons also change from pink to purple when you are eating the ice cream. That was cute!

Cute Black Owned roll up ice cream shop in downtown ATL. Its located at the Underground. Theres paid street parking nearby (free on Sunday).This place is fairly new and super clean on the inside. They do temp checks and hand sanitizer at the door. Theres plenty of options to put in and on top of your ice cream. They have a dairy and non-dairy base option, which is great for vegans. Theres a good amount of room for seating and a cute area to take pics with your friends.I got a bowl with the dairy base, added strawberry & peaches, topped with whipped cream, nerds, strawberry drizzle, strawberries and a cherry. It was super delicious and just what I need for this hot summer! If you cant decide, they have some creations to choose from.Great place to take your family :)

My friends and I came in today and the staff was excellent. So happy and upbeat. What a fun atmosphere with excellent music and the shop was spotless top to bottom. Not to mention some of the best ice cream I have ever had in my life. I was so highly impressed. If you live close you need to make this place a regular spot.

My grandchildren live in Charlotte, NC. They claim to be ice cream connoisseurs, and were bragging about the ice cream shop they frequent there. When they came to ATL, we went to I Scream Ice Cream. Verdict: “the best ice cream ever!” I agree! And I love the presentation and the non-dairy options as well. You must experience this establishment for yourself. You’ll be glad you did.

Excellent Rolled Ice cream and tastes awesome. Watch it being made!!!!!! A true art form. Ice cream is dense and lasts for a while, meaning you can really enjoy it without the ice cream melting on you. A must have at Underground Atlanta!!!

Stopped by here when they first opened. Great atmosphere, yummy ice cream and poppin music. They have a swing too! Instantly ‘Saturday Morning Cartoons’ became my favorite! It’s topped with Fruit Loops and Mini Pop Tarts! They need to play Doug or the Flintstones while you enjoy this!Today I decided to build my own. I ended up with Pineapple Cheesecake, topped with cheesecake, pineapple gummy bears and caramel sauce! DELICIOUS!Definitely a must visit in Atlanta!

I have been to this place many times and the last time I did visit was my last the children/teens that are working in there are not professional. They play too much at the counter while theyre making your ice cream. They dont change the gloves like they supposed to they do not have hair nets. Need improvements
