I will never buy a car from this dealership ever again. The guy was nice enough but I’ve had this car for two years and I’ve had nothing but problems with it. New motor, new alternator, new front struts, new thermostat, new radiator. 2011 car and I regret ever buying it or going there.

I bought a car with a warranty. Within a week a list of issues arose and I emailed and called Thomas Hammond. He assured me they would fix it. After my 30 days was up, he just stopped returning calls and emails and never fulfilled the warranty.

Stumbled upon this dealership while up the road at another dealer. The dealer up the road was selling JUNK. We left there discouraged and defeated. On our way home we passed Landmark Auto and did a U-Turn and went back in. The staff were all extremely pleasant our salesman Rolando was helpful and knowledgeable. We test drive the vehicle we wanted and will be picking it up on my next day off. Never had such a pleasant experience buying a vehicle! Great vehicles, great staff, great fair prices! Thank you!

I do not recommend very rude and sold a car right out from under us because we asked for a few minutes and said we took too long decideing, buying a car is not a descion to be made lightly it takes time. I think part of the rudeness is because me and my mom went with no man I do not recommend them period.

By far the easiest used car buying experience Ive had. Saw a 2012 Mazda 2 on their website for a great price with only 110k miles on it. Came down and test drove it, they filled out the paperwork for me and were easy to talk price with. Drove it home the next day. Would definitely recommend!

Only one star because I don’t have the option to not give any.. I did not purchase a vehicle here, but definitely had a terrible experience.. We went to see a car and was given a price, later on, the car price increases by a whole $500 because he was including an inspection sticker. What a joke. They see woman and suddenly think they just came up on a scam.

Tried selling me a terrible car. Lied about the history of the car. It was obvious the car had been in a car crash but the dealer said it wasn’t. I looked up the history myself and it was. Took it to a mechanic and said it was hit so hard the air bags were messed up. Don’t waste your time with these clowns.

If you asked me in September I would have gave them 4-5 stars. I have bought three vehicles off landmark, two for my personal usage. Both vehicles I personally used every day after buying from landmark had mechanical major issues. I never looked into detail when it came to my Toyota Avalon I purchased first this vehicle cost me more than I spent on the vehicle initially and repairs only owning it for a year I totaled the vehicle. I bought my second vehicle a 2007 Camry Solara Sport convertible i’ve owned this vehicle for seven months since October 16 but I’ve only put 1500 miles on the vehicle as I drive less than 3 miles a day. I have learned and I have physical proof from 4 to 6 dealerships and certified auto care technicians That my vehicle should have never passed inspection and luckily This time I did not put many miles on the vehicle at all luckily, and anyone who purchases a vehicle from landmark is aware that they have the vehicle inspected for you, but they didnt have the proper inspection process performed on my car, it took less than 5 minutes and I have reports showing that this vehicle should have never been put on the road this year, and in conclusion i will be filing for a lawsuit against the company for selling me a vehicle thats unsafe to drive as well as not following legal procedures properly during the sale of my solara. Also when i informed the company that I found this the issues with my vehicle they refused to assist me and never returned my calls until i informed them I had contacted my lawyer and the attorney generals office they didnt even answer my calls for help. So unless you want to have to buy 2-3 cars a year dont come here because the vehicle you’re going to buy is going to be illegal to drive, illegal to resale, and a maintenance repair cost guzzler.

All friendly until you find a problem with the vehicle, sells cars with broken parts, unwilling to repair them . Was reported it right away, arguing about it, left us hanging !! Don’t purchase a Vehicle here !!
