Car was fine nothing. go to pick up registration the next day car battery dead guy puts the new battery in backwards fries out the car brought it back to be fixed twice never fixed paid $100 for nothing and I still have a broken car do not do business here.... they told me the guy that was sold me the car worked here an he was selling it not the companys but i got it off the web site. Don’t do business here. Agreed on a price to buy a truck. I told them I needed to sell my current vehicle at the end of the week which they said would be perfect because the truck needed some work done. After a couple of days they started harassing me saying they had a lot of interest in the truck. Rushed the sale of the current vehicle only for the truck not to be ready yet. Made me wait about 6 hours for the truck only to find nothing they said was going to be fixed was fixed. The door handles didn’t work, windows didn’t work, defrosters didn’t work, parts still missing, turbo leaking, etc. Brought it back to be worked on. They gave me a loaner car which they illegally attached my plates to. The loaner car broke down and they expected me to pay for the tow back to the shop. After another week of having no vehicle I finally got my truck back. Defrosters still don’t work, still have missing interior parts. Never called me back to finish the job. Haven’t heard anything in months. Truthfully I wouldn’t have any them working on my stuff again. Should have went with my gut and went else where for a vehicle.

Place is horrible they Rush people into a sale. Tell you they fix things on a vehicle you bought and never did. Tell you the truck is going to the shop to get work done things they say theyre going to fix were never fixed. I will never go there again the place sucks. Went there the other day to talk to owner and would not talk to me saying I owe him money then had the old guy Harry get in my face like mister tough guy very unprofessional dealership. Never felt so violated in my life buying a truck I bought from them. The mechanic that worked on my truck couldnt even tell me what he did

These guys are awesome. Bought a 2018 Ford Explorer from them a couple months ago. The car has been great. Put 100$ down. when I went to pay and pick up the car, I was surprised to find that they replaced the brakes, and re-painted the hood for me. They can also give you plates and register the car for you in their office. So easy.

I recently purchased a 2018 Subaru from Stateline Auto Brokers. I went in to the whole experience believing all used car dealerships are the same, but I could not have been more wrong. They are a small (in comparison) dealership but are always very busy and have lots of inventory. They are very relaxed and don’t try to force you to by something. Once we found the car we wanted they were open to negotiating and listened to what you had to say. They also took care of all the “problems” we found with ease. Everyone so transparent and wasn’t trying to hide anything. They made it clear if I see or found something wrong to tell them. They are to the point and have kept to their word. My next car is going to be purchased here and I’m referring my family as well. A good mechanic and dealership are hard to come by and this is the complete package

Found the perfect car here after looking for over 2 months. The staff were really helpful friendly and not pushy at all like most places. After putting only $100 deposit down(other places asked for $1000 then still sold the car on me the next day) they changed brakes oil change ect. And got it completely road ready for me within a few days. Even fixed a couple of minor problems I noticed with the car after I brought it home. Would highly recommend them to everyone and will definitely be going back for my next car.

Put money down on a car July 2 this year. Didnt get to take possession of vehicle until July 28th. Was told they were going to service the whole vehicle before I took possession, but that was never done. Come to find out the car I purchased had a valve cover leak, broken driver side headlight mount, and 2 of the rims were bent causing a vibration around highway speeds. Brought the car there Thursday, August 5th and still have yet to get the car back

Came in on a fairly cold day to buy a truck online I saw. Had my wife and small kid with my figured someone would take the time to acknowledge us and at least ask if we needed help but nope after 15 min of walking around and associates walking by us left and right we left went across the street and got a truck from there competitors. After over viewing the car it needed some repairs, they repaired all the big stuff, didnt nik-pick the small maintenance items, the car drove great!They took care of all the annoying paperwork, the customer service was great, they have alot of nice cars for good prices, if you are looking for a great deal on a used car this is the place to go!Just take a drive down there and you will see for yourself, you will not be disappointed, nor will you get burned like other dealers

I dont write reviews often but felt this one was necessary. I had gone through a divorce and lost my shirt, pants, underwear and socks. In short I was not the best candidate for an auto purchase. Lou at Stateline really helped me out and made the purchase happen. I was in a bad spot and needed a vehicle for work. He made me feel as though he understood and worked out a deal with me and put me back on the road with some much needed confidence that I could get to work. Everyone was polite, professional and helpful on all aspects. Lou may have given my son too many lollipops but I will send him the dental bill.Highly recommend this dealership.

STAY AWAY from this dealership! Joe sold my 19 year old son his first car. Assured him it was a solid engine. Within 9 days the head gasket blew and the Jeep was undriveable. At first, Joe refused to take any responsibility for the car. He finally said hed take it back in exchange for something else. We had to pay to tow the car back to him. Of course nothing else was the same price so he charged my son an ADDITIONAL $700 for another different car. This one did not pass inspection (got it inspected 3 days after purchase) and required $1200 in repairs. Joe told us it was not his problem. DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP!

I had a good experience until the end . The car they sold me should have been serviced before it was put on the sight for sale because it wasn’t I’ve have now had to wait over a week for my car . They don’t keep in touch ! and they don’t return phone calls ! I was told beginning of the week last week now I might have my car by Friday at noon !! All of this would have been avoided if the car was serviced before it was sold instead of after is all I’m saying ! Started off such a great experience but this ending really sucked !

They got it registered quickly. They are always smiling always helping you. Honest and fair and really good people. I give them my highest recommendations. By the time I returned from my test drive, all the documents where drawn up and I was able to sign everything in a matter of 30 min.The vehicle had no remote or spare key and Lou was able to provide me with both.I loved the family friendly environment, how accommodating the Stateline Staff was. I wanted a Honda civic really bad, so I came here because he agreed to be flexible with the price. I told him I was due with my son in less than 2 days and needed a safe reliable car. Now I know the car was being sold as is and cars salesman job are to be shady and lie. But when it puts the life of a newborn baby at risk. Thats when you should draw the line. I dont mind putting a little bit of money into a car. But not only did it need a serpentine belt and idler pulley, the seats in the back came right out and didnt bolt down. The trunk didnt closeThe passenger side door was jammed shut on purpose because it was welded together after being in an accident and was welded back with such thin metal that the door hinge ended up snapping and you couldnt even put a door back on because I would need to keep welding it every so often even if I did. And it had an oil leak they lie and play you..

I went with my sister-in-law to help her locate a new used car. The dealer told her that the car she wanted already had a deposit and she would need to wait a few days to hear if the car would be available. The dealer displayed very ethical and professional behavior by allowing the other buyer to extend their ability to pay for the car instead of taking my sister-in-laws offer. When they determined that the other party could not pay they were in immediate contact with my sister-in-law. They provided her with incredible service. Her car was cleaned and well cared for in preparation for her to take ownership. They are quite a reputable company and I will refer people to them. They were great!!

GREAT EXPERIENCE!! Lou and Tom were great guys to work with in this process and they made it incredibly easy. I bought a 2010 Volvo C70 T5 from them and they were incredibly flexible on letting me take it to get a pre-purchase inspection and even performed their own full service including brake pads/rotors/oil change/front wheel alignment/and topped off all other fluids on the vehicle before I picked it up. I purchased a 2009 Nissan Rogue and could not be happier with the service. I went in knowing exactly what I had in mind (cross over with backup camera, navigation and remote start and wanted to stay around $10,000 or less). The sales man quickly navigated me around the lot showing me the vehicles with the options I wanted and the price range I was looking for and even priced the remote start for the vehicles that did not already come equipped with this feature. The finance officer was able to quickly get the paperwork together and put in the order to have the remote start installed. I have never been in and out of a dealership so quickly. Extremely pleased with the service!!!

After months of searching for a car online I finally came upon Stateline auto brokers and I requested to test drive the car online and was called within an hour to confirm my test drive which put me at ease that they knew I was coming in. Everything went smooth I took the car for a test drive fell in love put my deposit down came back with the rest of the money and the car was mine they took care of the registration process and actually fixed the few minor things I asked nothing like picking a car out and coming back in a few days when its ready to hit the road I didn’t do a thing it was a worry free process I will definitely go back for another car in the future and recommend them to anyone in search of a reliable car, Thank you STATELINE AUTO BROKERS !

My fiance and I drove all the way from upstate New York close to 4 hours to come and look at a truck that they told us there was nothing wrong with it, that was ready to drive home with it .We got here they didnt even have the truck and their property to had to go pick it up somewhere else, and is smoke coming out of truck very filthy the truck.. and they want close to $14,000, I am so disappointed I will not recommend this place to anyone.

A horrible experience looking for a car at this dealership. The people here dont even know the condition of the vehicles they have! It seems like they have a big inventory of cars that just sit on the lot for months. Some cars dont even start! This place gives other reputable used car dealers a bad name! STAY AWAY!

I bought a 2002 Acura MDX from them. 4 HOURS after I drove off the lot it broke down on me. I had to have it towed to them. It took almost 2 weeks to replace the alternator. I got the vehicle back. It was fine for 1 day. Yes, only 1 day before it broke down again. This time they came to pick it up. It was the bracket that holds the alternator in place. It took over a week to get the vehicle back. Then it was fine for about a month. Then it broke down again! No power steering. I took it to my mechanic. The belt had broken. But he couldnt replace the belts because the alternator was installed so CROOKED that the belts were just sliding off. I called Stateline. They agreed to look at it. But I had to arrange a tow again. 2 days later they vehicle is supposedly fixed. I couldnt get a ride there to pick it up that day. I called to see if there was any way they could bring it to me, my teenage son was recovering from heart surgery. I was told no and Im lucky they fixed it at all.

Would Rate less If I could, My girlfriend recently purchased a convertible from these guys. They were extremely friendly, and did what they could to help us out before the purchase. Although it was in a way to benefit them more than it was to help us. When we did decided to buy the car, we talked money and bartered as usual. They were stiff on their price, but we were able to work out a small deal. Their idea of a deal was to write out the bill of sale, 3,000 cheaper than what we paid, to have less sales tax on the final cost. Sounded great at that time, but when we ran into problems with the car, there was no way to return the car at full price, as there was no proof we paid what we did, as they also requested cash. During the test drive, the check engine light came on, so naturally we asked them to fix this issue, so we wouldnt have an issue down the road. Of course 2 days after picking up the car, the engine light came back on. They never fixed anything, rather they just cleared the code and drove it to pass for a sticker, and gave it to us. We had to take more time out of our day to bring it back and get it fixed for real this time. Wasnt the end of the world, but a small hassle dealing with work schedules. The biggest issue we had which is why I am writing this review, was the convertible top. Not even a week after we bought this, the roof was leaking. I called them back and spoke with the sales man, he said that it was weird that it was leaking, because it wasnt when it was on the lot. Kind of hard to believe that when it was almost as bad as if the top were down while it was raining. We brought it back and they told me the 30 day warranty, only covered power train. We just spent 4,000 on a car and had it for a week and they refused to do anything other than clean the gaskets. We had to go about it ourselves and have the entire canvas top replaced. I fully understand this is a used car, but no dealer should be selling a car that leaks water. Especially into the front seats where the driver sits. I will not be buying another car from these guys, nor will I recommend them to anyone else. Im sure they have helped many people in the past, present and will in the future, I just wanted to share my experience so other people know who they are working with.

Purchasing a vehicle was easy and simple, great service and reasonable prices.Traveled from CT and the whole team was excellent to deal with.

After making a deal with Lou, we arranged for a time to pick up a car to bring it to have it checked out by a mechanic. We called to make sure it would be ready and Lou informed us that he can no longer sell it to us for that price. He claimed that the posted price was a typo. The car had just been marked down by $500. If what they claim is true, then they must have made 2 typos. They then jacked the car up by $2,000 which is not even in the reasonable range for that car, then said theyd split the difference with us. The worst thing about this experience is that the car was to be the 1st for our 17 year old son. They got him all excited and then pulled the rug out. There are more details, but I dont want to waste any more time other than to warn people not to do business with them!

Do not buy a car here ! They sold me a SUV with no working heat. The married Finance guy got into the car with me and proceeded to hit on me!I will never return to this dealership again and would never recommend them to anyone!

Buying a car here was a wonderful experience. The sales staff, Tom and Lou, were knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful, It was a hot day and the staff were giving out frozen lemonade to all the customers. Nice touch. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great used car.

I must say I only write reviews if the service was appalling or impeccable. Stateline Autobrokers in Mass. was outstanding and extremely professional and responsive. My family an I traveled an estimated 6 hours . My parents and I received the best service when purchasing my car. We went for something specific but because there service is so great the car was sold right before we arrived. They did not rush or pressure us in searching for a new vehicle. They took the time to show us any and everything that me and my family would be interested in and that would be best for me safety wise, since I am a young college driver in the city. At the end of my visit I did not feel like I was in a dealership. The environment was very friendly and family like, Ive bragged about my experience to all my friends and family. If they dont have something you want they will notify you immediately, however I dont think that will be a problem. My mom and and are extremely fond of Lou, Tom, and Steve because of how willing they were to help us and the amount of knowledge they had on the Volvo XC60 we purchased. They will help you with the buying and insurance process and make sure you get a deal you want. You have to visit, you will not be disappointed.

After stopping at several dealerships and having several bad experiences, my husband and I stopped at Stateline Auto Brokers and had a fantastic experience. Lou, the sales and finance manager, showed us several vehicles in our price range all of which were decent vehicles with decent prices. All of the sales people were courteous, friendly and more than happy to help us find the vehicle that fit us best.

I would give negative starts if possible. This is the WORST dealer I have ever dealt with. Lou deals with sales and is extremely inconsistent in his work. He never returns phone calls, so make sure to check back in constantly. Bought an Audi Q5 from them and was promised it would be ready by the end of the week. The next week it was still not ready and they said the car was off for cleaning but two people came back in my car with McDonalds trash all over the center console and it smelled trashy. He didnt even have the plates ready. Not even two days later I had to come back and get the AC and heat fixed in the car, which showed it was not checked over before being sold to me. Not even a month later and the power steering is leaking fluid everywhere. My advice, avoid contact with Lou and do NOT trust. Have been in fights back and forth and he talks back to customers and I have been hung up on.

Im assuming there ok he came out pretty quick to try and sell me a car seemed to know his stuff but ended up buying a car off there neighbor instead not because of anything they did but the other guy had what I was looking for

A unbelievable thing happened at this place that in this dog eat dog world, a auto salesman at stateline auto brokers called me up to come in because there was a problem with my down payment.i was given a 100.00 bill i over paided and didnt know and the salesman could have kept it .also he gave me a great deal on my payments and car .so in closing if you want a reliable and guarantee this is the place for a long time for me and my family.also a big thank you to lou and the entire staff ..

If youre looking for a used car, Stateline is the place to look. They have a huge selction of vehicles to choose from. I was a little shakey of my credit so I figured I would send in a crdit app before moving forward. I was contacted immediately by Bruno who I met with when I came in.. Bruno explained the process to me from A to Z making it the smoothest car buying experience Ive been through. Took me on a test drive and the guy was very knowldgable of his inventory! Could have sworn he was an Acura enthusiast. I then met with Lou who got my fianancing set up, no pressure situation which I loved and was able to get me in and out within an hour! .. The whole process from start to finish was made easy for me! Thanks again Lou, Bruno, and Tom!!!

They were great, super nice, honest

Dishonest crooks -they knew the car was junk. Car needed work after work and was in their shop more than we had it for 4 months. No loaner car so we had no car . They stole our money and left us with no transportation. Some cars really are junk, but you dont sell them at a profit and screw good people if you are honest. And you don;t make it a habit. Read the reviews. Would not even talk to us after they took our money and never fixed any problems. We will be suing these crooks. No one get this many bad reviews if they are honest.

I Just bought 2004 Ford F-350 from them. What a pleasure it was dealing with them. The New owner John, was just a pleasure to deal with. A complete professional. The Truck was delivered to me when promised, they got me some killer rates on the financing, and when i was on my way to pick up the vehicles, stayed open for another 1 /12 to wait for me even though it was my fault that i was running late.

I found a 2007 Toyota Yaris on a website that happened to be at Stateline Auto. I called Monday morning and saw the car Monday night. Lou stayed late on short notice so I could spend some time driving the car. He was friendly and seemed genuine. He took care of everything so quickly that I have the car already two days later! It was reasonably priced and so far I feel good about the experience.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!! Complete scumbags and scammers. I purchased a vehicle from this place and almost immediately started to have problems with it. My car began to have problem after problem only after having it for a week. I would bring it back to have these problems fixed and I would get excuse after excuse as to what was happening until they said they wouldnt do anything at all anymore. Do NOT be fooled by the friendliness of the staff, they are there to scam you and only do whats best for themselves. I am a very young adult and have already had to put thousands of dollars into this car and it still runs badly. PLEASE LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE! Save yourself the risk and do NOT look here for a vehicle. This place should be closed down and investigated. PLEASE take this review into account, this could be you next.
