Good coffee but I had a hot cocoa instead. Still really good though.

First time going was excellent the drinks were unique and inexpensive customer service was very helpful and friendly 🤗really looking forward to my next coffee

Okay so the lady that works here isn’t great with customer service. Instead of handing you your money or creamer she tosses it on the counter. She is snarky & ordering is really not pleasant with her. Love the mocha frappe hate customer service

Sought out this place on a whim when Starbucks was shut down at 2 pm on Saturday. I couldnt have been happier!! The atmosphere was cozy, warm, and inviting, and the barista was extremely friendly and helpful. She helped me decide on which drink to order and it was some of the best iced coffee I have ever had. Way tastier and less bitter-tasting than Starbucks. I live half an hour away and I will come out of my way to get coffee here again.

Coffee was hot and delicious, and the lady working the shop was very kind and helpful with the ordering process as a first time visitor🥰🥰

This place is really nice. The design is well thought out and theres plenty of seating. The giant raised bench table seats at least ten people. The cup of coffee is superior to most other places Ive been and he wifi works well!

It’s interesting, but this place used to be a Starbucks. I was surprised to see another coffee shop open after they moved out and down Squirrel road. This place is more convenient for me though and honestly I like the coffee much better. I’m glad they seem to be doing well and I hope they stick around.

I always needed a high caffeine dose in the morning especially on a Sunday morning. I always get the Brewed coffee with a shot of espresso. This perfectly helps me get thru the day.

Disappointed that Eric and Jackie sold their shop on Squirrel Road to a different owner... this location is stronger than the one across from Oakland University and its reflected in the ownership of the business

Great service, and our drinks were perfect. I got a half decaf sugar free latte with almond milk, and most coffee places mess up my order, but this place didnt. The staff was also super friendly and the store was extremely clean.

Great little coffee shop across the Oakland University. Very convenient to get to from Walton Boulevard. The service is great and there is almost never a line, however occasionally my coffee tastes bitter. Dont know what causes this but it doesnt always happen and I order the same drink each time I go.

Absolutely the best coffee and coffee house ever!! We love the owner and her dedicated employees, we always look forward to a coffee from this house. Whether I get a cup during my work day or before our evening bible study and even before Sunday church. Never ever had bad service, we will drive for the coffee but most of all the exemplary service.

Im not a coffee drinker, but I hear the coffee is phenomenal from others that Ive visited with. I enjoyed the tea a lot and the baked goods are alright, but not as great as Id like. At least the apple Danish that I had was warmed on the microwave and that caused it to become chewy instead of flaky and fresh. Definitely go here for the drinks.

Super friendly staff! I plan to visit here again soon! This was my first time here! The store was super clean! The workers answered all of my questions and even made me a sample of one of their pumpkin spice drinks! I highly recommend this olace!

Always thought of Gloria Jean as a cut above the other coffee shops. However, I think theres room for improvement on training the counter staff on the various grinding settings. Bought a pound of Pumpkin Spice today and asked for it to be ground for a Keurig machine reusable filter. Got home and found the coffee ground into a fine powder like is used in espresso machines - completely no good for my machine, and no good for the regular coffee pot I have.
