The lady working was so incredibly rude. I asked if she could accommodate my dietary restrictions and she ignored me and made me pay for a drink i didnt want. The cookie i bought also came broken. She couldnt tell me any products or their price while i was ordering. Please contact me. I wish to have a refund or compensation

You can smell the cookies from Ms. Fields all the way across the mall. My hubby sniffs for these cookies like a dog trying to find its treat. He loves soft baked cookies and treats. The treats here are always good and never dry.

Everytime i come here the older guy recognizes me and automatically gives me discounts on my cookies...i am a regular customer and i always come here faithfully i am so addicted to my sugar butter nibbler cookies !
