Just had to make sure I did this review this time around, the customer service and support of this place is incredible. I’ll I did was walk in to look at some new snowmobile boots, didn’t say hi to anyone just walked in and started snooping around and looking at gear. Not 2 mins had a great gentleman ask if I needed anything and right from there a great relationship was made on his help knowledge and time he took to help me out. I couldn’t ask for more, really appreciate you and the selection you had to see what worked best for me. Awesome place awesome people.

Excellent service on our 2001 Sportsman 400...pleasantly surprised considering recent newly hired staff! Kudos to Tracy, the conscientious service writer, and the mechanics who tuned up our ATV and replaced tires & parts!! Vehicle runs better than the first day we took possession of it!! These guys are always super friendly and knowledgeable. They said theyre working on becoming a KTM dealer which means theyre going to be the only place I go for my RC390. Definitely give these guys a shot as theyve got all sorts of parts and advice already.

I recently bought a Victory Gunner from Auburn Extreme Power Sports. They didnt have the Gunner their when I called and asked about it but they found one and had it shipped that same day. The sales guy Greg was great I went down to the shop to start the paperwork before the bike got there. I had about three hours until the bike was at the shop and they had put some of the parts I wanted on. So Greg let me borrow his truck to go get some lunch and run errands. I felt welcomed and at home with the friendly staff while I was there. The only reason Im not giving it 5 stars is because they didnt have all of the parts I wanted in stock so I had to wait a week until they got there. Great experience overall. Would definitely recommend this place to a friend!

When entering this place the first thing I noticed was the thoughtful staff working there merely noticed my entrance and offered me assistance in any way possible they also gave me a detailed instructions on where to find my parts because they didnt have them on stock otherwise I had a good experience and will come back for more gear

I bought a 2018 Polaris RS1 and a 2018 PRO RMK 800 snowmobile from this dealership and couldnt be happier with the service I received. Jeff the owner and his staff have treated me like family. Terrible service from the parts department. We gave them the VIN and still got the wrong parts and was told we had to pay a restocking fee even though it was THERE MISTAKE. Go to the Polaris dealership in Rocklin for in stock selection, better prices and real customer service.

I have visited this store on 2 different occasions with the intent of purchasing a new razor. I walked around the whole showroom floor and all the employees were just talking with one another and would occasionally look over at me and not once did any of them offer assistance. I will NEVER be coming back or spending my money with this place.

Had a new tube put in on 3 separate occasions, each time I had a flat with in 2 rides. Why am I paying for a tube and installation if your service guys cant put a tube in with out pitching it!!!

Any questions I have they alwasy give me the best info & advice. The owner Jeff gave us a smoking deal on my new Beta and was a true class act through the process! The thing is these guys are riders and are pasionate about powersports! Check the place out you will love it!!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!Terrible service, terrible inventory, Terrible attitude. I wouldnt trust these guys to even wash my sled. Tried to sell two sleds though these guys over the summer; drove by several time and never saw the sleds out front. After about a month of nothing one sold for super cheep, and more nothing. By the time winter started I final said screw these guys and went to pick up my dragon. Guy went out back to get it were it had sat uncovered in the sun all summer long collecting dust. As he pulls it up the ECU fries from bee nest build up in it from sitting for so long! Then he tries to charge me for him to fix it!!! So angry I just took my sled sold it my self. I almost never go in here anymore and if I do it is just to buy a small part or belt and even then no wants to help me and when they finally do they do it with a pissed off mood and no clue of what they are doing. Half the people who work there dont even know what KLIM gear is!!!Wouldnt trust them with Bike, quad, UTV or sled.If I could give them negative stars I would, dont even think about coming here!

These guys know how to take care of people. Had a catastrophic rear tire failure (interior delamination) coming down the hill and had to be towed from Dutch Flat. By the time the truck got my bike to AEPS, it was near closing time, but they went to work on it right away.I had to spend the night in Auburn, but it wasnt their fault (and I dont blame them for me having to visit my mother-in-law while I was there). They just didnt have enough time to get it done before closing time, but they had the bike ready to go first thing in the morning. Under the circumstances, they could have charged me pretty much whatever they wanted, but they didnt get close to taking advantage of the situation. In fact, they charged me less than it would have cost me if I had gone to my local dealer for a routine tire change.Everyone there was great and I cant say enough good things about these guys.

Small town shop selling Polaris, Beta and Timbersled. Tons of stock and apparel. They most likely will have what you need or can order it, save the trip down the hill and stop in. They service most makes and models and are all passionate about the sport. Good guys and gals who do right by thier community and will help you to thier best ability.

Terrible service. I work for a corporate company and when I called in to find part numbers for a broken Polaris ranger I was told they would not give me them unless I purchased the items from them. Roseville Yamaha who is also now a Polaris dealer looked up all the numbers and gave them to me within minutes. And FYI roseville Yamaha has schematics on their website you can order parts directly from.
