Best part about this dealer is pricing with license, tax, and anything else is broken down on a yellow tag for you on any vehicle. Makes it convienent.

Visited last week and bought a new 2017 Suzuki Vstrom 650 off the floor as they had the best price and were open on a Sunday. Good and responsive sales staff, got me to test ride the unit, sign the paperwork, take care of the finances and pick the bike up in a couple of hours.Would have preferred if they gave me the bike with a full tank of gas, but Im not complaining given the fuel economy of the wee-strom and the gas prices.

I was traveling from out of town when I got a flat tire two days ago. My bike was towed here to get repaired and they did a great job getting it done as soon as they could. Went to the bike the next day and the new tire was flat. Upon investigating, the new stem had an old needle that was corroded. New needle fixed the issue.I had to remove the right saddle bag today and saw that the right side nut was never tightened down and only on by a couple of threads. Although they were great at getting the bike back on the road. The lack of attention to detail could have ended in a disaster had I not had other things to do on the bike.

Need Honda motorcycles and more inventory

I really like shopping here. I bought my 2015 zx10 here. I been here about 5-7 times.The owner/manager REALLY needs to teach their staff about customer service. I noticed the first time I walked in that the staff will say hi & walk by (sometimes). But won’t ask if I need help. While I’m standing there looking for someone to help me spend 10k on a bike.It’s hard to tell who works there. It’s really a shame. Great store. But customer service is lacking. Please have some mandatory meetings on customer service. I’m glad you guys re-opened.

I recently bought a dirt bike here and the people at Noble Rush gave me awesome customer service. I was able to walk in and not be bombarded by sales workers and I never was rushed or convinced into buying anything; I felt really comfortable here. Do not update their website. Traveled here to look into a bike purchase only to find them closed. Website hours say they are open. Even called before the trip and there was nothing on their phone message either. Will shop somewhere else that is customer oriented.

Im so glad that I chose this store when I moved out here. Everybody on the staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, and not at all pushy like most salespeople. I got a great deal on a new-old-stock bike and they made it easy to trade in the previous bike that I still owed payments on.I like that they still have a pretty fleshed out apparel and gear section. Its tough in the age of online retailers but I feel they have competitive prices, and of course you cant beat trying on in person and buying the same day.

Outstanding customer service! I recently purchased a used motorcycle from the NobleRush team after finding the bike online. I live in Virginia and the entire team worked with me to make the process as painless as possible. They even coordinated the cross-country shipment and provided updates right up to delivery. Very friendly, responsive and professional staff.

Havent bought anything from these guys yet, but I plan to. I went in an hour before they closed, was greeted nicely by two associates and was able to shop. Im fairly new to motorcycles and had a lot of questions. Their associate Thomas was there for me and talked me through plenty of things to look for when making my decision. He didnt speak to me like I didnt know anything, and he definitely didnt try to take advantage of how new I was to this. It was kind of just like talking to a buddy. It was a cool experience. I really appreciated that even though I made it clear that I didnt plan on buying anything that day, he still gave me his time and allowed me to pick his brain for an hour or so. They gave me space and let me get a feel for the bikes. Ill definitely be back to see these guys.

Pleasant sales experience yesterday right until the end. After paying for the bike, while loading it up, I noticed a sizable meandering gouge in the paint (down to the metal) on the clutch cover. Size maybe 1.5x4 inches. I asked if they could do anything for the damage (assuming some minor amount of money off or an offer to repair), but they said no, that it just happens when bikes are on the showroom and people move them around, and that Id already bought it. I guess you can say I should have gone over it w/ a fine toothed comb before I signed, but I still feel a bit swindled, and it definitely tainted the experience of buying a brand new bike.

My son (in the Navy and on a tight schedule, just driving through) needed a helmet at the last minute, and Lacy and Rob bent over backwards to help him. They were accommodating and helpful, and they helped me make sure that my son had the best helmet at the best price. Seriously some of the best customer service Ive ever experienced. The floor sales rep are jokes! i went in asking about online ad for a used dirt bike which they said they dont have and i had to pull up the ad on my phone to show them its being advertised. OK so the guy went and found it and showed me the bike and i was asking him about the price then I made an attempt to offer and felt like he was blowimg me off and he didnt even try to negotiate. He made a remark we all have our budget as to expect i couldnt afford the price. I never told him my budget and I was there to trying make a deal. I joked with my wife how stuck up the sales Reps are before we arrived and she witness first hand.

I just moved to WA area and stopped in to check out the inventory being that I just sold my bike & then realized I NEED two wheels in my life. The dealership was very clean and organized. The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. Its pretty cool that you can watch your bike being serviced from the customer lounge. I was given a tour while I asked questions and inquired about a grom, which I thought was pretty cool. Ill definitely Be back when Im ready. The showroom is huge and there is a great selection of inventory.

I bought a new helmet from NobleRush a couple of weeks ago for a basic motorcycle safety class. The salesman recommended one the he said was the best deal he had. Took the class and got the endorsement today. Went to a different gear shop to have a blue tooth added and the guy looked at my helmet and asked how long I have had it. He knew I am a rookie. I told him I just bought it. He asked where, and I told him NobleRush. He said “That’s sketchy” I ask what? He said “this helmet was made in 2014, is old and needs to be replaced “ seems like I go taken advantage of . Well learned my lesson about where not to go back to.

Great selection of bikes even some used ones. Just picked up my new bike from here and they were a great help. It can get really busy so be patient but in the end youll walk out happy.

Edit: Welp, this place shut down just a few months after I bought my bike from them. RIP.I bought a Yamaha R1 from these guys. I knew what I wanted, they were about the only place that had it. They offered me more for my trade in than anywhere else did, and they responded to my emails better than other local shops.The showroom is pretty huge, and their gear selection is decent. I expect to use their service at some point in the next 6 months and will update when I do.

The sales department is ok. Its nice being able to walk around and look without being pressured to buy something. With that said, their service department has some of the most rude staff around. Not honest in their work, and they do not care as they are a big business with no competition in this area. If you are here for a repair, go elsewhere.

If your a female rider and/or a cash buyer go somewhere else. I tried on 2 separate weekends, 3 weeks apart to purchase a used 2017 Ninja 650. The first time I got a sexist salesman named Steve that told me I couldnt handle the 650 because I was a woman. Ive been riding dirt bikes since I was a small child and Ive been riding a 250 for the past 5 years. I can keep up with the experienced guys I ride with just fine and they all treat me as an equal. After that experience I initially wrote the place off. When the bike was still there 2 weeks later I opted to try again with a different salesman. I have to come from over an hour away so I called to have the bike reserved just incase. Salesman not only didnt put a hold on it but the damn bike sold 10 minutes before I walked in the door. Tried not to blame Rick for it and offered cash for 2 different bikes in an attempt to make the trip worth my time. My offers were reasonable considering they were both last years model and I saw the back stock room so I know they had a bunch of this years model hanging out waiting for more floor space to open up. They basically stuck their noses up at the cash, saying cash or finance doesnt matter to them. So Im walking my cash and femine butt over to another shop and warning my friends and family not to go here.

Hinshaw Motorcycle Store was well worth the 4 hour drive to do business with Cynthia, Todd, Mark and Zach. Cynthia listened to what I was looking for while showing me some options that helped to narrow down my decision. Mark went through the paper work and explained everything very well. Todd made the purchase welcoming and very generous, that I am grateful for. Thanks to Zach for securing the motorcycle and loading it in our trailer for the long ride home. Beautiful showroom and lots of options for protective gear. We will definitely be back to make another purchase for our son.

So the new name is Noble Rush? Should be No Rush, or No Sale. Me and my girlfriend drove to this place yesterday so I could test out a Yamaha Silverado 1100 that I saw online. Rick was the person who helped us. He was a pretty mellow dude, and thats cool I am the same way. He was very helpful in getting the bike set up, and helping me start the financing process. He took my information and asked about my down payment. He even showed me a model year close out bike that would be easier to get financing on. I have no complaints about him. The 1 star comes from dealing with the financing process here. I put in my app, and told them I could do a bigger down payment if it would help. But I was told that their finance guy was too busy to get to me. They told me he would look into it around 5. Keep in mind I got there at 10:30-11 on a Saturday, they close at 6. Long story short I was stuck there for about 5 hours, since my girlfriend had to leave to go to work, and we were expecting me to ride home on a bike. I again told them I could do a bigger payment, and figured that they would be salivating at the fact that I was basically throwing my card at them saying to charge it. But I guess I was wrong. I had to sit and wait for a friend to pick me up on his way home from work, because their finance person was apparently not interested in helping me. They said they would call me when they figured something out, but at this point Im really over this place. I wont be going back unless they are interested in giving me a better deal for the 5 hours I was stranded there, while they weretoo swamped. I think Ill go up to Lake City Power Sports, thats where my girlfriend bought her bike. Shop here at your own risk. Like I said I was ready to throw money at them, but oh well.

My experience has been awesome. Helped super fast and Joey was full of answers that helped me through my first but on a 2017 raptor 700r. When you go there ask for Joey he was great,Didnt just try and sell us stuff but actually made sure that we were OK on our purchase.

My experience with Noble Rush has been nothing short of stellar. I dropped my Polaris SXS off mid April for a major repair. At no fault of Noble Rush it took until mid Aug to get it completed. It was a very complicated and time consuming process. Some very unfortunate things happened during this process. Noble Rush has gone above and beyond with their customer service. The Service Center, Mechanics and Parts Department were beyond amazing. I have had some bad experiences as regards service and repairs at other local shops, so I gave them a shot. I have not been disappointed that I did. I HIGHLY recommend Noble Rush to anyone considering them as their go to shop and dealer. I will be doing business with them from this point forward... I brought my ATV in early March for a leak and was told that no one could look at it until the 29 I heard nothing from them until April then I am told that it is the carburetor and the clutch needs work my clutch worked just fine when I dropped it off I have the carburetor done I am picking it up and my clutch it taken apart???????? Now I know that’s not I dropped it off. The customer service is terrible bad communication rude staff I would never come back here and would advise others to look around first i am sorry I brought my ATV in

I was looking to finance a new KTM and after getting turned down by another dealer I gave Hinshaws a call. Im so glad I did! I got an amazing deal on the bike, got financed quickly, and they even had room to throw in a bunch of accessories! On top of that, the loyalty program netted me a ton of savings! Casey in parts was phenomenal, he was very knowledgeable and helped me pick out exactly what I needed. All the other people in parts were great as well, very helpful and courteous. They even stayed after hours to help me find a part for my bike. Nikki in sales was awesome and made the whole transaction smooth as silk. Ive been back several times since I bought the bike and I always leave feeling glad I found Hinshaws. I would highly recommend giving them a call or coming in, youll be glad you did!

Total joke of a place! The customer service is horrible. The salesman says he will call you back in 20 to 30 minutes and doesnt call. Then I call the next morning and leave him a voicemail and he still never calls back. It would have been an easy commission and simple cash deal. We will never recommend them or purchase anything from them or their affiliates. Poor business practice for sure!

This is a helpful friendly motorcycle dealership where they truely welcome new folks and experienced riders both. I needed a helmet and employee I spoke to got me well fitted with a nice helmet. They found custom pads for my helmet as well. My husband has bought a bike there and had service a few times. They are nice and timely.

Just purchased my first bike (Yamaha fz-07) from them, couldnt be happier. Every single person that I talked to was very friendly and helpful. Called in to ask about the sale price on it and ended up buying it the following day from Stephen. He was great! Cash customers are not valued. No pressure sales people (we had a nice sales person) is the only reason I even have it 1 star. It took 6 days to get a larger windshield delivered from California. Not interested in ever doing business here ever again.

Higher fees (dealer setup, prep, documentation) then Ive ever seen at any other motorcycle dealership. 1000 dollars of dealer prep fees (not tax or registration) on a 5000 dollar new motorcycle purchase.Also found that the amount of dodgy-looking financial offer spam that I receive noticeably increased (by 15-20 messages per day) beginning two business days after my visit. I stupidly provided my financial info to Noble Rush (and ONLY to Noble Rush) and can only conclude that they immediately sold my info to a third party spam factory.

I traded in my dirt bike over the weekend and the process was easy and painless. I identified the new bike I wanted and called John Craft to discuss the details. We ironed out details of the transaction over the phone, which included trade value, and the price on the new bike. Once I arrived with my trade, they evaluated it and learned the fork seals needed to be replaced and had to knock $100.00 off the trade in value. A repair would have cost at least $400.00 so, they were very generous in only reducing the value by $100.00.Everything was painless. No hard pressure sales BS once arrived. Everything went as planned and I was there less than two hours.

Noble Rush to get you out if youre not paying all in cash. They cant figure out how to take a year to date and divide it by the correct number to get monthly income, and then they are too lazy to have finance do their job and communicate with the banks to either fix this issue, or work a solution. Not only that, but when you give them all the information they need at night and they send it over to the banks and you have to wait overnight, they wont even do you the courtesy of calling you to let you know of the issue. Instead theyll just wait for you to take time out of your shift in the middle of the day to sit in traffic to get there, only for them to tell you its not going to work, and not offer a solution other than Unless you pay it all in cash. When asked how much more I would have to put down for it to get approved I was met with the same answer. Basically what they are saying is that if they dont get an immediate approval, they are too lazy to try and get an approval.

Awesome dealer. If you love motorcycles and youve time to kill, this is where you go. They have all the japanese makes and ktm. Ive never purchased a bike here. I buy second hand. They do have used bikes though.

A very good selection of new bikes and a smaller collection of used bikes. I’ve been very pleased with the customer service in the parts department. I used the service group once and had a good experience there as well. They also have a large selection of riding gear.

I bought two Honda jetskis at Hinshaws. I have always received great service there. During the summer they are really busy but they always took care of me. Service people know what they are doing and would explain to me in detail if I had a question. The Jet Skis continue to run great (plus Honda Jet Skis are hot) thanks to a excellent service department.

My dad and I have been going to Hinshaws for over 15 years, mostly because they were close by and offered a WIDE range of parts. Weve mostly been getting parts to restore an old Honda CA200 bike, but recently I brought a new Honda Ruckus scooter from them. At no time was I ever pressured to do anything. The salesman was an honest, upfront guy (cant remember his name, but Ill repost it once I find it)with a good head on his shoulders. The only downside to this shop is also one of its best aspects: they arent swimming in staff members, so you may occasionally need to go hunt someone down or ask someone for help, but theyre a good bunch of people who know what theyre doing.

I will update this review with 5 stars when the new owner fixes a major problem.In a world where I can go to amazon and easily order anything which is shipped to my door next day at no cost to me, ensuring you are doing everything you can to provide the best customer experience and making it easy to do business with a brick and mortar location is critical.Since Noble took over this shop, they have decided to shrink the parts staff and (this is my major issue), go to a basic phone system which does not allow a customer to wait on hold for someone in parts. There are MANY options here and forcing customers to voicemail is just not a good experience and something you never see anymore.I expect more than that as a customer and have been a repeat customer here for many years.So, if the owner sees this, please, put in a system that allows me to wait on hold instead of being forced to voicemail when I need assistance. If you do not I will take my business elsewhere as you are making it inconvenient to do business with the store under the new brand when calling in to make a purchase.

1st visit not so positive. 2nd visit a bit more positive (I was actually helped this time). 3rd contact (was not a visit) was a phone call where I stated that if they made a good deal on the 2015 model (brand new) they had in stock they would get my business. They stopped responding so I took my business elsewhere and got the same bike (brand new version and a 2017 version no less!) for even cheaper that they listed the 2015 version. Did file a complaint towards the owner regarding that they lost my business because of the behavior of the salesperson for suddenly ignoring all contact. The owner did not care at all that they did not got my business. This is all the time I am willing to spend on the review of this dealership, because theyre simply not worth any more effort.

Took my GSXR in to get a recall done. They were friendly and helpful. The work was done as discussed and on time.If I have more work to be done, I would go back here.

I walked in and was not greeted. I looked around for 10 minutes and no one talked to me. I found the bike I was looking for, rolled it out so I could sit on it, looked all around it, looked at the price, took pictures, and during all of this time, still, no one talked to me. I called in later to make an offer on the bike, and felt like I was calling a used car dealership. They used all the same sales tactics as a Toyota dealer. They also did not act like they cared if they had my business or not (which was apparent from the way no one even attempted to help me when I was in the shop).

Prices are a little too high. If you are trying to sell a product, youd want to help the customers when they come in, like a dealership. Nobody came to see what I needed and wasnt much help after asking someone. I wont be going back, unless I need to know a size of something then buy them somewhere else.

Dude at the checkouts/part desk need to be a little more friendly and less of a I hate my companyEven though buying, I felt like I was begging for a free item. Didnt even asked me if I wanted a bad of my new Jacket!? Its going to be a while before I go back... if

Rick was fantastic-- very easy-going, willing to look up info, and left the experience open-ended if I have any future questions. Was happy with all the staff. The financing gentleman even stayed late until transport for my bike arrived.

This dealer doesnt have the best reputation for customer service, it was the closest dealer and I wasnt buying an expensive bike, so I just went here to buy it. I was recommended to speak to Dee, I already knew exactly what I wanted so she didnt have to push the sale, so I cant speak to how she actually works when it comes to the selling part, but she was very nice and helpful, I would recommend you go see her if you go in there. But like all dealers this one has its D-bag salesman n finance ppl, but w/e. Bought my bike, didnt get much of a deal and they dont do discounts on gear if you buy a bike there. So I would recommend that you definitely shop around and dont just buy here without shopping first. All in all I would say that it is a regular dealership, nothing special. If you can get a good deal, great, if you cant, just keep shopping.

I just have to say working at Hinshaws Motorcycle Store has been the best experience Ive had working at motorcycle dealerships! I am from Wisconsin and worked at multiple stores there, sold bikes in florida during Wisconsins winter, and worked in Arizona while attending MMI. Not only does this place have the biggest showroom, best selection on bikes and all the gear to go with it, but mostly the people! Everyone here is an experienced rider and love to share their passions with riders of all kinds! I look forward to learning and growing with this company because nice guys shouldnt finish last!

Honda is always pricey for part but the service staff is awesome and knowledgeable. You can stand there for ever to get parts. They seem to cater to buyers more than existing customers. I will shop here again.

I recently bought my first bike from Hinshaws/Noble Rush. Cynthia was my sales person and is really knowledgeable, friendly and has great advice for new riders. I had a great experience here.

I recently purchased 2 ATVs and a trailer from Hinshaw motorsports. Not only did they work with me on the price of all 3 but they also loaded, delivered and unloaded them at my house for free! One of the most professional companies Ive had the pleasure of doing business with. Id recommend them to any of my friends.

Bad first and last experience.I went in to purchase a new motorcycle I had seen advertised online. The sales team said it did not exist, they later found it in their upstairs storage after making a few calls. Then I was told I could not rest ride it.So I ended up purchasing a helmet and a jacket from Dakota Simmons sales associate. I later found I had overpaid for the items by 108 dollars, called Mr. Simmons asked if he would oblige me with a price match, standard competitive business practice, which he agreed to if I sent him a a screenshot of the difference in price, which I did. Did not hear back from him for two days, so I reached out to the Parts Manager Mr. Paul Rogers who was very upset at my request and denied Simmons ever promising me a price match, without as much as giving me the benifit of doubt. He went on to suggest some very condescending remarks about the situation, trying to imply that I was trying to somehow cheat them.As a final approach to resolve this matter I got the owners contact information Mr. Howard Crow from the receptionist who agreed with my assessment of the incompetence of Mr. Rogers. Send the owner an email explaining the situation, no response from him, was later told he was an absentee owner.Try Ride Motorsports, Woodinville, WA where Rich the owner there is a wonderful, what you see is what you get type of person who really genuinely cares about his business and clients.The bottom line is that dealerships like Hinshaw Motorcycles DBA Noble Rush Motorcycles cannot compete with online prices which are at least 25% cheaper and more. So do yourself a favor and avoid these overpriced dealerships, where customer satisfaction is not on the agenda.Forgot to mention that Mr. Rogers in my reaching out to resolve this issue with him, claimed that I was threthening him in some way and that he was glad he had my information on file to share with the authorities if he personally felt that was necessary, clearly he does not have an understanding of business client privacy laws.Paul did reach out to me, and made sure I got the credit as per the price match I was promised, I appreciate his time in making this happen. Thank you!

I wanted to give this place a fair shake despite several 1 star reviews, but unfortunately I was also pretty disappointed. They have a great selection of bikes as they carry pretty much all the major manufacturers. Its easy to compare styles, fits etc. with their large inventory. However, the place had this aura of arrogance. After the greeter said hi, not one person on the floor asked if I needed help or gauged my interest. Ive never been to a bike shop that seemed to lack passion for motorcycles and I actually felt out of place there. Perhaps it was just the floor staff as I saw a nice collection of classics on the second floor where management was likely located. Im just a small fish in the big pond, but Ill take my business elsewhere.

The experience in the beginning was great, bought a brand new Honda CRF250L Rally. Took it back to them for the break in service - initially good. Its next ride is a road trip, 500 highway miles later, the clutch began slipping badly. A dealer in Walla Walla said it was poorly adjusted, Honda wouldnt warranty it due to Noble Rushs workmanship, makes sense on Honda’s part. However Noble Rush is only willing to put $200 towards a $550 repair with 2.5 days of downtime and a partly ruined vacation. At least their workmanship and customer service is consistent - disappointing. I wont be returning unless they want to make this right.

Every time I call for a quote on a bike it’s $1000 more than everywhere else. They quoted me at $4700 for a grom everywhere else was $3800 to $4000. I don’t know what extras there adding but do some research and shop around. C ycle barn quoted me at $3830 OTD. If you payed $4700 for a grom the salesman ripped you off.
