Their quote system and service was fast and impeccable. The corporate office assigned humble but down-to-the-earth female manager is great choice. I was very comfortable all over thier service.

I can not say how thankful I am that Novus Glass was able to step in and help within hours of finding out some of our commercial trucks glass was damaged. It was preventing my company from getting our fleet out and they were responsive and quick to take action to help us. They are professional and courteous and have great communication.

5 Stars and 2 Thumbs-up! I was referred by my insurance company for a rock chip repair (no charge to me). I arrived about 10 minutes early for a 9:00 appointment. Priscilla (the insurance company had provided her name) greeted me, explained the process, and presented a work order to sign. She explained that the damage would still be visible, and that there was a possibility of widening the crack, since pressure is used. There was no additional damage, and she was only partially correct about the damage being visible (it was barely visible -- on close inspection).. I was on my way by 9:15, and pleased with the work on all levels. Good job!.

Very efficient! Walked in to get rock chip repaired & the car was taken back in the shop immediately. Repaired promptly & was on my way. Used the $25 coupon in the Valupak so very affordable.

I had an initial issue with scheduling, however I do not know if this is because of lack of communication from my insurance company. The tech, Ian, that came out was outstanding. He apologized right off the bat for the miscommunication we had to begin with. He was on site when he said he would be, he took the amount of time he said he would, and he was so friendly. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy and because of that I would always call them first. Thank you so much Ian!!

I got a chip in my windshield on my way to work and wanted it fixed before driving all the way home. All the mobile services had no availability for two days, so I was thrilled to call Novus and learn that they take walk-ins. Drove there on my lunch break and after a quick assessment, the tech fixed the chip in less than 20 minutes. The repair looks great: you can see the site of the chip but the cracks around it all disappeared, and repair of one chip is only $68! I’ll be coming back for any glass needs.

Got my windshield for X5 06 replaced here a few months ago and hubby and I think they did a great job. Got a chip last week, called yesterday afternoon and had it fix today. Efficient and very nice people there. Thumbs up!

I called to get a quote, the lady on the phone proceeded to tell me they don’t have any glass in stock. Uhh yea that is why I’m calling to see if you guys can get the window. She spoke to me like I was a child. She didn’t even get the info on the window before making that comment. I wouldn’t use them if they were able to get the window. I get it, it’s been a rough a year and all, but leave your personal issues at home. No thanks!

This place has incredibly poor service! Front desk lady doesnt know how to talk to people and they have male technicians arguing with my pregnant fiancé abou how they have 20 years experience doing this but this tiny rock chip repair wasn’t do able for him.i would never recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and time and go elsewhere. Horrible experience. They even argue on the phone with you.

The lady at the desk was very friendly. Better service and better price compared to Safelite. Since I brought in my car to get my vandalized car to Novus, they also offered me discount to fix my rear defroster.

I had three 3x5 house windows replaced. I took them into their shop in Auburn without an appointment and left them. They were ready for pickup the next morning. The price was very reasonable. I was very satisfied with their service. Anthony Foster, Branch Manager, was polite and helpful.

I love Novus Glass, Ive used their service in Anchorage, AK and they were great. So, when I needed glass replacement in Auburn, I called Novus Glass. Anthony was so very helpful and kind. I challenged him with a daunting task, my mom and I are restoring an 1986 Chevy Champion Trans Van and I broke a sliding window. I took it to Anthony and although it wasnt easy he said he could fix it for us. Great customer service!

Some of the most petty and spiteful people I have ever met. I watched them block in a guy’s car who made the mistake of parking too close to their shop. Jimmy John’s shares a parking lot with them, and none of the spaces are marked. When asked about it, they just shrugged and said, “These are our parking spaces”. Didn’t move for a long while.I also have a hard time believing that they have 40+ 5-star reviews, when they have only been open for 8 hours. I’ll go anywhere else but here.

I am satisfied with the service I received here today at Novus Auto Glass in Burien.My windshield needed replacing because of a rock thrown into it over Labor Day three-day weekend. Today is Thursday and mine was the first appointment this morning at 8:00 a.m. and they were done an hour later! Price was reasonable.This place is very easy to find, just a few blocks from the Library and City Hall.

Great job! Better than another place that can’t fix rock chips that’s slightly bigger than a quarter. Novus can. I’ll recommend.

I unfortunately had a rock hit my windshield and that led to a very small crack. I went somewhere else first and was told that the windshield had to be replaced and could not be repaired. I then went to Novus. They said the same thing and the technician never even went out and looked at my car. No one has explained to me in any way that makes sense why my windshield with a small crack cant be repaired. However Novus was about $100 cheaper than the other place to replace the windshield and they could do it the same day so I let them do it. My opinion is all these places need better skills to explain to customers what needs to be done and WHY. Customer service seems to be at a minimum in the damaged windshield business.

Went in to get my driver side window put back on track. N now they say all of my switches on the other doors went out. They worked perfectly fine when i came in. Manager told me I dont know what to tell ya. Used to like coming to get my windows fixed here. Will never be back though now. And now i have to go somewhere else to get my the rest of my windows fixed now.

Novus offered same day replacement service & did a great job of cleaning up shattered glass from my vehicle’s break-in.Could not be a more different experience from Auto Glass & Tint...they were a closer location, but didn’t pick up calls during business hours and never responded (2 days ago & counting) to my voicemail inquiry.

These guys are great. Safelite quoted three days to replace a window for my car. I called Novus and they scheduled me for 9am the next morning and had the work completed within one hour. They definitely exceeded my expectations!

Just got my Nissan versa note a new windshield after a rock caused a 3 way crack about the size of a frisbee. The quote they gave me over the phone was 100% accurate and roughly 90 minutes later of playing my switch in the lobby, my car is legal again! Thank you!

Super fast, was able to walk in and got a chip filled for free (insurance waived the deductible). Not only that, but they looked at a different chip I had in my windshield from a few years ago that have been filled in incorrectly. They gave me advice and condolences on that, and told me they had tried to do something more about it(its started to splinter/crack a bit) but were unable to. Which is awesome, because I never even expected them to look at it in the first place! And whats more, they grabbed the water bottle I had left in the lobby and held it for me for a few days until I could come back and pick it up! Great customer service. 5/5, will come back again.

They did a great job on my windshield and did a little extra work which was nice. But I didnt like that I had to sit from 11:45am to 2:30pm waiting. (Not very speedy id say)

They stayed open late, and replaced our passenger side window within an hour of us calling (after being broken into). The weather is horrible this weekend and we thought we would have to wait until Monday to get the window replaced.

I scheduled an appointment for them to come to my house and fix the chip in my windshield. They said they’d come at 9am today but after 30 minutes they never showed up so I gave them a call and they said they’d come at 10am. They never showed up. Terrible service
