I bought a used jeep renegade from lynch. Got a power train warranty. Im aware now it takes 30 days for it to take affect. But my problem is I have to use that to fix the transmission. When the transmission had problems when I bought it a month ago. So there service department manager seams like he really dosent care. Today we walked to talk to the finance manager about and after that the service Manger was to worried talking to someone else then helping me. I wont ever be back here. Since I basically have to pay out of pocket to fix the transmission when it already had problems when I bought

The sales staff werent properly informed about promotions or explained how they worked. The company wasnt able to honor the low-end of their online estimate. Despite my attempts to make the process shorter by giving all of my information up front, I still spent 3 hours in the dealership only to walk out without a car, because the company wasnt able to be upfront and show me integrity.

Went to Lynch Nissan of Auburn to just look at cars today with no intention with buying one. But I had such an awesome salesman, David Dickinson, that I drove home in a brand new car. DO NOT USE LYNCH NISSAN OF AUBURN. Extremely disappointed in the service at lynch Nissan, the service department kept my car for over a month and not only did not fix the issue but broke more parts in the process and would not hold their selves accountable in doing so. Instead charged me over 3k in repairs and parts and still the issue was not resolved. They never answered or returned my calls in regard to the problems and also left my car filthy, scratched and plastic broken from attempting to repair my car. So now $3,000 later and my car is still not fixed nor will they answer the phone to hold themselves accountable for what they did in the process. Please spend the extra gas and time and go somewhere else where someone will value you as a customer, not charge you anymore than what is actually wrong with your vehicle and correctly do the job.

Came in maybe a little after 10 to get a battery for my 21 Sentra SR. Didnt hear anything for a little over 2 hours. I go to ask about the status of my vehicle and they tell me it had a recall they were doing as well. Thats nice and all especially since I wasnt aware of the recall but please keep your customers informed and not sitting and waiting for so long with no word when all they think is it doesnt take this long to replace a battery

Had car towed due to car not recognizing key fob. Was told they could not find the problem. So there was nothing they could do. No master mechanic will not be in for another two weeks. So I am without transportation for another two weeks.

Some of the worst customer service I have ever received. I attempted to make an appointment online several times for an emergency, and never got a response. When I arrived, I was very coldly told that they were booked, with no regard to my situation. I agreed to leave my car with them to be looked at when there was time, and when I asked about loaner or rental cars I was effectively laughed at and told that they didn’t have any cars. This was just after opening, so there were definitely cars. Once I agreed to leave my car, they didn’t even take my keys until I reminded them that they would need them. When I came back to pick it up and paid, the attitude was completely different. I will not be doing anymore business here.

Everything was great from start to finish. My only issue is that my auto start stopped working within the first week of buying my car. Other than that, Dave and Marc were great to me.

On Feb. 19, 2021, my family and I was heading home from Montgomery and decide to stop at Lynch Nissan/Toyota of Auburn. Stephanie and the service team was awesome. They were able to flush out all the fluids (transmission, power steering, coolant, and brakefluid) on our 2013 Altima in 2 hours. I called the service department before coming in to get an estimate on how much it would be to get a headlight bulb replaced. After speaking to 2 different people, giving them my car info including the VIN # because they said it would depend on the bulb type (normal bulb vs xenon, high beam vs low beam) they came back and told me $113 and some change. I said ok I would like to come in. I asked if I would need someone to come get me or could I wait for the car to be serviced. They told me it should take 30mins. They told me I would need to make an appt. So I made an appointment and came in 20mins early. I waited an hour and then when they went to check me out now my 1 headlight is $331. I asked how did it go from $113 over the phone to $331 and they told me it was because of the bulb and 1 hour of labor. The lady stated they didnt have the part so they had to go get it and we had to wait for that. How do I get charged for labor on your service department not having a part that you knew I was coming for because I called the day before to tell you specifically what I needed. The service manager did give me a free oil change to help take the sting off the bill. But I honestly feel like you completely got over on me and took me for as much as you possibly could.

I wanted a specific automobile. The two salesmen that dealt with me through making my decision to purchase were knowledgeable and friendly. They made me feel comfortable with my choice of Lynch Nissan.

My car was serviced right on the appointment time.

I had a great experience overall with Lynch dealership. I drove from Columbus to get my car serviced. The one thing I would suggest is that when a time is given for completion that it is reasonably met. I was told it would take a little over an hour and I was there for over over 2 1/2 hours. It wasn’t a deal breaker just not very good time management.
