This is the worst Huyndai service Ive ever been, my car is 2016 Hyundai Tucsan 1.6 sport, I had an appointment at 3:30pm for normal maintenance service oil and filter change with tire rotation. I recieved the car after one and half hour they finally completed! Regardless the waiting area has no any amenities or coffee machine when I received my car the second day when I was driving the car I had a check engine comes on and it was blinking while I am riding and the car stoped moving and bad burned oil smells comes from it. Not sure what was the problem. I immediately stoped and and turned of the engine. I started to check the engine air filter and the compartment was filled with oil! And the filter has oil on it seriously! I checked the oil dipstick from the engine and it is more than the full level by double!! It means they put more oil inside my engine than it recommended! How this error happened at car dealership service! This really not acceptable and I wish I never take my car at this horrible not professional place.

I scheduled an appointment to have my high beams fixed. The first available appointment that I would be able to use a loaner was 2 weeks out. This morning Bud Clary called me to say they don’t have any loaners until NEXT WEDNESDAY. I have 3 jobs and cannot afford to wait hours or until it becomes a safety issue where I need to use my high beams, especially since this is covered under warranty. I am not satisfied

If you own a Hyundai dont take your car ANYPLACE else. Best dealership in the area!

This HAS to be the best repair shop around SeattleI brought my car to myra after major damage to the engine. It did take longer than expected, but she pushed to get the parts shipped during some snowy weather, and I could tell that she was shorthanded.the place is packed in the mornings so set appointments for the afternoon. You can have it fast or you can have it done right.I could go on but ill just say bring your car here. Very trustworthy chic. and yes I will be back for some of the recommended repairs once I get settled into Seattle.

It took almost 2 weeks to replace a wheel bearing, alignment, oil change and a tire rotation. The wheel bearing didnt completely fix the noise in the front end of the Hyundai. The tech wanted to replace the other side as well but the noise was not coming from that side. At this point when they are just grasping at straws it is time to move on to a better place. Would never buy a car or take my car to a place that cannot properly diagnose an issue and take 2 weeks to complete 4 hours of work.
