Had a brake emergency come up. Went to 3 or 4 different places around 11 am and no one could fit me in the same day. NTB was a last option and thankfully they were able to get to me the same day. Ellis was wonderful and went above and beyond to make sure my car was fixed correctly. The wait wasnt bad either. The girls up front were polite and professional also.

They do excellent work, great management, great staff, great quality of work. They are currently rebuilding their staff and I look forward to doing a lot more business with them. Also, be advised there is a troll going by the name of Eric or maybe a different name posting negative reviews on google, Yelp, and Facebook when he has never even been up there. He was a previous store manager that was terminated and obviously can’t be a professional and move on. He does not even know and he has never met the new store manager so his remarks are uncalled for. He has continuously harassed the current team enough! Please do not pay attention to these reviews.

I gave it a 1 star only because I couldnt give it 0. Its unfortunate this store has gone down hill so poorly. My vehicle sat in the parking lot for 5 days unlocked and unmoved. I understand being short on techs but to sit for 5 days and not even get an evaluation and with my doors UNLOCKED! Thats a bit extreme. Which by the way I had to call everytime to get any update....I was told they didnt have time to call customers. To save on a long exhausting story, when questioning level of service I was told to come get vehicle and they wouldnt repair it. The manager then said they would get it done and give a discount due to all the issues. I agreed, maybe there is hope.....boy was I WRONG! went to pick up and they never fixed the leak! They still tried to charge but never did the repair!. Stay far away from NTB.

Decided to just try the place out since it was close to my home and I found a promo code for $20 off. Scheduled an oil change and a tire rotation. Oil change was completed but the tires were never touched. Not sure why I had to sit in a waiting room for 2 hours for just an oil change. Ill just stick with doing my own vehicle maintenance as per usual.

My son is enrolled at Auburn and had a tire issue. I called them and they went above and beyond. Very impressed and highly recommend.

I had an emergency situation. (Sudden flat tire) I was coming from Georgia back to Alabama and about 100 plus miles away from my destination at approximately 230 in the afternoon on a Saturday. Everywhere, EVERYWHERE else we called were already closed. The manager and my husband got along like they were old buddies. Eventhough we live over 100 miles away i may just come back due to the great service and reasonable prices.

Needed a quick diagnosis on a brake problem on the last day that we could return our car that we bought through Carvana (they are an approved Carvana warranty dealer). We needed to know ASAP if it was a simple fix, a covered fix, or signs of trouble that would warrant a return. Despite being very busy, they were able to get the diagnosis done AND secure approval from Carvana to cover it very quickly -- and work was done same day.

We came here out of a whim to explore buying a battery and changing our tires. We opted not to change our tires since they seem pretty busy here, so you might want to set aside a couple of hours of waiting time should you want to get service done here. I saw that they perform a range of services for your vehicle, which I liked. We ended up buying a new battery at a reasonable price and they were very courteous with us. Theres plenty of parking space and they had a waiting room, or you could walk around the shopping plaza nearby to kill time.

Warning: making an appointment does not mean an oil change will take less than 2 and 1/2 hours. That’s a ridiculous amount if time to wait alone in the waiting room on an oil change.

Good selection of quality tires in stock. The staff is a pleasure with whom to do business. Store is clean and well run. Would continue to use.

It took 3 hours to replace my brake pads. After 2 hours of being in the waiting room I asked how much time would be left and they told me 45 minutes. The price was fine and the staff was nice enough. I would’ve preferred some transparency at the front end so I could’ve known that 3 hours of my day would be shot.

Tried to tell me my ac filter needed replacing when it was less than 2 months old. Completely unprofessional in that regard. Also, pricing is not transparent, many hidden fees. Good bit pricier than competition, but they were one of the only shops open on Sunday. Will not be going back

This was the fastest appt I every had doing a tire rotation. This location is the first and best I have been to as well and they have an open window so you can view the mechanics working on your car

I had two new tires put on and within not even a day, I hear one of my tires clanking. So I attempted to remove the tire to see if it was maybe a rock, well they put one of my lug nuts on crooked and striped. So I had to get a mechanic to replace the wheel stud. Also, that clanking was just a tire sensor loosely bouncing around in my tire so I got to replace that too.

Evening tire emergency— we called and arrived about 15 minutes before closing. They serviced the tire quickly and so kindly! Highly recommend!

Both times Ive been to this location theyve failed to give me a quote until after the service is complete where they drop the price on me after its too late to dispute the price. Last time I went I got a turn signal bulb replaced (which is normally free at other locations) with an oil change. I came back (after not being told the price) and they charged me over $65 to replace the bulb! They had to pull up a custom service not related to the bulb in their system just to inflate the price more than a turn signal would allow. Puts a really bad taste in my mouth to pay $136 for an oil change and a service that is normally free. Not being told the price until checkout makes me feel like I was scammed.

Adam went above and beyond to change a tire for a stressed out mother with two young children who have special needs. He was kind, efficient, and offered a helping hand when others turned the other cheek. He deserves to be recognized. Thank you!

The service counter was not very attentive. They were talking amongst each other about their weekend instead of addressing the customers. They never left me a message telling me my car was ready. I had to call and confirm. When I arrived to pick up my car no one was at the service desk. Two people were in the garage part walking around. They saw me and never addressed me. I finally was addressed and still had to wait for them to assist another customer. It seemed as if only one person was actually working. I will never be returning to NTB.

Ive used NTB several times, and so far theyve been great. The prices are fair and the service has been quick and reliable.

I went to them stating the tire kept going flat. After they inspected it they told be it was fine. After driving on it that same day the same thing happened. After I inspected the tire I found a metal piece in the tire resulting in the tire losing air pressure. Now I get to go back today and have them fix it . This results in me losing more of my time. Not pleased at all.

My wifes car battery went bad so she stopped by the NTB in Auburn Alabama and purchased an interstate battery to the tune 160.00. she asked if they could put it in for her as she was in work clothes and they told her they were going to charge her $15 to install a battery. it was two bolts not hard to get to. ItIwould have taken less than 5 minutes. I understand charging if the battery was not purchased at your store but come on guys every other store out there if you buy the battery from the install it for no additional charge we will not ever be going back to NTB

I bought tires at Big-O your sister store in Colorado. I noticed my tire was always low. I happen to be near the NTB on the east-west connector in Astell. I stopped in to have it checked. They said the barrier between the inner liner and actual tire was broken it was a warranty issue but I would have to buy a tire and send it for the refund.I called the store I bought the tire at in Colorado and was told no, we should be rrplacing it. Big-Ocwould gladly get me the tire at no charge and have it put on at that NTB the same day. That was great, 5 hours later the NTB tells me they don’t have my tire in stock (2155516) and no one in the state of Georgia had the tire. They can’t help me.I called the closest NTB which was Auburn AL 2 hours away and they did have it. Monday morning I got up drove to the store in Auburn and started the process again. The manager, Robert, said he had never done this type of exchange so he needed a DM approval. 90 minutes later he tells me that his DM is in a 3 day meeting and won’t be able to help him until after 5, it isn’t even noon yet. My only option is to buy a new tire. So I had too I can’t go without proper functioning tires on my car. So now I still spent the money that Big-O says I never should have had too invest 8 hours waiting and 4 driving into a process that seems very much like NTB doesn’t care about my service or want me as a customer.So I wouldn’t recommend NTB to anyone at this point for any reason, though Big-O is awesome just too far away

CONSUMER BEWARE! CONSUMER BEWARE! CONSUMER BEWARE! After one location “serviced” my brakes with new pads, and left out a clip for the caliper, they said take it to another location. So I gave them a chance. Well the District manager Curtis said they have to do a full brake inspection not just the one they forgot to put all hardware back on. Well I didn’t want them to do this because they take the chance of breaking another stud. Well I was on my way home from work the other night and my brakes went to the floor. So when I got the car home, I started bleeding my brakes. Well wouldn’t you know it, they cross threaded a lugnut on my back driver side to the point that it wouldn’t even start to come off. Well the car is now at MY ORIGINAL MECHANIC’S SHOP. He said it’s going to cost me at least $300-$400 just to get the tire off. The hub assembly has to be replaced because of this. I have yet to pick the car up because they are still working on it.

Wasnt too impressed when I left with my evaluated leaky tire at 45 PSI when the maximum is 40 for my tires and the rest were riding at 32. Not a good first impression... 3 hour wait for tire eval, requested oil change and tire rotation were not completed from online submission form. Perhaps a computer glitch with communication.
