Came in to fix my drooping MBRP catback exhaust that was on my 2020 mustang gt. They were super friendly and fixed it in less than 30 min! Very fair price and very kind staff. I brought my infinity G35 coupe in to fix the exhaust, they did a kickass job on it, it sounds so good and they gave me a good price, Rob is the man, I tell everyone to go see him, quality work with fair prices on custom exhaust, that is hard to find these days, but not with these guys I am 100% satisfied, GREAT JOB GUYS

They did a great job at welding the new pipe where my resonator went. So good job there. My problem comes in when I had an appointment at 1:00 and they didn’t acknowledge me in the lobby until 1:20. I was quoted $80-$100 for the repair on my resonator. I cut my resonator off because there was a crack in it, and I replaced it with a temporary pipe. All I needed them to do was to weld on a new pipe. That’s it. I paid $100 even though half the work was already done, wasn’t acknowledged in the lobby, the guy working on my car had a huge cigarette in his mouth, and they didn’t fully put back on the tray underneath my car. Now it vibrates when I drive. A total mess, got ripped off, and now I need to buy the extra screw they didn’t put back on to stop the vibration.

They did the exhaust on my 535d and added quad tips. Came out really nice!!

I was very happy with my experience

I dropped my car off on tuesday and got told my car would be done by the end of the next day and its been 4 days, with the guy saying he was just starting it at the end of the 2nd day and then he was actually just starting on it mid-day on the 3rd day. I went by the shop to grab something out of my car since they leave the cars parked outside just to find the downpipe I wanted installed was still in the box

The folks at Pro Exhaust did an outstanding job getting my aftermarket exhaust system installed. The system was a first production and had A LOT of fitment issues. All stainless steel system required tig welding and pretty serious modification to get installed. They did a great job, sounds awesome, outstanding price, highly highly recommend for any exhaust work you may be looking to get done!

I came in because my exhaust tip came loose and I need them to spot weld it so it wouldnt rattle anymore. I also wanted them to check for exhaust leaks. They fixed everything and my car sounds 100 times better than before. I am very satisfied. They did not even charge me for the service. I have came here 2 times before and I will continue to return for anything exhaust related. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Brought my 4runner in for a muffler delete. Job was done well and quick. After driving for a day, I was unhappy with the way my vehicle sounded, spoke with Brady and dude was chill and worked with me to get my car sounding the way i wanted it too. I came after work and it took longer than I expected but he was running around working pretty hard and customizing exhaust pipes fit for my 4runner. His recommendation for what I should do to my 4runner was exactly what I wanted. In the end it sounded great and he hooked me up with a deal after I was unhappy with the muffler delete. Yeah the environment overall was kinda messy and not very professional but the guys are chill and prices are fair and I would definitely come again.

Several years ago I took my car in to get a recirc dump put in my turbo setup. Pro Exhaust is the BEST place to go to if you need mild to wild exhaust work... they will get you what you want. Average muffler shops wont do most work thats not fairly stock and bolt on, but Pro Exhaust will get you the setup you want!

Called the good folks at Pro Exhaust for a last minute custom exhaust for my 69 Mustang and they completed the fabrication and install before close of business. I appreciated how hard they worked to get it done. I will be back with my other cars!

Brought my 2006 dodge ram in late Saturday afternoon with exhaust leak. Tech checked right away and found broken exhaust manifold bolt. Gave me a reasonable.quote and asked me to return. Sunday morning. Replacing bolts is not an easy job. The tech was familiar with this problem. Said was common for dodge. Put me at ease. Dropped off Sunday morning at 9 and truck done before noon.I forgot to mention I got new muffler too. Great job pro exhaust. Thanks again . Truck sounds great. Makes wife smile every time she hits the gas.

Shop was clean but took too long to get my car finished.

Dedicated to mufflers, takes them about 30 minutes and will show you what different options they have before welding on.

I have been here 4 times not for different jobs but for the same job and they still fail. I waited to see how they fixed the recurrent issues they created to make this review.The first time it was a 4 hour wait to just take a look at the car even though they said it would not be a long wait. Then they offered to put used parts on my high performance vehicle because they only had one muffler in stock.The second time was to install the ordered new parts they recommended to get rid of the drone. They installed the parts and salvaged my tips. The install was done very well but took 5 hours. In the end, instead of eliminating the drone it just moved it to a lower RPM and made it louder. Keep in mind this we parts that they said guaranteed to make the car quieter.The third time I came back so they could actually make the car quieter as was the intent of the first visit. I brought with me resonated tips and they installed resonators. I left home happy, the car was quieter.That was until one of the tips in the car just fell off. I had to come back a fourth time. I called them and left a message and never got a call back. I reordered the missing to and called them as soon as I received it. I called them a second time, Rob said he had received the message from my previous call, which he neglected to return, and offered to buy a new tip and make an appointment next day at noon which was a Sunday (its usually closed on Sundays). Things sounded promising! Things fell apart quickly. I arrived at 1215 and no Rob. His partner Dave had no idea there was an appointment but told me that they had ran out of soldering material on my previous appointment and thats why my tip had fell off. So instead of calling me and letting me know they just let me drive the car until something happened. I asked Dave to contact Rob and apparently Rob has no cell phone... In 2017. Dave ended up putting the tip and Rob never showed up to refund me, but at this point my time has become more valuable than the $40 bucks the tip cost.

Got recommended to this place and Im so glad I checked them out. Rob and Dustin are amazing. My 2016 Mustang sounds amazing. They even stay 2 hrs late to work on my car. Price is super reasonable. These guys sure love their jobs and they sure make the customers happy. Really recommend pro exhaust.

If you are wondering where to take your vehicle for repairs, Pro Exhaust is the answer. Customer service is exemplary and the results incredible. They are true experts.I prefer to do the upkeep and repairs on my Mustang. Due to circumstance, I dont have my tools or a location allowing vehicle maintenance. The owner was phenomenal. Great customer service and my truck sounds better than ever. They were extremely fast as well. Had my old exhaust cut out and replaced in about an hour. Worked with me on the price since I was having a good chunk of work done. Would highly recommend and I plan on returning to them for any exhaust systems I may have in the future.

Set an appointment but still waited an hour. The work done to my exhaust was rushed and the quality is poor. Pinhole exhaust leaks coming from their welds. I heard an awful noise from my engine to inspect the exhaust and see that their bolts had all come lost and the nuts fallen off. There was no lock washer used and the bolts were either way under torqued or they used the wrong ones for an exhaust. They came loose due to the vibrations of the exhaust. Not happy with their work.

I called at work to ask about muffler delete and new tips dude quotes me $240 with tips. I was cool with that felt like still bit expensive but decide to go after work and see. I arrive and they pull my car in to take a look. He said it would be cheaper to use my old tips then buy new ones which makes sense. He then processed to start the job before verifying a price.(Totally Unprofessional) He did not know the exact price so left to go ask his boss. I went to the waiting room and waited till he returned. Once he came back he said that it was going to cost $240 for mufflers and my old tips which is ridicules He was stuttering the whole time he was explain the cost saying that 2 pipes no longer then my muffler and some brackets was worth $240. The manager said he could only take off $20 which almost made me laugh. I left and tried to get my car off the lift which was still in the air. As there lowering it they are just sitting there calling me a cheapie which is sad they have to act like kids when they dont get what they want......Morale of the story if you KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT CARS AND DONT WANT TO BLOW YOUR MONEY ON A HALF ASS JOB DO NOT COME HERE. My brother brought his 08 Mustang GT here and got a custom straight. They didnt hang the exhaust properly so the cheap brackets they use could not hold up the weight. I brought it to Buckys and they said I need the entire exhaust pipe redone due to their poor welding skills. Buckys also quoted me $100 for the muffler delete which sounds way closer to the right price! **And they do a better job!**

This exhaust shop is excellent. They treat the customer right and build quality exhaust systems for a fraction of the price of other shops in the area. Midas had quoted $600+ to fix the rusty old exhaust on my girlfriends 98 Civic and Pro Exhaust got it done for $249.

Me and my buddies always used to get our exhaust done here but the place has gone downhill. The owner used to be at the shop everyday putting in work but now he almost never shows up, leaving his customers to wait. Sometimes he would make me wait 5-6 hours just for a small fix and then tell me at the end that he wont be able to do it today. Dont waste your time here.

UPDATE: We paid for flow masters and just found out they put on a no name brand exhaust on our vehicle! Watch out people. So glad we found this other shop we now go to!We had an appointment today for 9:30am. My husband and my two year old daughter showed up for the appointment and waited in the waiting room for an hour until 10:30am and NO WORKERS showed up to work except the front office guy! Definitely aint going back here again! Terrible customer service.

I read the other reviews when I went to write this and am shocked. Totally opposite of my experience. Mother guys there WERE busy but very respectful and helped me set a time when I could bring it in so,they could get to it right away. I also witnessed them speaks to several other customers explaining that they were slammed, exactly how long a wait it would be and give the customers options on waiting room coming back. They were professional and relaxed and took very good care of my truck and at a very fair price. They completed it right when they said they would. I will recommend them to friends and family.

Horrible mechanics would never go back after what I have had to do and go through just to get my vehicle to run right. Kept telling me it was something else and needed a “tune up” when my vehicle runs perfectly fine except when my exhaust leaks and causes my 02 sensors to freak out. Had to pay for them to fix their mistake last time, and it is once again leaking. Would never go back to them for work on any of my other vehicles.

Pro Exhaust is not a reliable shop. Read the complaints before you make your decision, because chances are, it might save you from a big mistake!I know because my bf took his brand new Toyota Tundra Truck here to buy a custom exhaust from Pro Exhaust and installed it by them too. When he drove it from WA to CA, the exhaust fell on his break pads and melted his break lines while driving up the cascades. Luckily, his break failure did not cause an accident. They could have gone into a major accident or worse.He took his truck to Toyota dealer to get fix, and the Toyota dealer confirmed this: Whoever installed the exhaust system didnt do a good job. They did not secure the exhaust properly and when they put the bed back into his truck; they did not consider the capacity load of the bed of the truck, which caused the exhaust falling into the break pads.The repair cost about $2,000. They had to replaced the brake lines and the exhaust since the exhaust was also ruined.I have talked to Rob directly about liability on the quality failure of their service and this is his answer, The other owner of this shop doesnt guarantee any liability once you drive your car off their shop. If any of their failed, they will not accept responsibility.Rob has promised that he is going to reimburse my bf for his exhaust and then consider reimbursing him some of the repairs; and we had yet to see this from happening. He said he is broke and he is going to reimbursed him with his own money. All my bf is asking for is $1200.If you care about your car, do not come here because they will for sure ruined it. They do a sloppy job and they do not guarantee their work. You will ended up with a hole in your pocket if you come here!

Rob was awesome quoted me a range price for the work that needed to be done to my car ( cat install ). he stayed within his price that he told me and the job was pretty fast. all together id recommend them and go again.
