I have used Sound Radio for years, Jason and his crew are amazingly professional and like magic always get me in and out on a moments notice fixing all of my auto needs. He has provided a loaner car at times and been thorough in workmanship. I have price checked dealer prices at times and always experience a greater value and overall experience at Sound Radio! Bad experience. After doing some brake work they didnt bleed my brakes, they seem incompetent and not worried about doing the job correctly the first time.

Very good mechanic and accessory shop. Very knowledgeable and respectful staff. Very patient for my elementary questions and concerns. The only con is that I had to travel an hour and a half to get this level of service. Thanks jason!!!

Had issues with the heated seats in my Cadillac for months. Tried to self diagnose for months and threw some parts at it. Took it to jason and brandon who diagnosed it, ordered the part and up and running within the week. Very happy with them

LOVE THESE GUYS!! As of recently they do window tinting as well and turned out great! Amazing service and i love the hands on small business auto mechanic atmosphere! I recommend them every chance i get and go to Sound Radio Inc for all my auto repairs and car troubles EVERY TIME! Just had an engine swap done on my Toyota Celica GTS and my car runs like a dream!! GO TO SOUND RADIO!

They are in business with carhop and their plan is to rip you off. Don’t even think about going there to get your car fixed especially if your warranty is with carhop because there were lan is to take your $75 deductible and tell you that the parts that are not working are not covered with carhop warranty. They want to get rich off your suffering so be careful. I took my car down there and they told me there was nothing wrong with it that’s covered under the warranty because everything that’s not working is not covered by the warranty. After that I payed nearly $90 and I decided to take my car to another shop to get someone else’s opinion and they told me that 5 different parts that are warranties out are misfunctioning. The only reason that this shop didn’t give me the truth was because there in bed with carhop and they’re trying to get rich off our suffering.

So I have an 03 ford expedition from Car Hop of all places. I got the vehicle in February and it had transmission problems so I brought it here to get it fixed. 1 month later I get it back. A couple of days later I hit a pothole and the transmission starts rattling. I broughtit back and its still there after they said it was the engine and now its the transmission. Now the warranty place sends them a bad trans. Taking way to long. I support small local businesses and as a mechanic I understand somethings happen but when I worked in a shop we made sure that projects were done in a timely fashion.

I bring my vehicle in for all its maintenance. They are always helpful and friendly and have always done a great job on my car. I am very grateful that they make sure I am taken care of.

Brought in my 01 nissan maxima and they told me it would be a 3 hour job. Long story short, 3 hours turned into 11. Only to be told my car wasnt fixed and they gave it back to me in worse condition than i brought it in. They also little put scratches all over my car. Now they claim i need to replace the computer on my car when i went it because the car had issues starting up on its own when its cold (iac issue). A mechanic at a dealership near by checked the car afterwards because it was running so bad and the only code that came up was for the iac, which is what they were supposed to be fixing in the first place. My second opinion also told me hes more than sure its not a computer issue like sound is trying to claim. I am not having a good experience with sound radio so far! Very disappointed in how my car is running right now.

Expensive, staff not friendly

Dont ever go there problems multiple occasions people answering phones rude treat you as if you can interrupt their conversation I was just calling to find out the price on a monitor backup cam under $20 on it Amazon hundred and fifty and up at their store I asked why they were so expensive and apparently it pissed her off used to talk to text spelling punctuation errors

I brought my PT Cruiser 2002 into the shop to get a used engine put in via carhops warranty for only $75 they called me 3 days later and said they will not put the used engine in until I give them $350 for a clutch because the clutch is bad and theyre doing me a favor by making me replace it now all at one time so three weeks later I go to pick my car up after I threaten them because it took them a really long time to put a used engine in so when I picked it up it didnt work the clutch didnt work gave it back three more times picked it up clutch till it works this is the 5th time
