I just left the store. I was amazed at the willing to please the customers this store has. I walked in just looking for wall plugs and the helpfulness of a man named Dante was amazing. He ask me what scent I liked and before I knew it, he suggested the most scents I bought. He took the time and let me tell him what I liked and he listened. I thanked the manager for a great employee! I hope he is there when I go back! This is only the second time I have been in this store and both were great experiences.

They don’t have the Biggilo men’s label any more. No need for me to visit so off to Amazon I go

I love this store, but was dissappointed when part of my order was cancelled due to it being out of stock, which is totally understandable. However, it was my promotion free item & when I reached out to customer service, I was told it was too late because the order had already shipped. I was told that item was cancelled 2 minutes before the email came through that it had shipped. So I lost my free item promotion, which is what excites me so much about bath & body works in the first place.

Bath and Body Works is an amazing place, whether you go in just because you feel like it, or looking for something in specific. I particularly like going in the fall, because of all the scents. I recently went and bought some soap, and airfresher, and some hand sanitizer. It is all fall themed and it smells AMAZING. I cant recommend going there enough.

I love the Anti Bacterial hand sanitizer. There so cute to carry around and they keep your hands clean. The service is great. The workers are so nice.
