Tonight we took our son in for a haircut. His stylist name was Narissa. We cant speak highly enough about her work! His hair looks AMAZING! He even stated this is the best haircut I have ever had! We will schedule with her again! Great work!!!

Service was horrific. Made appointment 3 hours ahead of time and 10 minutes prior to my appointment starting I Suddenly get a call that my “stylist doesn’t have as much time as they thought and can’t get me in”. Overall just simply non professional and you can tell workers just don’t care

I always get my hair done here. Great service everytime. They do walk ins but I recommend scheduling ahead depending on what you want done. I havent been disappointed with any of my styles. Decent prices, and they give great advice to maintain the style you got.

The fact that they are in a fashion store, blows my mind, what better place to put a salon, For example let say you do not have time to go home before a date. You can buy new clothes and get ya hair did, its amazing, the people are nice, the salon is clean, the product, look like well known brands, 5 stars 😎

Cause its a nice comfortable place to go and be trested like you are family ..loved it i dont go any where else..

We took our daughter here for her first hair cut. Not only is the cut perfect and adorable on my little girl, but the stylist was wonderful also! She was patient and very nice to my daughter! Couldnt have asked for a better experience!

The staff are friendly, and it’s a relaxed environment where you aren’t judged! Not bad for a reasonably priced salon in Auburn! 😉

I made the mistake of being my own colorist and had to fire myself. It came out horrible! A mixed shade of golden brassy pumpkin was not what I was going for. I decided on jc pennys salon. I did not know it yet but Debi was my rescue. She did not promise me miracles but offered to try. Anything would be better than the way I came in so I trusted her and Id trust her again. She not only fixed my hair boo boo bringing it back to a nice natural light brown shade but she also got it back to a soft healthy feel, she has a calming personality, she made me a coffee, kept me in good spirits even laughing and that was good because when I got there I was pretty upset I could barely look in the mirror. She recommended biolage shampoo and conditioner and Paul Mitchell skinny serum which I gladly bought. Im very grateful she was there when I came in she saved my day and my hair. Got my nails done with a gel manicure and it didnt last so $37 went down the drain.😡

Got eye brows done, took forever, pricey. They were uneven, wont be going back.
