Friendly guys, willing to help/advise. Unfortunately I was unable to get an alignment on my car due to a failed inspection (vehicle must have good bushings, mine were torn), but they took their time and gave me a free inspection. So word to the wise, make sure your control arms are good and bushing are good, then go buy their lifetime alignment!

Went in for my life time alignment today and was told I needed new brake lights. The guy handed me a receipt, said it would be quite pricey of $110, but a courtesy done to me that I wouldnt have noticed my lights before. I checked my lights when I got home and everything was working fine.

Extremely friendly staff. Eager to help. Preformed full diagnosis on my van for overheating issue and waived the $89 invoice at pick up. Not to mention stored Van inside secured shop for 2 days. Really appericate you guys and will recommend.

I needed 4 new tires and wheel alignment. The shop was clean and people were friendly and courteous. They completed the work on time. We have one car and had to wait. Definitely use this business again.

I am now a loyal firestone customer. In the span of a month I got two flat tires. Both times I took my maimed car in. First time it was a firestone tire still under warranty and they repaired it for me for free!! Second time it was a goodyear tire so not under warranty but still a reasonable price and prompt, polite service. I used to love Les Schwab but they dont do free beef any more, now Im saying this tire shop is fire 🔥. (that means good) BY the way, as of this writing theres a vending machine in there that sells sodas for 85 cents.

I went longer than I should for an oil change due to my busy schedule. They were super helpful in explaining things that can go wrong by waiting that long. In addition, were very helpful with looking into the other things that were starting to get ware and tare. They replaced my tires, my windshield wipers, My air filter, an alignment and oil change all for a reasonable price. Their credit card also helped me significantly to be Able to afford everything I needed before winter hits. They were very professional and helpful as well as nice! Ill only go here when I need my oil changed or other things.

Just a heads up to anyone getting major fixes here: GET A SECOND OPINION!We got our tires from here about a year ago and they did an alignment as well. After a year the tires were losing air so I went to get it checked. They fixed the tire but offered to check the suspension. After they checked that they told me my car needed almost $2000 worth of repair. I got a second opinion from 2 other mechanics that both told me my car was fine other than it needs another alignment.TLDR; they try to upsell you stuff you dont need.

Any questions or services that’s been done to my car, they take the time to explain to me what they did or what I need to do in the future. Was recommended by another local shop who was unable to repair my car as needed. Was treated well by Chuck at the desk and had 3 different techs working on the car. They gave a quote of $800 but found more wrong once they got it apart. Grand total $1300!! They were very apologetic. It was a squeeze to pay for, but it handles better. I want to drive it a bit as it feels and sounds different, but so far, so good!

I love Firestone but only when they have coupons. Been going there for years and I trust them completely and thats important. Im only giving them three stars because this last time I went they were down one tech and my card wouldnt work in their credit card reader, which may not have been their fault. My bank was offline for about 15 minutes on that day and thank goodness there is a at machine close. Yep I will go there again

Just super impressed with how honest these guys always are. Maybe not the best pricing in town but theyll be up front about what you need and what you dont. And when you can expect other issues. Worth the extra cost when you need them. And the inspection is ridiculously cheap!!

Although I made a mistake and scheduled service at the incorrect location, Paul was more than helpful to get ot figured out and to help us with our tire purchase. When we picked up the vehicle, Robert went over and above by making us aware of upcoming tire sale. We definitely wanted to take advantage of that so we scheduled our truck for new tires during the sale. Thank you Paul and Robert for such great customer service!!

I replaced the tires on my 03 Toyota Tacoma 4X4 recently with Bridgestone Dueler A/T. A superior tire, great on the highway in deep snow and very stable with heavy loads.

Firestone is horrible. I have been told I needed repairs that I have not needed, been told they couldnt repair tires that I purchased at another location. On my most recent visit I took in a tire for a flat repair, I would have waited but they were literally next door to where I was working.I ran over a sharp metal object and got a flat let the guy know, even showed him a picture of the piece that came out while i was changing the tire. Left the tire only. When I came back they took an hour to mount it back on and put my spare back under my vehicle. Next day I had a flat again. They charged me to fix my valve stem which was perfectly fine and didnt bother to fix the real issue! Worst place ever....Took my tire to a different location and was told that wasnt the tire they even fixed, but it was the one i had left at their shop

Terrible, They are professional liers, dont trust them when they talk about time. If they tell you 1 hour, it will be 3 hours. Thats what my experience is.

I had an appointment at 9AM. They had my truck on the rack in ten minutes and performed a vehicle inspection, oil change, tire rotation, wheel alignment and battery terminal service in one hour. Chuck gladly explained what all the numbers mean on the alignment form and how misalignment causes tire wear. They noticed the battery terminal problem, explained it to me as well as cost to repair if I wanted it, no pressure or BSI was expecting to have to sit there for hours while the work was being done and wasting half my day but they respected my time. Before this visit I was actually thinking of not buying tires from Firestone again because I thought that it would be like most other car care facilities with waiting times. I really like their tires so was happy to see them get me in and out quickly. So I can give the store manager Chuck and his store a 5 star rating. I will definitely do business with them again.

I like being able to book online or walk in most time without a terrible wait. They keep track of my car and its maintenance. At times, Ive felt theyre trying to sell me something I dont need (usually tires before its really time) but usually not. I trust the people there, and have been a loyal customer with 3 cars for 3 years.

Went in for an oil change. Took about 40 minutes.Ive been to other places that made it seem like the thing I brought in for (in this case, an oil change) was one of many things that they wanted discuss.This did not happen here. In fact: After looking for a reason to and giving me a discount. He mentioned that the last sheet shows some recommendations the mechanic suggests. And left it at that.More business is going their way.

They politely explained that it was their policy to replace all four tires on my all wheel drive vehicle. I went elsewhere and they were rude and their shop was dirty and they offered no outlet card. So I went back knowing that my first experience was a good one with the staff up in Bellevue (140th Avenue North East) and since I had a Firestone Card and they offered reasonable monthly payments, I went along with Firestone in Auburn. Great Experience there as well. Thank guys...!!

They had a hard time helping me w a battery without nickle and dimeing me for every crumb. Coulda been more helpful to a disabled widow. Its the first time Ive bought a battery n had to Pay them to put it in! Had to go back and they implied was My fault the battery died in 2 yrs. No thanks guys

Showed up without an appointment needed a new tire they got me in fairly quickly and got a good deal.

Brought my car in when they opened the doors at 8am for a simple tire change and alignment. Talked to the manager in the morning and he said all they had was two mechanics, but agreed to get the car done by close of business. At 5:30pm I still hadnt heard from them. Got an Uber to them and found they hadnt touched my car all day. A car I needed to get to work in the morning at 5am.This was my first time going to Firestone. It will be my last time.

For not having an appointment on a Saturday morning they did pretty a fairly quick job (3 hours) on the oil change and tires rotation. My only complaint is that I had a tire with a buldge in it and they didnt say anything until I brought the car back because the steering was off and the car shook. They did move it to the back for me when I returned to reduce the shaking. I chose not to buy new tires there as I found ones elsewhere (Costco) for cheaper.

We have used Firestone for everything for years. We are currently traveling cross country and called a local Firestone for service. The gentleman on the phone told us they would need the car for several hours to do an oil change? Several hours? Really?

The worst place ever in my eyes. I had to take my van to them because its close, and they are on the list for emission fails. I waited for 4 hours JUST TO GET IT CHECKED OUT! They said Id need the ERG valve changed, but that wouldnt be my main worries. I have 2 tie rods breaking, need breaks and routers replaced, alignment, tires (that I just recplaced) and some other stuff.. With everything they said I need, it would be $2000. With me freaking out, I took it to Daves Valley Auto to get a second opinion. They said they checked the van completely and found NOTHING wrong with the tie rods. They said the only thing Ill need is the ERG valve to get it to pass the emissions. Secondly, to resurface my routers to make my van break smoothly. Everything I had done from Daves costed me 200 and my van is ready and safe 2 hours later.Horrible place. They try to sell you more than you need. I had a truck a few years ago and they said there was so much wrong with it. Finds out there was only one thing wrong... my left axel was barely hanging on. And the didnt even catch that!! I hate this place. Never worth even being close to home.

I need wheel alignment on my 95 bmw e38, I called them for apoitment, in the phone they asked me what year, brand and model things,then they told me no problem and price is 79.99, but when i get there, They are so busy and I have to wait till different pepople coming asking me what I need, they just simply go and another come to me asking same question, after about 15 minutes waiting, there comes a asian guy saying sorry that I have to go BMW dealership to do wheel alignment because in firestone they don’t have a computer to read code from car. I said I don‘t understand what does code have anything to do with wheel aliment,and he told me they do not have the spicial tools and they dont know how to do with front weight or rear weight, my gosh~I my own replace all the control arms and boit joints with tools brought from autozone, nothing special, and does bmw computer read weight on this car？ I have no way out but to call other wheel alignment service store found from google, none of them refused me with problems this guy told me, and then I tried to call another firestone in renton and kent, and they make me clear that they can do it, strang things, then I have to go farther from home to the same brand store just for the same job done there. still dont understand : (, should I still buy the tires from this guy？
