The service on your vehicle is great...if you can ever get in. What is the purpose of a “Quick Lane” with a sign that says “NO APPOINTMENT NEEDED” next to the door if you HAVE to schedule an appointment to get an oil change. Twice I have gone in and been told it will be several hours or not possible...it’s an oil change! You have a TRUE service department on the other side of the building. If you are doing big jobs in the Quick Lane then you are Not a Quick Lane. Both bags were open. No cars in them. Nobody in the waiting room but one other person. I’ll have to find somewhere else to go I guess.
They quoted me an hour for an inspection sticker and didnt take it in for 75 minutes despite having an appointment. Then find out I need pads and rotors. Ok no problem but was then quoted to wait another 45 minutes. Which didnt happen. 3 hours later and I could finally leave. And on top of that the service guy was rude. I bought my car at Rowe Ford but will never bring my car back to this place. This is not the first time they quoted me a time frame and were way off. Very displeased.
