My family must have zero luck with the fox dealership. Many years ago father bought a used suv from them and later found out it was totalled and it was never reported on insurance front end frame was a little bent. Now as for myself bought a ram from here not long ago. Truck was great drove ran great . Little over a week or so of having the truck I dont drive much due to long commute to work. So truck sat probably a week and boom transmission slips/ slams into gear sometimes. Take it in and they said nothing we can do it had that problem before you bought it. I said why didnt you say something about it would of still bought truck but worked something with replacing the transmission. All they had to say sorry nothing we can do about the transmission you should have asked about it before you bought it. I have bough a good amount of vehicles from them Over the years and this is how they treat a loyal customer. Well sorry for the story but figured you wanna hear the truth about it. So I would look else where for a vehicle unless you like a good ole fashion Reem. Very disappointing nice vehicles but not trust worthy after my encounter thank you have a great day
I purchased a new vehicle. Scott Micho was my salesman. I had a great experience. Everyone was very accommodating and nice. They gave me a great price on my trade-in and I couldn’t be happier.
Much improved body shop! They had my car done when they said. Called me like they promised. Even gave my car a quick detail. Now hopefully the part will come in so I can have my Android auto function back working soon.
Sold me a truck with a ticking engine in it. Tuck it back to them two weeks later check engine light was on and they could not find anything wrong with it! I took it to Dodge dealership at Drivers Village they replace the engine $7,000.00 I was lucky it was under warranty my deductible was only $100I gave drivers village 5⭐
They wouldnt even try to help me at all. They are very stuck up.
Jon garrow is da man. Went above and then some for me n my fam
Excellent buying experience. My sales person, Jesse DeBrock was very knowledgable and professional.I would highly recommend going to Fo Honda for your next automobile.
My first car accident, body shop manager was not helpful with the process. Fox needed full payment to release my truck to another shop, no big deal. Shop policy? My issue is he turned the tow truck away without even calling me about an outstanding invoice. Why make thing hard on the customer . Your choice where you want the work done! All you had to do is call.
Booked an appointment to test drive a vehicle on Wednesday, confirmed Friday for a Saturday afternoon test drive. Arrived at the dealership to find they sold the car and chose not to update us. Wasted 75 miles to see nothing. Very unprofessional.
Great place to buy a car and get service work dawn. The only drawback is their parts and service staff are continuously rude
A hundred fold over last weeks visit. No poor manager to deal with this time.Kyle and Colleen were great. Kim got us in the door and followed up. Lynne was great. They earned our business and were quite satisfied thus far.If you go, I recommend Kyle or Jamie. No offense to others, but I know one and worked with the other and they got me back after being beyond furious last week. Excellent!
If they dont have what you want theyll find it. Great people to deal with. Thank you Joe Malchak for great service!!
Disclaimer- 1 star is unfortunately the minimum to write a review.I absolutely will never buy another vehicle from FOX after today. After their 4th attempt at fixing the same problem on my Chrysler 200, today I was picked up by their shuttle vehicle to go retrieve my supposedly finished car, backing out on to the road the driver backed in to another car. Not only does the service department not seem to be very apologetic that they keep returning my car without fixing the problem but the driver couldn’t even be bothered to ask if me, his passenger/customer was alright. This post doesn’t even begin to describe my negative interactions with Fox’s Service department, as of lately, but it’s a brief summary of my disgust.
Joe Malchak was great to work with. Joe had the vehicles ready to test drive when we showed up. This is our second vehicle purchased from Fox and Joe.
I have always had good experience at Fox.
Problems w/body shop. Brought in for est on July 3rd. Told parts would be in mid-August. Received a check from my ins co dated 7/10/18 made out to Fox Chrysler Plymouth & myself. Stopped by the shop mid-August & was told the ins co still had not approved Rons est even though I received the ck in July. Ins co faxed another copy approving eat, but it was in mid-August when my car should have already been repaired. 10/9 stopped at the shop to see what was going on. My parts were in, but I hadnt been called to set up appt to bring my car in. Told the earliest they could start working on my car was 11/5. Because Ron said he never got the approval from the ins co (I had checked & was told by ins co it was faxed before they cut the ck on 7/10), I wanted my car fixed right away & not wait until Nov. Said he couldnt bump cars that had already been booked for repairs. This was not my fault that Ron said he never got the approval 6 weeks after I received the ck from the ins co. I bought my 1st Subaru (LL Bean Outback) in May 2001 while living in Boston. Since moving away from Boston I have only bought several Subarus. I will never buy another Subaru.
Absolute worst service I have ever seen in my life. Me and my wife were interested in a 2015 dodge ram they had. I was going to trade in my 2015 Dodge journey that only had 12,500 mile and was only told my vehicle was only worth 14,000. Thats crazy! When they have the same vehicle For 20,000 and above. What did they think Im just going to bend over take it in, just because I loved the truck. Will never go there again. I will stick with finger lake Chrysler Dodge Jeep . Customer service is much nicer and they are will to work with ya.
I highly highly recommended to never go to this dealership horrible customer service and just a pathetic company a friend of mine bought a car they changed the date of pick up 3 different times and then for an apology for the wait they said they would throw on winter tires but put summer tires on. Then when we actually picked it up the morons broke the hatchback trunk latch button and said they would cover it and they said call us to make an appointment to fix it and the actual salesman did not answer his phone for a month after and said my friend was gonna have to pay for the damage THEY did on a 11,000 car. Then now later to find out they never put oil in it and now the engine is destroyed because of this horrible company. In conclusion DO NOT go here.
Im about 20 months late in writing this review but this still bothers me. Sales lady took advantage of elderly mother and her boyfriend who purchased a used 2012 Toyota Venza. After price, finance charges and HUGE maintenance service warranty charges not needed. Ended up Rooking them into a $34,000.00 contract @ $445.00 a month paymentfor a $14,000.00 car. Should be ashamed of themselves.
Unfortunately same old story - Fox Toyota had a RAV4 there that I was interested in which had been sitting there for 68 days, because it was overpriced to begin with. The salesman even agreed. After they had asked me to drive my trade in again so they could give me more if they can see it (another 40 miles) they presented me with the same trade in value. We negotiated a very good price, and then came the disaster. I was asking for $11k for my trade in what they all agreed they were going to retail for $14500-$15500. The rude and obnoxious typical used car salesman manager let me walk over $500. I do appreciate your sarcastic, condescending, fake tone when speaking with me and the salesman. I was just asking for what my trade is worth. My wife bought a new car there years ago and unfortunately they cannot earn my business. I feel bad for the salesman, future customers, and other employees that have to associate with the manager.
Beautiful car wash...quick and easy !!
I leased my Ram here. After visiting the Summit Ford dealership down the street and telling them that I would be visiting For CJD Ram immediately after, the Ford dealership made me play the lets see what my sales manager can do game to get me close to what I had told them I was looking for on down payment and monthly payment. We went back and forth FOUR TIMES to just get close. I put a deposit on the truck then went to Fox Chrisley Dodge Jeep Ram, where I told the sales person (Justin) what I was looking for in a vehicle lease, here took me for drives in two trucks, them asked me which one I preferred ( V6 vs Hemi) and what it would take to get me into the one I preferred (the Hemi). I told him, and the sales manager found all rebates and incentives to make it happen on the firsy go around. No dickering, I asked for terms and they met them. Fox promised to make the deal that is right for you, and they deliver.Ive since brought my son there to purchase a pre-owned vehicle, and this dealership did a wonderful job of finding the vehicle he loved at a deal he loved. Again, Justin was our sales rep, and he was awesome. Also ... Ive had two recalls on my, truck after bringing it in for both, each visit to the service department had prompted emails thanking me for coming to their service department and surveys from Chrysler to ask me about my satisfaction with their work. Our lease from another brand/dealership has never asked about satisfaction our thanked us for choosing then, rather asked if we wanted unneeded service I.e. brake service at 20k miles (when brake inspection is the normal service). All in all, my dealings with Fox Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Auburn, NY, had been the best I have experienced at any dealership and Ive purchased or leased over a dozen times over the years. That says a lot about this dealership and how they treat their customers. A great place to buy orour leaseba vehicle!
Great service, got the truck I wanted fast
Great place to do business with.
If there is no place else to buy a car, then make sure everything you get told is put in writing. They forget and dont follow thru with what they tell you.
Awesome folks that listen to u.
Friendly sales people.
It is okay
