I have good things and not so good things to share. First, we found the tile we wanted at our local store where we could not find it anywhere else. However, we were told it may take 3 weeks to get it. We were willing to wait the 3 weeks if necessary. However, they told us they would not schedule installation until it arrived. The tile did come in earlier than expected, but then we were told it would take 6 weeks to get installed! We were pretty upset about that because we should have been told from the start about the installation delay or they should have scheduled our installation at the time of the order if they knew it would take that long to get it installed. It may have affected our decision but we were committed at that point and it put our entire remodeling job on hold. However, they did redeem themselves when they contacted another store and we got our tile installed 4 weeks earlier than expected! We were thrilled! And I have to say that they did a wonderful job and it looks great. We are very happy with it. But they should have been more up front about installation at the time of the order. For that we are not giving them 5 stars. But if they had not corrected the situation, they may have gotten only 1 star.

I had new carpeting installed in 3 bedrooms in my home. Tile and Carpet Town did a WONDERFUL JOB!! Dawn was fantastic getting me on the schedule as quickly as possible to accommodate my rushed schedule. Thank you very much!!!

The total experience was excellent. Dawn did a great job with helping us decide on carpets. The carpet installers were professional and their workmanship was also excellent!

Installers broke the moulding on our wall. They were very nice guys but unfortunately our moulding was never replaced.
