Great coffee, nice ambient, music is great, team that work there is pretty good even when they are busy they still smile and have time to take to the costumers.

Got the medium white chocolate mocha, no whip. $5. Drive through very quick with 4 cars in front, friendly service. Mocha not too sweet like so many are. Reasonably priced, comparatively speaking.

Great atmosphere and friendly staff. I’m not a huge fan of their lattes, (in my opinion, the flavor of the espresso is very diluted and they are too sweet) but I love their regular coffee and I regularly purchase their beans. (Huge fan of the Black and Tan roast. Has that homely diner-coffee flavor but without being diluted or weak. Pairs very well with breakfast foods.) I love going here to relax and get work done. I’ve been to a few five lakes locations and I enjoy them all, but the auburn location holds a special place in my heart.

Always love it here. Black tie mocha is one of my favorites, iced or frozen. I also recommend a raspberry mocha!

We started going here because we could still go inside for drinks. Weve always had good service, and the drinks are tasty.Today I ordered a frozen latte with sugar free caramel and mocha flavoring. The barista was kind enough to let me know that their base also has some sugar in it, and asked if I wanted to substitute that as well. It was very thoughtful of her to think of that, and let me know!

Not going to find a better coffee anywhere else in this community. A powerful menu many sugar free and non dairy or lower cal options. Great staff, clean atmosphere and rich experiences. Bravo to the Auburn Five Lakes team!

We travel to Michigan a couple times a year and stop at many different places for coffee along the way. This stop was our first time for Five Lakes and it was the absolutely best experience we’ve had! Luke was an amazingly friendly and helpful staff member and my americano was one of the best I’ve had from any local or chain coffee shops. We will definitely seek out Five Lakes again the next time we’re on the road!

They were cash only and I don’t carry cash so I said I would just come back another time. They gave me a free medium iced coffee!! First time here and I will definitely be back, with cash! 😂

Love this place! They have amazing coffee and the best customer service. Love coming here to chill. The atmosphere is perfect for hanging out and catching up with friends. The prices are great and not too expensive. Especially, since the coffee is so good.

Overall Five Lakes Coffee is one of my new favorite coffee shops. It has a very rustic feel to the place, has great service, and I went for the first time and got the matcha tea latte, and it was very good, sweet but not too sweet.

The coffee is amazing and the customer service is wonderful. The people there are really sweet and helpful. The details from the lights, to the wood, to the big coffee cup are adorable and make the place comforting and relaxing. I would definitely recommend Five Lakes over any other coffee place.

Their coffee is AMAZING!!!!! I stopped going to Starbucks a long time ago. Try it Nd you will be convinced!!! I have never had a bad cup there. At Starbucks on the other hand i have had to go back and get a new coffee.

We stop here often when passing through on our way to Michigan. The coffee is always fresh and hot. Service is friendly. Our orders are always accurate (I have many modifications to mine lol) and its always made to my liking. The decor is cozy and very nice. The seating is comfy. They have actual menu items but they also have snack items too. The bite size chocolates in the case look yummy. If you want a quick coffee or a nice place to meet a friend this is it.

My husband and I just picked up a coffee on our way to vacation. It’s was so delicious! Their drinks are really sweet, so we always ask for 1/2 of the flavoring. Amazing coffees and espresso!!!

I adore this place! The staff is always friendly and willing to work with you if you have special needs or requests. For example, my drink was too sweet, so I asked if they could add espresso (which I obviously had to pay for), and they said no problem and offered alternative solutions as well so next time I can get my drink exactly the way I prefer it. The chocolate is also delicious and the atmosphere is wonderful. I spent about 6 (happy) hours in the Auburn Five Lakes a few days ago and no one batted an eye.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The French toast muffin was wonderful. I had her surprise me with my drink choice and I wasnt disappointed.

I got a drink and it didn’t taste right. They remade it for me, but left the tea bags in the cup and one whole teabag busted open and when I took the first drink I got a mouth full of tea leaves. I didn’t notice this until I had already left, I’m very upset, I paid for a drink and even got it remade because I wanted it to be the drink I know and love and know I cannot even drink it because this person left the tea bags in my iced tea and the teabags exploded.

My favorite place to go!! I have a dairy allergy so they always are extra careful and make sure to work around my allergens. The shop is always so clean and the workers are always so friendly. Not an atmosphere or quality of taste you can get anywhere else.
