Ordered an ice cream and watched as the worker who made it ate one of her own… the whole time she made and handled mine. Including when she went up to the counter to hand it to me

Scummy. Rude employees only would go here for gas

Went in to order a sandwich and 2 burgers, got sausage instead of burgers and food poisoning from the sandwich which resulted in me loosing hours at work because I had to go home never eating hot food there again

Ive been going to this particular Byrne Dairy store for years now. The employees are always respectful and the service is usually quick. The gas is cheap and the air is free, and when the weather is nice they have an ice cream window with a great selection.Best gas station youll find around, and the chocolate milk is to die for. With a Byrne Dairy gas card you get 10 cents off per gallon on any day of the week. I have this card and its very easy to use. Good store with all things considered.

This is not a establishment that cares about family.

Please fix your leaking and inefficient free air compressor. This evening It made more air leak out of two of my tires then I had to put in. I had to go somewhere else. Last week I stopped for canned tea which there was only 1 can and walked past three unmasked patrons without protective maskswaiting in numerous lines. You need a groundskeeper too.

The ice cream was amazing as always but we ordered a kiddie cone for our son and asked him to make it half the size, which he did. But when my 2 yr old dropping it before taking a bite. We brought it back to the window and asked if it could be remade . The man who had semi long dark hair, beard and glasses, told my husband he had to pay for another one. Ive been in customer service for 15 yrs and Im sorry but if someones drink fell on the ground, we remake it. Its good customer service. Especially since Ive paid full for half the cone I got. I was very disappointed in the way they handled it.

My fiance called the store at 820 pm and asked how long they made shakes. She was told until 10 pm. We walked all the way across town with the sole intention of getting a shake. We arrived at 920 pm and was told they were done making shakes for the evening. Needless to say I was very angry and honestly I will probably not patronize this store again.

People are friendly, subs and sandwiches are awesome for a fair price. Gas is usually average or pricy for non members but coffee is free on Tuesdays with the travelers mug, which is best to get not on Tuesday as it comes with a free fill anyways no matter what day you buy it! Great deal.

The place is disgusting outside. Hire someone to sweep!! And do it daily.Its really to bad because it could be a nice place to stop in the city of Auburn.

Amazing service and friendly employees

SHAME ON YOU BYRNE DAIRY!!! Monday July 23rd in the afternoon stopped to get my family some ice-cream while my husband fuled up the car. The cashier took my order and let the woman doing ice-cream what it was. The ice-cream woman didnt hear the order properly and became annoyed that I was still standing there waiting for the rest of my order. When I repeated what I had paid for she turned to the cashier screaming and yelling and poking her fingers in her face telling her that she she didnt give her the right order. I was standing right their, she was givin the proper order, I was standing right there. I was so disgusted my this unprofessional behavior that had been witnessed by several customers I requested to speak with management.... What a surprise, the rude ice-cream lady with straight brown long hair and unacceptable behavior WAS the manager!!! I contacted home office with a complaint and have not heard back. This manager that had been on told me if I had a problem I could call back Tuesday morning and speak with Tonya, who ever that is. Maybe I would of gotten farther that way, but the way she said it to me I didnt think so. So here a am doing my rounds on my various review sites... It would be wise to hear the complaints of your customers.

Recently renovated store which has a good selection of products. If its busy the parking lot becomes a nightmare.

Byrne dairy thinks people will come inside for gas receipt and therefore will buy something.wrong,I’ll go to fastrack from now on.what is the sense of having that service without the complete automation.stupid !!!

The people that usually do the ice cream are rude and disrespectful. I have had one of their staff roll their eyes at me ....if you dont want to serve customers then find a new job.
