They are the best unfortunately they were all of it most of there cookies

The customer service here is just outstanding. I planned very poorly for my wife’s birthday and walked in needing a cookie cake on the spot. The lady and gentleman working there dropped what they were doing and had a beautifully customized cookie cake ready for me in 15 minutes. Both were smiling and friendly despite the last minute imposition on their day. These are the kind of folks you want to do business with.

My family has ordered two cookie cakes in the past week. Staff is extremely rude. I went to get my cookie cake at 10:52 and the male staff member never spoke to me just looked up and stared at me. I asked if I had to come back after 11 while holding my 1 year old and he looked at me like I was an idiot and nodded yes. Came back to get my cookie and no one said a word to me all while looking completely annoyed by a customers presence.

The 2 guys working there just played rock-paper-scissors to see who would have to wait on me. Makes you feel really valued.

Awesome, friendly empoyees who are willing to go above and beyond to make sure you get the perfect cake!

Mistake made, manager called me and corrected the problem.

Called not even 24 hours before the party and they had me covered! Will use again!

Cookies were awesome. Got triple fudge, great deals, bought three got 2 free... Its located in the mall in Tiger town...
