Enjoyed Mylks Cookies for the first time today. Theyre open! Delicious!! They have made to order giant ice cream sandwiches, nutella filled cookies (delish!!), pb&j stuffed cookies, red velvet with filled buttercream and brookies (my fav, its half cookie/half brownie)!! I was really impressed by the selection, kindness of the owner and variety to settle my sweet tooth. Will have to make a trip back to keep supporting this sweet, family-owned business!!

I was really excited about this place being under new ownership. But I just paid for a burnt cookie from a store that specializes in cookies.. :(In terms of what you would normally pay for a cookie, it was certainly not a cheap one to be burnt.

Cookies were delicious and cookie dough was awesome. We were in the area for work and had a sweet tooth that needed satisfying. This place definitely came through and the staff was very friendly and patient as we were trying to decide what to get. Needless to say they made it very easy when they started bringing out fresh cookies from the back lol This place is a must try, One of my personal favs is the peanut butter and jelly cookie.

The cookies are the absolute best on the country! Delivery can be ordered through Tiger Town To Go or you can have a pick up order called in advance, but remember you have to pick them up. My orders are always FRESH and DELICIOUS. The owner bakes fresh cookies every morning, from scratch. They also have sandwich cookies that are incredible. Cookie Cakes, single layer and their specialty 6 LAYER Cookie Cake.

The cookies are delicious, but the customer service needs work. After informing the owner that it was my first time visiting, she didnt care to offer suggestions or help me figure out the best pricing structure (I was ordering for my office). After selling 12 cookies for $30, youd think shed crack a smile!

Walked into the place getting a gift and when the lady working started to put them into a bag i nicely asked if she could wrap them into a box if it wasn’t too much trouble. this was a huge mistake. she then continued to throw cookies into the box showing me that she had an attitude. the cookies are just eh and the tatted up woman working should be fired. i won’t be back

These cookies are awesome but I work in the service industry and I have to say the lady who works here is one of the reasons I will not go back. Ive never been made to feel like I was not wanted in a business more in my life. I am a very easy going person with a pretty simple cookie order. It just seemed like putting a cookie in a bag was too much to not do with a bad attitude.

***Under new ownership as of May 2019 Store reopened in June 2019. ***New owners, favorites cookies still are available. New store look and new items, like eatable cookie dough, new flavors of cookies etc.

After seeing all the reviews I was hesitant to go in fear of being met by rude employees but too my surprise it was a more than pleasant experience! I was greeted by someone who I believe her was name Rachel, she was friendly and smiling I bought 4 cookies and a jar for my brother and I and everything I’ve tasted so far has been delicious 10/10 would recommend.

My husband and I stop by Mylks a couple times a month for a cookie fix. He loves the caramel filled snickerdoodles and I love the chocolate chip cookie sandwich. They are consistent and always delicious. This is definitely one of my favorite places to go when I have a sweet tooth.

Mylks has some of the best cookies in Auburn. BUT customer service is severely lacking. Do not come in to Mylks with high customer service expectations, but know the poor service experience is worth a delicious treat.

Excellent food. However I like to think I am very easy to please but service was borderline aggressive. My trip was a while ago now so the service staff could be different now but be prepared in case.

These are the best home made cookies I have had in a long time. Need to get back to Aurburn more often to keep up with the changing menu.

Cookies are good and all, but dear lord. The owner is an absolute beast to deal with. When you come in the most she might say is what do you want and thats it. If I say thank you or good morning or how are you today, all I get back in return is a glare akin to a mad alley cat. No clue what her deal is on a personal level. She just seems to hate her customers.

The girl working the front with all the tattoos was SOO RUDE!! I was trying to get her opinion on the cookies and all she would answer was yes or no. The display in the fridge was very unorganized therefore I bought something I do not like! Instead of letting me exchange it for something I do like, they simply said no! My friend also had a hair in her cookie

The cookies are delicious, but the service is pathetic. I spent $50+ on 24 cookies and the least I expect is a thank you or a youre welcome from the staff. Instead, I got nothing in response. Not a word or an acknowledgement of appreciation for my business. It also wouldnt hurt if the staff came to work dressed in something besides their pajamas. Tons of room for improvement in the customer service department.

The cookies are good enough but the customer service is downright bad. My husband and I have brought our son here a handful of times and every single time the same woman is so off-putting. She isnt aggressively rude, she just makes you feel so uncomfortable that you want to leave. No greeting, no smile, no customer service at all. Working with the public isnt for everyone and theres nothing wrong with that but hire someone who can do that for you because clearly your reviews have taken quite a hit because of it. Nothing against her personally, I dont know her enough to insult her but, we definitely wont be back because of her specifically. We just felt too uncomfortable.

Unfriendly owner! When I first moved to Auburn as a freshman, I thought it would be a blast to work at a cookie shop. I was so excited when I got an interview here! One of the first questions the owner asked me was So why do you need this job? which I thought was a little inappropriate. I responded casually something like, To help my parents out and have some spending money. Furthermore, she asked mockingly Okay, so like your mani/pedi money, right? I nervously agreed- was she joking with me? She wasnt. She continued: I ask because we have employees here that need this job to pay rent, feed themselves, stay in school... they depend on this. Little did she know I was depending on it too. I didnt get the job. I was wearing a nice outfit, and an assumption was made about me that I was not enough in need. It was the most condescending conversation Ive had with a superior, and the most offended I have ever been in a professional setting.

I ordered a huge batch of cookies and rice krispy treats for an event and they encouraged a wonderful reaction from the students at the event! I was quite happy with the service and the taste and would definitely order from here again, especially since they allowed me to pick up my order before opening hours!!!

I own a taxi service so I deal with rude drunk people all the time but the lady that was working yesterday afternoon was prob the rudest person uv ever had to deal with!word of mouth goes a long way.u never know who is walking in your store or who he or she knows.this person needs to get out of dealing with the public asap she is going to run your customers away!

I absolutely love these cookies. The best ones around. The only other place around that I can go to get desserts this good is located all the way in Opelika and the hours suck. They are never overcoked, always consistent, and it doesnt matter what you get it will always be good! Ive had a lot of cookies from a lot of different places and no one else can compare! They cost about $2 a piece, but they are big and delicious so I really think thats reasonable. A few of the reviews have referred to an employee that wasnt that nice(In my opinion she is just quiet). If they would have been more observant they would have noticed she has cuts all over her arms. Have some compassion people! I dont know her story and neither do they. And if you dont go buy cookies here it may shut down and if that happens youll have to deal with people who are a lot meaner! People who cant get there cookie fix. I dont want to imagine that, its horrible!
