This is a obligate place to visit in Auburn. They are opened until 3am every day.The place is very small to eat there.This cookies should be eat warm!My favorite is cookies and ice cream!A good place to a sweet tentantion!

I understand limiting store capacity because of the virus, but the amount of time we had to wait outside in roughly 30 degree weather almost caused us to go elsewhere... and I really wish we had. Ive bought better chocolate chip cookies from Kroger in a pack of 25 for $2.50. Also I would have expected Praline Pecan ice cream to have more pecans and not be half melted before I even began to eat it. Only reason this isnt a 1 star rating is the cookies werent terrible. If you want better cookies go to Kroger, and for a cookie ice cream sandwich go to Brusters... and for the icing filled one, just get a double doozie from the cookie place in the mall. You could probably buy all three of those and still save money too.Oh, and they deliver but cant do to go orders? How does that even make sense?

The COOKIES are awesome!!!!! The staff is HORRIBLE!!!! I drive from Elmore County on a regular basis for these cookies seeing how this is the closest location to me. I’ve been to this location several times.... Each time, there has been different employees however, they ALL have had the same attitude which is extremely RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL!

I had an order for pickup, I sat in my car and waited for the pickup time. I was using the order tracking function and after 25 minutes past the pickup time, it still said “baking” so I went into the store. I waited in line and was told they were out of the cookies I wanted, they just sold out of them. I asked why they didn’t make my order before and was told they put orders together when someone arrives, what is the purpose then of pickup and tracking? They were even out of regular chocolate....how simple of a business model is it to bake cookies? They’re expensive cookies...you’d figure they’d have incentive to keep them available.Also, your delivery drivers have no right to park in the handicapped spots.

The gentleman tonight made me a loyal customer and deserves a raise! I ordered a specialty cookie and two others very close to closing time which needed to be made fresh so I waited out in my car. Upon my surprise I looked up shortly after and there he was walking down the sidewalk in the pouring rain to bring me my cookies. Great job!

Did an online order and 3 weeks later, the order still had not shipped. I had to really search to find a number to call and see what happened to the order. We never got an explanation or apology. We were told the credit card we be refunded in 3 to 5 days. Good cookies but terrible company to deal with. Very disapointed.

Overpriced cookies. People hyped it up. I tried a bunch of flavors, including the mint, macadamia, and the cookies and creme. I have to say it taste like a cookie. It is definitely soft and warm but thats because its served out of the oven. I would visit more often if the prices at least reflect the quality Im looking for. Like dont get me wrong, their cookies are fine. But like Id rather buy Pepperidge farm and reheat it in a small cookie oven. Where its 8 for 2.99 than 1 for 1.50

It took about 30 minutes to get my cookies (though i do live on the edge of their delivery area). The cookies were still soft and were a little warmer than room temperature. Super yummy though. Their storefront is less than fifteen minutes from my house. Just called, my deliver driver is biking to my apartment. The store needs to updates their delivery times to reflect their drivers speed. Its good that theyre employing bikers though.

Horrible delivery service. Got the wrong cookies once. Second time, the cookies never came. Called the next day and they said they would deliver them at 2 pm. Those never came either. Called and they said they didn’t have a driver that day. Absolutely ridiculous. Just make your own cookies.

Not only did i sit & wait for my delivery order for almost 30 mins just to call and check on it and my cookies were still at the store then the manger told me it’ll be another 30-45 mins before i got my cookies i paid for i would’ve been better off if they told me they were having long delivery times instead they lacked very poor customer service and lost a customer!

Friday night at 8:00 pm. Didn’t have the first three types of cookies I requested. Very nice at saying “sorry, we are out of those”. Very bad at managing demand. Left without buying anything.

Told my cookies would take 35-45 minutes, but were still “baking” two hours later and had no update on my tracking.The location is 5 minutes down the road. I ended up cancelling my order and getting a refund. I understand being short staffed, but two hours is a bit ridiculous, and I wish that the time would’ve been better communicated.

Absolutely horrible. my roommate and i just ordered cookies and it took almost two hours to arrive. 6 cookies. but whatever we got them. THEN we go up to our DORM ROOM and IMAGINE OUR SURPRISE when they don’t even GIVE US 2 OF OUR COOKIES. i DO NOT RECOMMEND it’d be faster to BUY COOKIE MIX and BAKE YOUR OWN COOKIES. id give 0 stars if possible.

Highly appreciate the service and staff of this location. The staff was friendly and I respect the decision to turn away those without a mask, as this is the first time Ive actually seen it enforced at any form of store Ive been to. As someone whose experienced family loss due to covid-induced symptoms, I love to see the policy upheld.

DO NOT ORDER from here! I ordered 6 cookies, and after two hours of them not arriving (on a Tuesday night- not even a weekend), I tried to call over and over again. By midnight, I finally had to go to bed and the next morning, I come to find my order was never even delivered, no phone call, no email, NOTHING. When I spend that much on cookies, I expect to actually receive them OR be refunded.. Still am not able to get in contact with anyone about my issue because they wont answer the phone.

My address is exactly 5ft outside their delivery zone... if they are going to advertise delivery, maybe they should have a delivery range that goes just a little bit further than the dorm halls. Will be buying cookies from Walmart from now on.

My experience was absolutely horrible. We ordered cookies last night for delivery, and they never showed up!! We called and called...no answer every time. After waiting 4 hours for them (the tracker still said they were on bake by the way), we gave up. Customer service finally emailed us back and is giving us a refund and a cookie coupon. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. This was my first time ordering from this place, but never again.

Worst service ever. After 30 minutes of waiting I get an email saying I have to call because there was a problem. After waiting on hold for 10 minutes I’m told they have no delivery people and the store tells me they called me which they never did. Not sure why it took 30 minutes for them to realize they had not delivery people and why they couldn’t just call me and tell me when they had my contact information.

Don’t waste your time here. Sat in line for over 20 mins to have them tell me they only take cash... won’t be going back!

If there is going to be a multiple hour delay on a small order of cookies going 5 minutes down the road, maybe clarify that before someone puts in an order. Poor customer service, sub par cookies and a waste of time.

We ordered cookies first thing in the morning from here for a 1p.m. arrival time, and they never arrived. We called and were put on a corporate hold for 20 min. Then they said the cookies were on their way (1:30p.m.). We waited 30 more minutes and the location is only 4 minutes from our house. They still never arrived. We called and canceled and that took us and additional 20 mins to do that.

I see a lot of bad reviews on service and time for delivery...I cant say much since both times I ordered I did it hours earlier at work to have them delivered shortly after I get home. Which, honestly, I love being able to do ahead of time easy unlike most delivery services.Prices are a bit high, but I always look for and use deals. And when they arrived....oh man, were they delicious. Ive actually seem people complain they were still soft and warm. How? They literally melt in your mouth. Id say worth $2 at normal price even though they arent huge. Go buy those cheap Grandma cookies or a pack of oreos if you just wanna eat a cookie for the sake of it

I ordered a cookie delivery at 930 pm. It said 30-40 delivery. 2 hours later, 2 calls trying to reach the store and being on hold for over an hour between the calls, they couldnt tell me when the order would be delivered. They kept telling me they were going to be going out for delivery. The delivery person was even at the apartment complex and left without delivery of the cookies!!

It was 8:30 on a Friday night and my little girl’s icecream from dinner got eaten by a family member while she was getting ready for bed. She was so upset. I wanted to end our night on a good note. I remembered seeing this cookie store downtown that night and was excited to discover they deliver.I ordered six cookies for our family and an icecream for her. While waiting I read reviews and was waiting to have to wait a long time. Ten minutes after ordering I get a call from the store telling me my order was ready with the exception of one cookie flavor. They offered to bake me one if I wanted to wait or substitute another one and be on their way. I chose to substitute, and ten minutes later they were at my door with warm cookies and cold Icecream. My daughter loved her cookie dough icecream and my husband and I enjoyed breaking off a few pieces of cookie to try (so warm and good. Crunchy on the edges, but nice and soft/gooey in the middle) before making ourselves save them for the kids to enjoy tomorrow. FAST delivery, and a really good bad decision to make late at night.

This was my second time ordering delivery. We live not even 5mins from the place and it took well over an hour both times. Fine, I can be patient, Im never in a hurry, otherwise I would just go in. Well tonight I ordered, took over an hour and the person rang the doorbell and ran. Have it on video bc well its 2020. I literally got right up. Person left the cookies sitting on the ground. What if I hadnt heard the bell on the first ring? My cookies would just be sitting there. Im going to stop tipping during online checkout, thats ridiculous.

I love insomnia cookies and they are very good!! I also understand that this new location is very busy, especially in this college town! But I ordered some cookies at 10:30 pm and for them to be delivered at 12:30 am (so I ordered 2 hours ahead). I also respected their possible up to 55 minute delivery time, but when it was around 1:45 am I called to see if I would be getting my cookies and they said i’d be next out whenever a driver is available. It is now 2:15 am and they close at 3, and my cookies haven’t even been picked up by a driver (I tracked them). I don’t ever leave reviews but this was kind of annoying. I suppose I won’t be getting my cookies tonight so they will just deliver tomorrow or I won’t get them at all? idk. All I can say is the cookies are great but go inside to pick them up or make sure you order at-least 4 hours ahead bc tonight I wasted my money, waited a long time, and didn’t even get them.
