Plenty of parking. Easy to find the store. Lots of different type of crafts to do. I’ll kinds of fall decorations Christmas decorations paints T-shirts models artificial flowers anything you need or want to do for crafting. The staff was friendly and helpful. This place is absolutely huge and has more than just crafts etc. The sewing and art departments are very large and comprehensive as far as having excellent selections. There is an extensive floral area and they also have some furniture and home decorations. This store is worth a visit and just might have whatever you need.

On the receipts it doesn’t show what each item is, and instead shows what department. So you have no way of knowing what each item is.Because of this, I accidentally thought I was charged twice for an item. While it ended up being my mistake, their customer service was awful about it. Sandi and the front end manager (the older woman with the glasses) acted like I was trying to steal $10 from them personally. When the store manager looked up the receipt, and explained my mistake- his customer service wasn’t any better. The boomers here need a lesson in customer service. The young low level employees (like the ones that originally rang me up or rang me up after) are more than qualified to show them how they should treat customers. They don’t act snooty or rude and are always pleasant.I shop here regularly because it’s close, but maybe I should be driving to Augusta or South Portland instead.For a company that preaches Christianity, they may want to teach their more senior employees what love and compassion mean.

I got some great bulky yarn. There yarn was 30% off. They have such beautiful furnishings and pictures.

Wow, this store has everything !! I bought some stocking suffers, secret Santa gifts and Thanksgiving and Christmas items today. All holiday items were 50% today making it even more fun !!

I love their products and awesome store huge selection but the sale signs are so confusing and everything you think is on sale isnt. I check online and the items I bought were half off online just not in store? asked manager for price fix but refused to fix even after showing screenshots of exact items online and I just returned the items. I think items need to be marked clearly bc past few times I been in there I think what Im buying is a sale item and apparently its not so I think Im just getting ripped off so I wont be going there until I know the sale signs and items are CLEARLY LABELED AS SALE ITEMS. most workers are nice but not all. Maybe if I have a better experience I can update my review but as of now Im pretty dissatisfied and not sure if when or even if I will shop there again.

Love it got the help I needed while shopping got a few cool thing they really have a little bit of everything.

They have arts and crafts that I literally need for my job. But championed the personhood doctrine that allows businesses (which are intangible, un-jailable, and immortal) to go around acting like theyve got rights and convictions like people (who are famously corporeal, jailable, and mortal)

The only negative that I can see is that the store is an hour away from me! Id definitely be a regular customer otherwise.

Went there for address numbers. Had none, but display a ton of really creative accessories and decorative items.

As I walked in, I asked an employee where I could find Cinco De Mayo decorations. I was pointed directly to them. The store was clean and the employees were helpful. The cashier was pleasant as well. There was so much to look at, I could get lost for hours in there.

I love that they have spiritual items available. I wish they had better signage for different departments though. Im disabled, so I didnt want to have to walk all over the entire store to find what I was looking for. They do have a large selection of many craft items.

Lots of cheaply made meh stuff. Ok for craft items which is why two stars. Mostly decorative items for the home. It you want what everyone else has this is your place. They start selling Christmas stuff in June.

The people were not especially helpful but this place is amazing for creators. This is the only one in southern Maine I think and just awesome. Buy all your knobs and handles here- forget Lowes.

The Good - when you need craft supplies for a childs school project or your own hobby, you can find most common items. With the coupons and sales, prices are reasonable.The Bad - most every home decor item is a cheap replica made in China. If one were to simply spend a little time in the local flea markets or antique malls, you would find authentic items that look so much better. But if you dont care, then a fair amount of the items do look Ok.

Wow, not your typical craft store as they sell more eclectic decor than craft supplies. You can find clocks, pictures, paintings, oversized letters, knobs/pulls, indoor/outdoor furniture, fake flowers, vases, candles, and more. I cant help but think of China, as all decorations are reproductions of various styles..

I do not know about other locations, but this one was a very good place in 2018. The polymer clay isle is almost empty, You wont find anyone that knows about tecniques and would be willing to help. Employees would walk by you without even looking at you or say a word. Only an older lady was of some help. Great corporation do not care much about service, but customers look for a place to be inviting and we appreciate people with a good attitude this place totally lack of, if not for a very nice cashier we met before leaving. My suggestion would be to hire motivated people, that know something about Art!!! 2 stars just because I am a craft person, but please improve this place!!!

I didnt know just how much stuff they sell! It was so great but almost overwhelming in the best way possible. The staff there was really helpful and friendly they were able to answer my questions and show me where certain product was so I didnt have to search everywhere!

Good sales.We got a bunch of stuff we needed to redecorate a room for a decent discount.

Has some nice things. Its mostly overpriced junk, but I like the selection of beads. Not nearly enough plus sized sewing patterns. Also theres literally never an employee around, and if there is, they dont really know a whole lot about diy or arts and crafts.

Got some coin holder books for my collection at a good price.

I tried to run into the store at 7:50, I knew exactly what I wanted and had just drove 30 minutes to get to the store, I was rudely welcomed by 7 employees telling me that I can’t come in and they just couldn’t lock the doors. Mind you I could have been in and out if one of these employees helped me by the time they closed but instead it was like the armed guard blocking me from going into the store. Will be my last encounter there.

Id rather bathe in bacon grease and jump in a hole with hungry rats than go back here again.

First off I have to say I love this store, but they lack good customer service, I believe I talked with the store manager, who was very cocky. I was calling because I had been charged for 2 items when I only had one. This person told me there was nothing he could do, pretty much told me to stick it and hung up on me. I can’t say I will return to this located as I have never had any experience like this one before. When I went I was looking for something I couldn’t find, trying to track an employee was very difficult. Passed by a few before I was looking for this item and they don’t even greet you or anything. Prices can be very ridiculous, so an experience like this is very Appalling

I have been there several times. Like it very much.

Worth checking out and lots of selection, prices are reasonable. They dont honor competitor coupons, but they do offer descent coupons of their own. You wont find any Halloween items due to their beliefs but plenty of Christmas and Thanksgiving, even as early as August.

This store is not for artists.It is very well stocked with all sorts of items for hobbiests but the quality supplies that true artists need are not here. The most frustrating is that the employees are not skilled in the departments where they are working. You are unable to get real assistance. They never know the products enough to answer questions, they simply stock and sell them. The brands they market as being the high end options are not quality products. Im very disappointed that this is our only local option for artist supplies.

As long as you dont mind the charities they support its a great place to shop and great discounts.

Staff member rudeness on exiting was a surprise & will be addressed on next occurrence - during these especially challenging times WE NEED TO STRIVE TO DO BETTER ALL AROUND....so take a breath and relax, put a smile on or walk away and have a break? something to eat/drink? or whatever.

Usually shopping here is terrific and employees are pleasant. Today was the exact opposite. Horrible!!!! When checking out my cashier, Jane J., not only carelessly tossed the merchandise into the bag (jewelry/charms and other breakables I was going to use for gifts) but was rude when I questioned if certain items were on sale when she was scanning. I was told to read the signs and the weekly add more carefully. In the end, due to her impatience, she had double charged me for some items, not charged for others, voided wrong items then said the total ($63) looked wrong and to go wait in the return line.After 15 mins waiting, the other cashier tried to figure out the mess that “Jane J” had started. Not only did the manager have to come over but I had to go back to retrieve some of the voided items from the other register (Jane J. had since left). At this point I was so fed up I had them void the whole order. I ended up without gifts and wasting about 1 1/2 of my time. All because a cashier needs retraining in customer service. I have worked with the public for 30 years and would be fired for acting this way. Very disappointed ☹️!!!
