They had everything I needed the service was fast friendly n the store was clean.. loved how I could just pick the balloons I needed as they were already filled and waiting. Was in n out even tho there was a lil line. This store by far is the nicest Dollar Tree I have been in . Great job guys

Checkout line was so long that we celebrated my daughters 12th and 13th birthday while in line. Cashier was nice and everything is a buck so really not complaining.

I normally go on the weekends in the afternoon, lots of people shopping. This store is busy most of the time, at least when Im there. I choose to believe they are busy and understaffed instead of lazy. The store always looks like its been picked over and needs to be stocked up. Cant say Ive had bad visits but have left without making a purchase because of lack of product. Staff have never been rude or anything like that, just the stocking of shelves.

Great place to waste time & find random items you didnt even realize you wanted until u saw it!Items that would cost u 2-10x or more at somewhere like Fred Meyer; like candles, pic. frames, like notebooks & stationary, ALWAYS has tons of Seasonal & Holiday stuff, TONS of relatively decent, off-brand household cleaning supplies.&Their stock CONSTANTLY CHANGES! Ive even found TOOLS once there& bought 3 things i had kept an eye out for probably 2yrs & THE $ STORE had the absolute IDEAL mini-tools had been looking for; including an even BETTER 1 than I originally had that cost me over $20!and uh, completely unrelated but, well- not saying this as a first hand experience/account, but, I KNOW for a FACT that this place is BONKERS easy to steal from- Ive seen it & heard it numerous times, lmfao.. Sorry, google reviews & $ Tree! Im just leaving an HONEST review here! AND 5*s!

Its a Dollar Tree. People complaining about trivial things shouldnt shop here. While it is true that they are always short-staffed and the lines can get long, and it it true that the place looks a little trashed as the day grows late, they have a decent variety of products at decent prices. While its also true that the cashiers run hot and cold, why wouldnt you just deal with it if it saves you money so you can take care of your family? I can deal with a few not-so-perfect situations if it helps keep my family healthy and happy. Its a Dollar Tree folks!

Came here to get party supplies and walked out with party supplies. I wish I could say my experience contained more excitement or spontaneity, but it did not.

This is the worst dollar tree I have ever been to !!! Them workers are miserable & treat customers horrible :( Its dirty, unorganized and always out of stock of things !!! I literally watched a lazy worker demand an elderly woman remove her items from the basket so he could have an easier job ringing it across the register I was baffled!!! Talk about disrespect and horrible customer service!!! TOM WAS HIS NAME. HE SHOULDNT HAVE A JOB WORKING W CUSTOMERS HE IS SO UNPLEASANT

Just as busy as any other dollar tree. Their stock goes quick and since its typically packed the store isnt very neat and clean. Other than what you can expect at all Dollar Trees, this one has no extra complaints. The staff does the best than can without having attitudes or being rude!

Today was a moderately stocked for first time in a while. One checker as usual :( Not as good stuffs as one in Federal Way but okay.

I like this location it is always clean and organized.

It has a lot of really cheap stuff specially for school projects also house cleaning supplies candies balloons etc. Staff is friendly. They dont have public restrooms and to use shopping carts you have to pay 25 cents 😉

Good for crafting, cleaning supplies and toys your toddler will destroy anyway. This location is always a mess. Staff is generally nice but you can tell theyre overworked.

Love the employees at this store! They struggle with a lot of issues but never fail to welcome me in every morning as I go to buy ice. Sometimes the stocking hasnt been done but its hard to find graveyard help. Everybody is always so helpful and accommodating. They do a decent job of keeping it as clean as they can but always so busy.

Staffing arguments with checkers swearing at each other and customers, with one staffer walking away from their checkstand abandoning everyone. Manager told everyone in that line to go to lane 4, which was empty and unstained. Nobody came to help. I asked the manager if they were going to open it up. Nope, they didnt care, screw you.This usually a good store, but open hostility between staff and managers swearing at each other and using customers as pawns- that store needs a full reset of staffing.

I love the dollar tree! You can find some of the cutest glass bowls with lids, and I love their solar lights. Best deals ever!

There was an African-American woman with white and black hair as the cashier. She was the nicest cashier ever; it made me smile standing in line watching her have such happy conversation with every person who went through her line. Definitely coming back to see her again.

My husband and I visited this location and received horrible service from one of their employees named Tamika who was extremely rude when asked for assistance in the balloon area; she was beyond unprofessional and had a horrible attitude. She needs a job working from home, away from the public. Horrible attitude, horrible customer service. The other ladies were pleasant.

Today... stock on everything was very limited they only had 3 checkout cashiers and one really long line but other than that it was really good experience.

I have been to a better and worse Dollar tree locations and the only problem I ever find with this one is that it cant stay stocked on its products... But otherwise its a Dollar Tree :) and we all love them being around!

What a pig sty. Unorganized, filthy, empty shelves. The carpet was so stained in places, it looked like you were walking on a oil drilling rig after they struck oil.Find another store to shop!

Shelves were a little barren (virus issues). Nice staff, laughed at all my feeble attempts at humor.

Great place to find stuff for a Buck... What else can I say? Other than the honey isnt real..its gross and just sugar and flavoring in a sick sauce. Buy real honey and support our honey bees and farmers. Other great deals there though. For example one item I could get is only a buck but at another store it was $7! So... Not only was the store dirty, with items all over the floors but also with pee on the floor. I also had to deal with Cindy who was rude to my Daughter and called her he 2 times after I corrected her. Then refused to let me buy something I forgot because I didnt want to walk back through the store to grab it with the bags in my hands. So I sent my daughter to grab it so not to be accused of steeling. I have worked retail for 20 years and she just made my weekly trip a never will I be coming back.

It says it close at 10pm, and thats a lie i when at 925pm and it was closed.

Customer service is very cashier dependent some are very nice and some seem a little burnt out, the things you can find are surprising from snacks to the glassware, I just suggest you keep your purchases simple, the more complex items like wires and tools usually leave you in regret shortly after purchase but if its simple it should do wonders.Plan to spend some time in line especially closer to and on holidays it will be jam packed if youd like to be in and out either head there in the morning or before closing.Due to the recent poverty wave in this area bring a quarter to deposit for the shopping cart, the area is monitored by a security guard but I would still be prepared for Seattle-level alertness.

Its not open yet but there is gonna be a Brand new Dollar Tree on Lea hill, in same parking lot as the The Seasons apartments. The location is huge, and its the perfect spot. I cant wait for it to open?

Dirtiest dollar tree in Washington i swear it. Not to mention how unfairly they treat new employees.Myself and 2 others got in trouble for money missing at different times. They have a money automatic money counter for counting down tills. Now Ive been a cashier for 6 years and my till and counting has never been wrong except this place?Kinda funny if you ask me.

So many opened food packages laying around. Trash everywhere. Unfriendly cashiers. Would give it a zero out of five if possible.

Its a Dollar Tree so you kind of know what you will get. Most items are just $1 or if not inexpensive. The store is normally more organized earlier in the day but later after things get busy it can get a bit messy and disorganized. The quality of most things is fair to cheap. You can get a number of basic items for less than you would pay at the Grocery stores. Also if you are planning a birthday party on the cheap its a good place to go.

Pay to use a cart! I need my quarter to be able to pay what I bought. Seriously!!! Who does that. Not coming here again.

I love the Dollar Tree. The variety of products is really good. Everytime I have been in the store, the workers are courteous, friendly, and helpful. You can expect long lines, but if you check the web site, it gives you the peak hours. I have only found two or three things that I was not satisfied with. Overall, I recommend that you check it out and see for yourself.

Great items at a great price. Large store & good selection, but the lines get SO LONG! With most stores if there are the or more people in line, then you call for an additional cashier. At this store theres been 10+people in line & no additional cashiers were called.

They have a good amount of product but oh my lordddd are the cashiers the slowest . Don’t shop at this one if you aren’t ready to wait 30 min in line. Better off at the one in federal way

Stand dollar store fair. Not the best, but certainly worth a stop for the cheaper stuff real quick. Good for party supplies or other disposable stuff of limited value.

It was okay, However there was no customer service at all had no eye contact there wasnt a hello a good bye...and Thank You is and was out of the question!! Customer service these days is almost extinct let alone good Customer service!! Great place to get stuff for cheap that you must have right now. But I suspect this place is known for its slow moving long lines. Get more cashiers! These lines get long when only one or two people are working the registers. Seriously! Get these lines moving and shorter!

This place does try to keep up with recovery and customers just dont care about keeping this a nice place. It seems like turn over is there issue here. One cashier at the time, I am understanding and know its not the cashiers fault other people cant make it to work. Has for having to pay for carts, I see why they do this, so much homeless around im sure you dont want to see these carts everywhere. They have always been helpful when im looking for something, one associate went to the back to get more more! Thank you

A complete mess in there. It seems obvious that they are over stocking there shelves to the poing where everything is on top of its self. Broken glass in multiple areas and open/eaten food around the store as well. I know its a dollar store and people cant expect much but have some pride in your business. I wont be going back there. Ive seen others and they are in great care... Not this one!

I buy baby shower things here. Seriously, I use it once and it more or less gets tossed. So why would I spend a ridiculous amount of money! Dollar tree has some really cute things for those. Matching plates, cups, napkins, etc.... kids craft things... I wouldnt buy food from here though.....

Dirtiest Dollar tree store ive ever been in is in North Auburn Washington I travel everywhere for work and have seen many. This by far was the most discusting. Parents get control of your children as well. Running loose making more messes and leaving it. Still the store is gross. Dollar Tree HQ needs to stop by one weekend un announced.

It is just ok. The 1 in Milton is way more cleaner and put together. This store all ways has stick out on the floor.

That was one of the worst dollar trees that Ive been in the shelves were empty the lines were long it took 20 minutes just to check out it was horrible I dont understand why they cannot keep their shelves stocked on a weekly basis they get a shipment every week but the shelves are bare every week I dont understand that?

My mom and I were there and checking out. The lady in front of my mom got rude with her for putting her stuff on the belt. Bad words that I wont repeat on here BUT NOT one of their workers told the lady to stop, or to quiet down. She aslo did this for about 5 mins while she was paying for her stuff and leaving. She was calling my mom the C word in FRONT of my 4 year old son. My mom isnt a person to yell back or name call back and didnt want to snoop down to her level of disrespect. We both will be calling district and letting them know. Also we both wont be going back to that dollar tree. This happened today about 12:15pm.

Edit:Recently the person was friendlier with my family, but took multiple months for this to take effect. That person is now working for another store down the road, but my trust in Dollar Tree is still shaky since they allowed their employee to treat us like that for so long.We have been to Dollar Tree more since shes been gone, but we are still hesitant ever time. 3 stars will do for now.My mother was denied service from an employee at this location and my mom didnt do anything to this person. When the manager was told this, she stated this employee can refuse to serve anyone she does not want to. We contacted Dollar Tree and they will not respond. My family does not feel welcome at this location anymore and feel disrespected for these unprovoked actions.

Long lines form quick because they are always under staffed. Large employee turn around due to low wages. Always hiring.

Slow, the line is usually 15 minutes long, one cashier and three people in the office. I personally like Covingtons location better, its bigger, cleaner and so much faster.

Store was messy and didnt have the item I went there to get. Also I disabled and they told me to go find a shopping cart out among the cars. I cant be on feet or upright very long and needed the cart both to lean on and for my items as arthritis and injury keep me from using a hand carry basket.
