Nice selection in the early hours between 4am and 6am. during the week. Big business will clean this place out before 8am. Saturday is when you get the good stuff until 9am. Sundays you haft to get in before the good Lords people go to there Churches. So depending on what time you get up, determines what you get. I had never had a problem with any of the staff or any of the food served. Even the coffee smells great when you walk in. 5 stars is less than I would want to give this place.

Went there this morning, no muffins. Bought scones instead. It was okay. Reason for two stars because the last two times I went there, they were always out of something. First time I visited this store it was great and I would have given it 5 ⭐. After that, it was one disappointment after another.

Really great donuts and super nice people. They’re open later than online says, I was there around 330pm on Thursday, Jan 21, neon “open” sign on & everything. Ordered 2 boxes of a dozen donuts and received an extra 2 in each box, which was very kind. Brought both to work early next morning and everyone really enjoyed them, even just based on the selection in the boxes people were happy with the options compared to other big chain donut shops i could name. Someone said the apple cider donut was the best they’ve ever had, and that compliment came from a very good chef/biscuit maker. This place is awesome!

Used to be a regular. Loved the customer service most of all LOVE the donuts!!Today I got there at 715am, the person(man) in the back was rude.They were out of maple bars, chocolate bars, regular chocolate donuts and glaze and blueberry cake donuts.Left and went to donut star.

So great place for donuts, not all donuts. However the blueberry cake donuts are the best donut in the state. The service is on point. Ping in is a bit tough, but well worth it.

I went late in the afternoon and was surprised they still had donuts. This place has awesome donuts. My church buys from them. Love the raspberry filled powdered sugar covered bar which they were out of. Got 2 chocolate covered chocolate donuts. I want more!!! Drooling.

This place has amazing donuts. This isnt another random donut shop where the donuts are shipped to them and they dont actually make their own donuts. As soon as you walk in you can smell the bakery and you know the donuts are made here. Dont bother supporting the other donuts shops. Support a real bakery.

If I could give this place less stars I would. This place has gone down hill tremendously since the new owners took over. I called repeatedly and was hung up on over and over. I called to check on availability on donuts. Was told they had it, got there and then was told that they didnt have it. I dont know what illegal thing they are running but if you pay cash that you dont give you a receipt. This is very disappointing. The previous and long time owners were amazing. They cared about their customers. Unless they change their ways here they will be out of business in no time.

The best scones I have ever had and great people. Get there early if you want scones though, they sell out daily. I have been there a couple of times and they were out but everything else is awesome too so you will not be disappointed.

This place is super unclean. As you walk in their factory is super dirty and looks like it’s been greased out everywhere there’s a dirty high chair also this place just has to be cleaned. Doesn’t need to be remodeled if they don’t want to invest in that but at least a deep clean. Until then I won’t be coming here

There was a homeless guy sleeping right by the front door and they were out of almost everything at 930am on a Thursday. Had coffee here once too and it was super weak and flavorless, maybe if you like to sit and drink 4 cups that might be fine. Wont be back since you can get donuts pretty much everywhere.

Family that owns/runs it are absolutely fabulous!!! Always kind and considerate. I ran late picking up an order, and they actually stayed just so i could pick some up. Also many times they are more than generous with a xtra doughnut or coffee, not to mention their scones are outta this world!!!

The BEST donuts in the city. Customer service is great, always so nice to my kids when we come in. We recommend getting the cinnamon twist donut and have them dip it in chocolate and sprinkles. Its the best donut Ive ever had.

Nice casual little place. Never heard the owners curse, a lot of time they seem to speak in their own language, they dont particularly engage the customers. But their donuts are good, fresh made, you can watch as they do it and they dont seem to mind. A lot of people come in just to talk to each other, occasionally the owner.

The owners are very nice and hard-working. They also have the best bear claw donuts filled with alot of delicious apple filling !! Great little donut shop! The service is wonderful and the donuts are delicious. I even left something important there accidentally and they made sure to set it aside and save it for me when I came back, they are all around amazing!!

First time there. Heard it was the best donut place in Auburn. I was surprised to see slim pickings at 8:30 in the morning. Also, 1/3 the people in the shop were obvious transients. One of which was very rude and disrupting. Little kids and their parents were on edge. Donut Factory was a little too enabling giving them free coffee and free donuts. The demanding one even took the last coffee cake. Probably wont go back.
