Fantastic service-so appreciate the nice you lady working the drive through Sunday Nov 3 2019 around 2pm CST. Obligingly took care of patrons who were purchasing donuts through the drive through, a car full of young children. This place is conveniently located, ample parking, delicious Krispy Kreme donuts, and as mentioned above, excellent staff.

So I was excited to receive an email about a promotion they was having for 5$ glazed dozen. I already promised my coworkers I would go out my way to get donuts for them. Well look behold, they are having technical difficulties with the original glazed donuts and are not serving them. Not even a substitute flavor. I asked to see if they would offer a rain check since this is not my fault thier machine was down. The cashiers manager said absolutely NOT! Great customer service you guys!!! Fix yall raggedy machine.

Great for hot chocolate and donuts but didnt like the service I received. Went to get valentines day special donuts the other day. Asked for 4 different varieties but when I got into my car I found couple of same donuts and a variety missing. Also, the valentines day special donuts didnt look anything close to their ads or pics (I have shared the pic). Just lazy employees who HATE working at Kripy Kreme!!!!

The donuts were good though we ordered 2 glazed and 2 chocolate and only received 1 glazed.My spouse ordered a Large regular coffee the coffee was so burnt that it looked like rust in a cup once cream was added. UNACCEPTABLE!On the wall was a Krispy Kreme plaque and there was/is dust an inch thick on the top and face of the frame.

Got a dozen donuts this afternoon and when I got home I noticed it smelt and tasted like mold. Do not recommend this Krispy Kreme.

Wow...... this establishment is a disgrace to the Krispy Kreme name. They charged me $8.98 for six donuts and then I had a ten dollar gift and it somehow only covered $3 of that and I tried to explain to then it was ten but they didn’t care or understand. Also when I was ordering I had to repeat myself SIX times and she took my full order each time and every time there was a different donut that they had run out of at 10 in the morning. Very dissatisfied and disappointed will not be returning to this Krispy Kreme ever again.

Went inside to order. There was only one person taking orders and she was only taking the drive thru orders. I used to come here often but since they don’t have any people to work there that sucks. 6/19/21

If I could leave zero stars, I definitely would! Just left this location 11/27/20 at 4:21pm. I ordered 2 coffees, a hot & cold which was confirmed at the speaker. My total was $7.06. I get to the window, the guy at the window gives me the wrong total, order, & sizes after waiting for them for 12 mins. The drive thru cashier rudely said nothing, just threw the coffee in the trash & walked away. I had to blow my horn to get his attention then demanded a refund due his rudeness & horrible customer service! No one apologized or anything. Wont be coming back to this location at all.

I mean, its Krispy Kreme. Its good 99% of the time! They make the donuts fresh, in the store. You can watch them make them. The kids will be entertained. They can get free hats. Itll probably be the best

Long after the CDC has recommended masks be worn by all in public places, they continue to not be social distancing or wearing masks and gloves. One donut had to be added at the window and she added it with her bare hand while handling filthy money. We were afraid to eat the dozen we bought. Absolutely disgusting! Management needs to be doing all they can to boost consumer confidence in the safety of their product.

They constantly run out of items while every donut taste like straight oil. Trash

I mean its Krispy Kreme whats not to love about doughnuts am I right?The staff are friendly and quick with orders. However this location is plagued with issues. Frequently they open an hour late, or they dont open the lobby for orders only opening the drive through only. All of this really slows service down and back the drive through up into the mall parking lot. I dont know if its equipment issue or staff issue. I know covid has hurt a lot of businesses, so I hope the issues are resolved quickly.

I love Krispy Kreme and am so glad we have one here locally now. I have never had a bad experience at this KK. When the hot sign is on you only get glazed donuts that are super fresh. I also would like to add that they have great coffee as well! Sometimes I stop by just for a coffee! My favorite is a hot vanilla latte! It tastes better than Starbucks, in my opinion! Keep up the great work, Krispy Kreme!

Piss poor services from store supervisor. If the hot light is on, you will receive COLD doughnuts. Whats the point of the HOT light?Requested hot doughnuts right off the belt instead received brink doughnuts.If you want your hot doughnuts, you might want try another location.

Its absolutely amazing how often theyre out of one thing or another. Apple fritters? Dont even bother. Theyre always out.And if they run out of donut holes they resort to cutting up plain glazed donuts and selling the chunks to you without bothering to mention it. Contrary to what whoever decided that was ok thinks, the donut holes and the glazed donuts are two different things. I actually personally dont care for the plain glazed donuts, so when I order donut holes, thats what I want. If youre out, just tell me youre out. Unfortunately, Im very, very used to it at this point.On the positive side of things, most of the staff are quite friendly, and there are days when they actually put forth effort towards making you happy when theyre out of something. I wish I had gotten the name of the awesome girl that served me on one of the days they were out of apple fritters (but were willing to make some, which most of the time they wont bother). She checked on me several times, offered me a free drink, etc. I declined the extras, but just the bit of EFFORT made all the difference. Only reason this is a 3 star review instead of two.

I really love Krispy Kreme. This one is really nice. I love the design of the interior. Its very modern and clean. All the staff were absolute sweethearts. Ill definitely be back, and not just because their donuts are my weakness.

Order donuts from this location on a regular basis and the quality is very poor. I have tried to call, no one answers the phone. Tried to post a picture of the pathetic donuts I got through the drive thru, the picture won’t post. Terrible customer service!

The reason they are out of certain donuts sometimes is due to mechanical failures with the fryer or other appliances. The staff arent really to blame for this and they work extremely hard to please the customer and fix the problem as fast as they can. Their donuts are superior quality and I always have a great experience.

The Auburn Krispy Kreme is horrible, waited too long and employees at window took too long running around franticly looking for our order. The worst part was they messed up our order( cold, not fresh, and wrong donuts). Called back to tell them and they wanted us to come back up there. Problem is it is too far to make another trip back. I am never going back!

The order was placed & paid for a day ahead so it would be ready for pickup at 8:15a. (3dz donuts and 2 coffee brew box)It wasnt ready until 8:43a and there were no napkins, Equal, or Sweet and Low.

Its Krispy Kreme what more to say! Even if you dont eat them, if you are riding by, and a large neon HOT sign is on, GO GET ONE! It will melt in your mouth and it is something everyone must try once!

Got some eclipse donuts today which were good, but the lady taking orders inside was RUDE, I ordered two dozen donuts and coffee. She takes my order no coffee she waits on three other people still no coffee, do ask for it and she tells me with attitude that shes working on it. A couple prettier later she guess and pours it. It wasnt being while I waiting because I watched the drive through person get coffee from it.

Great little joint where you can watch the manufacturing of standard glazed donuts. Very good selection and nice atmosphere.

This place is clean and quick very helpful and friendly we have had several fundraisers from our church we have used this place to redeem some of our coupons it is clean and nice and the people go out of their way to help you I would recommend this Krispy Kreme anywhere the donuts are very tasty and the help is awesome so if youre looking for a place to either raise money for your church or a place just to sit down and have some tasty treats theyre awesome oh yeah the coffee is also amazing they will help you any way they can as a matter of fact we took her coupon for 12 dozen Krispy Kreme donuts and upgraded them for only $2 and got the chocolate covered Donuts they were amazing hot and fresh and ready to go the only place to get donuts beats every other donut shop out there

The place is always not prepared for guests. The first time I went the donuts taste stale. Last time the donuts were great, but there were no napkins accessible and the restroom didnt have paper towels. The last couple times Ive gone though, they seem to be doing better. Thats why I am giving them a 4 star review.

When they first opened the place stayed immaculate and everyone was very friendly. Over time its unfortunately changed, the staff is far from friendly, Ive seen trash brimming over and they arent even close to busy. Its really disappointing to see it going slowly down hill. The products are still yummy but who wants to eat where you sit next to a mess.

The doughnuts were to die for, but the service is absolutely terrible. And the manager didnt seem to care. Maybe ha cant find anyone who cares about doing a good job. Unfortunately, as being a disabled, retired person, I have operated several companies and know this truth all too well. Ever since they opened, each time I have visited, i have stood in line more than 15 minutes watching workers moving around, but, not doing anything. I guess the doughnuts are worth the wait.
