I had my heart set on a particular item and the jeweler worked with me via phone by sending pics until he found the piece I desired. Then, he worked with me in store with finding a matching piece and even said that he could have it custom made. He was patient, attentive, and answered all my questions. I am one satisfied customer!

Mrs. Jessica is a wonderful saleswoman, I described to her exactly what I wanted, and she brought just that down to the karat and size. She was very knowledgeable about the jewelry and informed me about it and what to look for. She is (in my opinion) one of the best salespersons there. Overall some of the staff is helpful and others are extremely helpful. I plan to shop there for future items.

Went in to get a bracelet fixed. Seems no one has a person on site anymore to fix things. They did. Never shopped there before. They were very nice and courteous. Fixed my bracelet for a reasonable price. I will return next time I need jewelry.

I went to Intrique at the mall to find a gift for my husband. The young man who helped me was the same one who helped me before when I was there with my daughter to pick my own gift.
