I ordered a birthday present for my wife. Every day they would push the delivery date back. Still waiting on the necklace. It was supposed to be a 2 day delivery, going on 3 weeks now. Will never buy from Kays again.

I don’t like their selling technique. They treat your current jewelry like it is garbage and try to pressure you into taking out their credit card and buying a $1000 ring. Went to their resetting event, looking for either a curved band to fit my ring or possibly talk about resetting the shank and the only option they gave me was buy a new one or allow my ring to be sent out “for a few weeks to be assessed.” They said in both the email and phone call I received they’d be doing everything right on site I feel like it was misleading to get me in the store. The woman with the dark hair has been there both times I’ve talked to someone else and she will butt in. She is loud and rude and acted like my ring was horrible. My ring was a beautiful, modest family diamond in a halo and white gold- she kept telling me she could get me something bigger and how I could trade mine in even after I’d told her it was a family diamond. I ended up walking out.
Customer service was very rood and nasty. Assistant manager was not helpful at all. Paid over 3k for a ring they wont help with. Apparently there supposed to stamp your book for the warranty but they neglected to note this in the system or stamp our book. I have never seen such poor management in a store in my life and Ill never shop there again. Im going to the better business Bureau if this is not taking care of.
Nice store nice selcetion of fine jewelry. They also do watch repair services.
This branch is a joke. Their ignorant manager drew out a return for a pair of earrings. They forgot to order for the replacements and after the 30 days were up they said we were out of luck. I’llNever spend another penny with these cumBags I suggest you do the same. RJ is just next door
Was not impressed when they lost my wedding band - but they did make it right & apologized for the inconvenience. Luckily, I sent it out two months prior to my wedding so they had time to find and size a new one.
Wrose exsparence ever. First of all I called and asked about resizing a ring and if they can do it and they told me yes and so I went into the shop and the lady gave me a attitude and then said well they arnt real diamonds and said they cant touch it. So why would you say yes to me over the phone if they couldnt really do it.
Rude customer service. Wouldnt work with me at all and insulted me when I said I had shopped at another store for a similar item. I will never step foot in here again.
